One of the better La Quinta's I've stayed. Clean, updated, tall ceilings, pet friendly, and the pool and hot tub were open. Breakfast had a variety , and the gym was small but good enough. Location is good, dog parks within 10 mins, walking trails, stores and restaurants all a quick drive.

I would highly recommend this La Quinta Hotel! We stayed here several times on our many trips to the Austin area and are always satisfied! On our latest trip, I accidentally left my cell phone charger in the room. When I called the hotel, they found the charger and mailed it to me asap!!

Great hotel, staff was friendly & efficient. My only complaint was that the mattress was not as comfortable as should be and the sheets could be a higher quality. The mattress needs replacing. Other than that it was a clean, well maintained hotel.

La Quinta at Lake Line Mall in Austin, Texas Is the best place you can stay at. It is clean, quiet, and very affordable in price. If you have four legged family members with you they are more welcome to stay at hotel

The management and staff at this facility are amazing. My rental car was literally demolished in the parking lot when it was hit by an out of control driver. The management was very helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed while I waited for the police and tow truck and rental agency. And, when I went back a few weeks later they insisted that I park under the awning. The room was clean and nice. The prices are reasonable. The customer service was incredible. The best plac... Had to stay at a hotel last minute while waiting for the utilities to come on at our new home. We stayed and another hotel chain (Extended Stay America) and it was horrible. Out of desperation we booked a room at La Quinta and it was wonderful! Clean rooms, excellent customer service, great breakfast buffet, no charge for a pet that was with us .... all the way around an incredibly relaxing stay in an otherwise stressful move! Thank you La Quinta ... our new home away from home of choice!

Nice staff. I liked the rooms. They were well appointed, expect they could have had more coffee - especially since the breakfast downstairs ran out! The breakfast needs to be improved. They kept running out of items, and the variety offered was not what I expected. Internet issues as well - problems connecting, staying connected, and could not support video streaming.

Nice clean hotel, sort of busy over the weekend but due to Fathers day. We stay here as the hotel is clean and has breakfast in the price as well as a convenient location when we visit our son in Austin!!

This hotel should train the front desk clerks to be more accommodating and have less attitude. Our first stay was excellent, but this trip, he elected to question everything but elected to allow us the reduced rate for this time only.

The lobby and public areas are modern. Bright white tile and pin-point lights in the buffet area are plentiful. The room (#301) was a spacious suite with large physical doors separating the living from the sleeping area. The area (for the time being) is quiet with new construction in every direction from the hotel. The front desk was staffed at all times A lot of guests had small dogs. Pet and family friendly in all respects.

We came to Austin for a high school graduation, which we missed due to construction the entire way. Upon arrival of our very stressful trip, Bill eased our pain immediately! He was very speedy to get us checked in and settled even tho we had an issue with original room, beyond his control. He handled it very well and our family dog loved it there so much she and our teenage son chose to stay at hotel most of the time, unless we were doing water activites. The staff was awesome to all of us and l... Read more

We have an older, larger dog, which needs to be in a ground floor room as well as close to an exit door to the outside. I booked the room through the hotel and a young man named Bill, I think is his name, took care of our needs in a pleasant and very helpful way. He was awesome actually and we got to meet him when we checked in. He was great with my pet owner needs. Thank you so much for your help. The breakfast was quite nice and the breakfast room was large and well arranged. The guest rooms... Read more

Average hotel with OK breakfast and nice pool with hot tub. Our room had spider cob webs in the ceiling corners and possibly fleas. We noticed fleas on our little Yorkie after a day of staying. Not sure if the fleas were in the carpet or maybe the dog picked them up from the groomer a few days before this 3 day trip.

High temps in Austin and the air conditioning goes out. Where do we go with our pet to get out of the heat? It starts with a call answered by Bill, who was very helpful in getting everything set up for our stay. An hour later we arrived to check in, hot miserable and crabby with a cat that is also suffering and who greets us at the check-in desk but Bill. He was great again. He helped with everything we needed. The rest of the staff also was great for everything we had contact with - the W... Read more

Very nice room..staff wonderful! Very nice breakfast set-up. In a very nice and quiet location. Would recommend to family and friends. What was really nice was having the guest laundry and not having to drag dirty clothes to a laundromat!

Everyone I encountered was very nice. I was in town for business and they had made my reservation for me. They told me it was at this one, but when I arrived, there was not one made there. They had made it at a different location. The guy at the desk was able to find me a room there and even called their other location and canceled the wrong one for me.

In an area that is damp and hot the AC filters need to be changed out more than regular times. The mold and mildew will collect and Febreeze doesn't cut it. When you have tight lungs or allergies to the mold it does not make for a pleasant stay

We requested the manager leave a paper crane in our hotel room, She went above and beyond, learned origami and made an awesome paper crane. the rest of our stay all of the staff knew us by name, and were extremely cheerful and friendly.

Have stayed here since it was new. I have watched it slowly deteriate year after year. The mattresses were horrible. (Wore out). Stains on hallway carpets and odor in the room. I won't be back. Needs attention..

Nice, Quiet and Great Location. Friendly staff. Like the King Bedroom floor plan-provided plenty of room to spread out. Have stayed here before and will again. Easy access to shopping and all the main highways/toll roads in North Austin. Only negative is I wish the bed had more pillow top padding.

I stay at this LaQuinta every time I am in Austin. It is so easy to get to from downtown on Research Blvd and across from a major mall. The staff are so informed, friendly and interesting. I am always welcomed when I come in. And that helps.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. It is a drive to downtown Austin, but you can't beat the price! It's a clean updated hotel with a gym, pool, comfortable beds and in a quiet location. The only downside was the breakfast. It was really bad, even for a free hotel breakfast. Luckily there is an "Egg and I" just down the street. We would stay here again.

I would really like to give a fantastic review for this particular La Quinta Inn as it was one of the better budget hotels that my husband and I have stayed at. It was not perfect, but it was surely close to it. First, the staff is really friendly and courteous. Second, the location is quiet but still close to restaurants and a major freeway. Third, the room is fairly spacious for the price. Fourth, it is pet friendly! The only tiny negative feedback would probably be the mostly sub par breakfas... Read more

Best La Quinta ever. Staff was super! We stay in LQ's all the time and this is the best one. Clean, modern and bright. The staff made us feel welcome from the time we arrived until we left. I wish we could have stayed there longer, but this was just an overnighter. The breakfast area was very clean and the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold.,and the coffee was delish. This LQ even had fresh baked cookies and hazelnut coffee. We will definately being going back when we can stay longer :)

I've stayed at many different La Quinta's in the past, and this was by far the best location yet! The property was clean, the staff was excellent and the food was great. I thought this was a newer location by the cleanliness and the condition everything was in, but was told by staff that this location was about six years old. I was surprised. We stayed (with five other couples) for my daughter's wedding. When I went downstairs to ask for a comb because my brush was up in the Newlyweds room a... Read more

Passing through on the way to New Orleans, this was our choice for the night....and a great choice it was! The location is immaculate and easily accessible. Our room on the first floor had incredibly tall ceilings, an enclosed shower stall with modern fixtures in the bathroom. The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly on arrival and through the evening. I can't speak for other guests, but for me and my husband, it was a great stay!
