Great Location, daytime staff were wonderful. Room was not clean, night time staff were non existent; zero service after hours. Within walking distance to a variety of food trucks and restaurants and Lyft rides to East 6th street were available and around $5-$7.

I've stayed at this location a number of times. It is always a good value and a great location. If you want to head Downtown or head South to enjoy SE Austin, this is a great location. I also put my parents up at this location a few times.

Very simple suite with small kitchen served it's purpose, but was not in downtown. This is across the "bat" bridge from downtown but within walking distance. My room was never cleaned for the 5 nights that I was there and I had to ask for dishes and utensils. They provide coffee and prepackaged muffins and granola bars for breakfast. I doubt I would stay here again, but at least they had free parking. The hotel can be hard to find since it shares it's lot with a government building.

We booked 2 rooms, because there were 5 of us visiting. The rooms were dirty. Halls were also dirty. I could go on and on, but honestly, we tried to get a different hotel after the first night and everything was sold out. If there were not 5 of us maybe we could have got out of there.I do not recommend this place.

We stayed in about 15 ESA all across the US and this was by far the best. Clean and spacious apartments with comfortable bed and useful kitchenettes. Staff were helpful to tourists such as us who had no clue of Austin. We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it - was just a short walk from downtown and 6th street in particular. Easy recommendation.

Good place, good location. Just that the change in the way they keep cooking utensils and dishes at reception, available on demand, should be communicated at the time of check-in. Other than this, it was a pleasant stay.

We selected this hotel for a mid-length stay for a family member due to its great location. Sadly, the room was mediocre at best, and the service even worse. The "kitchen" was stocked with a laughable collection of dingy, crusted dishes of various types, almost as if someone had scoured local garage sales to outfit the hotel. Many of the amenities you expect in a decent hotel (and which are advertised by this one) are things you have to go down to the desk to get, such as a coffee maker, ... Read more

In Austin for conference @ Radisson, my stay booked from Wednesday 8/3/16 thru Saturday 8/6/16. Ended up checking out around 8am. I must say that this Extended Stay was clean, everything worked in room and the Staff was over the top friendly & helpful! Customer service-mainly Jesse-was a 10+! Super helpful and made me feel like I was at home and not a "guest". I was on second floor facing the entrance-never disturbed by anything outside and hallway was always SUPER quiet!! Up and out early and r... Read more

The price for this hotel is originally around the $130 price range per night and is given a three star rating. Everything is so basic. You have to ask the front desk for the essentials, e.g. Hair dryer..etc. I went to the front desk and asked for a blow dryer, I waited about 8 min. and got one, I didn't know it's not even working. I didn't find out until late in the evening after my wife came out from the shower and needed to blow dry her hair. It's not working, so I went to the front desk a... Read more

These rooms were just great for a sightly longer stay in Austin. Not only were the rooms decent in size, also the kitchenette with large fridge and laundry facilities made our stay more comfortable. The staff is great. Stephanie and all of the other front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Standard service is cleaning your room once a week. You can add more service for a small fee. The Internet is better in the wing with higher room numbers (x55) than lower ones. I was in 318 and it... Read more

I booked this hotel through hotwire.com for $60 per night, and for this money we got freshly refurbished, clean room with kitchenette. The location is really good - in walking distance from the city center, but in the calm and green district.

Dirty front door and worn out/dirty carpet is a warning of the attention to detail that is missing at this facility. Dirty elevator. Room was neat and tidy. But....No hot water in the shower. Iron spit water on my shirt and I had to wear it that way. Lack of communication between the night and day staff about my problem with the shower. Shower curtain in the new room was too short and so water leaked out and formed a pool on the bathroom floor. Then the iron spit water on my clothes again... Read more

Air Conditioning worked. Full kitchen available if you request dishes and pans from the front desk. There are no amenities like pool or exercise room. Your room will be cleaned after you check out. If you need additional towels, all you have to do is take your used towels to the front desk to get replacements. "Breakfast" was a joke: Muffins one morning. Packaged oatmeal was available with hot water; no milk. The coffee was pretty good. I really think they should clean the mold out of the... Read more

We were very pleased that we chose this hotel. It was significantly less expensive than other downtown hotels in Austin. The staff was pleasant and the room was fine. The air conditioner is a style that shuts off and on during the night which bothered me the first night but I didn't notice the second night. The location was excellent for everything we wanted to do and was very safe. It was an easy, short drive to the Capitol building, LBJ library, and SoCo. The Japanese gardens we wanted to ... I stayed there for the Austin F1 GP - this was a centrally located hotel close to everything we needed and at an expected premium for such an eventful weekend. First Impressions - * When we got into the room there was no toilet paper and the roll in the bathroom was down to a few sheets. This should be a given for any hotel. I had to run to the guest bathroom and take my own TP rolls. * No Hair Dryer * Even without a DND sign we received no towels/any service * CRITICAL - We used a 20% d... Read more

My review before was pretty hasty and nasty, when I actually found out we should of had a discount for the Buck Hunter Championship, but all turned out well when the last night we finally switched to a different room the ac worked and slept better, turned out pretty good overall.

Stayed here when I attended a conference in Austin. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance from the Austin Convention Center (just across the river), and yet not right in the heart of town where it's probably more noisy. I have read the not-so-positive reviews and was worried that I might encounter those problems, but turned out that the room I had was OK: clean, bed was comfy, things worked, supplies were mostly adequate. The room was facing the back of the hotel, which ... Read more

Located half way between the crazy fun of 6th street and the trendy, hip South Congress area, this Extended Stay worked great for us. As long as you know this hotel chain provides clean, comfortable, basic, budget accommodation you won't be disappointed. But you may be pleasantly surprised with how walk-able most of Austin tourist sites are from here. There is nothing more than gas stations and offices within 1 block of here, but venture just a little further to enjoy so much of the diversity Au... Read more

Great location, but not the cleanest place in town. I arrived on Friday and the same gum wrapper was on the floor next to the entrance to the elevator until Tuesday morning. There were two jumbo bags of dirty linens sitting in the hallway where you exited from the elevator entry for three days. No room service at all during my five night stay. Good location though with free surface parking and minutes from the Hyatt hotel and downtown nightlife and 2.9 miles from an LA Fitness. I would not have ... Read more

We stayed two nights at this great centrally located accommodation. It was quiet, comfortable and included a grab and go breakfast of muffin, muesli bars, coffee/tea/hot choc and oats. Kitchen facilities were good and room was spacious. Everything we needed was there. Easy walk to the city and along the Lake was lovely. Lots of food trucks and restaurants nearby.
