Decent workout area. one issue on check out with computers not working but staff did email me receipt later. Free bottles of water in room and complimentary breakfast buffett was good. This hotel is showing its age. Looks like it is out of the early eighties. VERY slow elevators, oldish carpeting and very mediocre breakfast. I was not impressed by this hotel especially since I was coming from staying at a wonderful Hilton in West Palm Beach.

One of the best Hilton properties I've visited. Rooms are Five Star and the location is convenient to everything you want to do. Plenty of eateries in the neighborhood, right on the interstate so you can get anywhere quickly. When I return to the area, this is where I will stay.

I recently had a 3-night stay for business. The room was perfect. We enjoyed catered meals in the ballroom which were terrific. But the staff stood out the most. They were some of the finest I've encountered in a hotel - courteous, polite, and always going the extra mile. Would gladly stay here again.

I stayed here for business with three colleagues. Not one complaint. Everyone was friendly, particularly the staff at breakfast. They bent over backwards to ensure our coffee cups were topped off. Rooms were clean and the work-out room had equipment that wasn't out of date or broken. Kudos to this property!

Stayed here numerous times prior to the hotel's 2014 renovation, and was not impressed with the 1970s decor. However, the facelift has significantly improved the experience, with the rooms now far more competitive. The hotel's location remains extremely convenient for expressing the metroplex, with plenty of parking, and the restaurant staff are extremely welcoming.

This is my top pick anytime I'm in town. Close to restaurants, sporting events, and Six Flags - rooms are quiet and clean. Food is available with outdoor seating for those nice days. shuttle service to and from the airportnavailable.

Had a conference here. The grounds were nice, most especially the pool area at night. The food was good from the restaurant and it was in walking distance to Jerry's World. The staff was friendly, the movies were kind of high to rent, but why would we watch a movie in a nice place like this? The workout area was great but filled up fast in the mornings. A good place overall.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Although our initial check-in was a little rocky, mainly because the gentleman checking us in didn't really seem to know what he was talking about, which then created a long line. The hotel manager walked around to each of us, recognized the long check-in line issue, and let each of us know that he cares and addressed the problem. It took 2 hours to get towels for our room. We had 4 occupants that we informed the hotel of prior to arrival yet house keeping would leave only 3 towels each day. The walls are paper thin and our neighbors were young and like to stay up late every night. They were so loud that even with ear plugs I was unable to sleep. This hotel is the total package: Great facility, great fitness center, high end food and beverage, and most importantly, great staff all the way around! They have a really nice indoor/outdoor pool to use year round. Transportation to DFW airport and very close to 6 flags and stadiums.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Arlington, TX for business. Am very pleased with the experience. My room was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was perfect for my needs. Should I return to the area, this property will be my first choice.

My check in, stay, and check out all went very smoothly. The bed was comfortable, the room was immaculate, and the view of the amusement park was a nice plus. I really enjoyed the omelet station (making mine as a scramble) on the breakfast buffet. The meals we were served for lunches and a dinner were all very tasty. If my travels find me in Arlington again, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

Terrific! Airport pickup and drop off, breakfast to go, clean quiet rooms, professional staff, great partnership with the business that conducts the CME I attended on ultrasound scanning. The restaurant needs to add some small basic items. I never eat there.

Remodeled a few years ago so great rooms, clean and a nice & friendly staff. Executive lounge is nice and big. Evenings serve appetizers (chicken wings, carrots/celery and a nice array of desserts). Today is Wednesday so something new "wine Wednesday's" so complimentary wine, very nice touch! They have a breakfast here as well or if you get the Hhonors breakfast perk, can have the buffet at restaurant. On the 14th floor, deluxe King corner room (1424) overlooks the amusement park. Beautiful roo... Read more

This Hilton is THE place to stay for Dallas Cowboy games, period! Great staff, great service. Hotel bar is as good as any sports bar. Game day sales of Cowboy memorabilia is set up right in the lobby. Breakfast service is excellent. right across the street from Six Flags over Texas!

The Hilton Arlington was a fabulous hotel. I arrived early in the afternoon and checked-in early. I was able to go directly to my room on the 16th floor with my digital key. The hotel is located very near the Globe Life Park (Texas Rangers), Six Flags, and Cowboys Stadium. The hotel offers a drop off and pick up service to the ballparks for $20 roundtrip. The room was fabulous. Very clean, looked new, great presentation. The price was outstanding for the location. Very affordable for a s... Read more

We arrived during a storm and my kiddo started panicking while I was checking in. The front desk staff started talking directly to her, trying to calm down, and one of them brought her over to the store area and told her she could pick out any candy she wanted for free (such a nice distraction!). The other one immediately started changing our room to a lower/quieter area so she wouldn't be so scared. Really fabulous! The room itself was nice, fun view of Six Flags. Super convenient to Six Flags... Read more

The TV in our room would not work. I called down to the front desk (at 10:50pm) who said they would send someone up. I called back after 20minutes and spoke with Brandon. He said he did not hear of any request and that there were no maintenance at that time but would send someone. I think security came and figured out that the tv was disconnect slightly from the cord (not the wall). Very helpful. I appreciate Brandon's help and the resolution of the problem after a long day at Six Flags.

I would like to start off to say that the Hilton in Arlington, TX has moved to our best place stay. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by staff and receive the hospitality like your a regular. As soon as I provided my reserv # the employee delivered the upmost respect and professionalism you could ask after a long flight in. I will definitely return due to he cleanliness, meals, and above all the service!

Overall my stay was ok, for the price of the room and the extra taxes from being out of state made the quality of the room average. The room service was good but the restaurant, at dinner, needs to learn how to cook a steak.

We were in town for a Dallas Cowboys game. We have stayed here several times for games. Location is great. The convenience of the bus service to/from the game sure beats parking and dealing with traffic.

Stayed here to go to a game at AT&T Stadium. Although a Hilton, it lacks some of the modern amenities of hotels I've become used to (Valet, Bellhops, 24-hour room service). Elevators were a pain. They took long to go floor to floor and just as bad once you were inside one. It was useless to take the stairs, as they led to the outside of the building, and we had to walk around back inside. Their breakfast restaurant was below average. Not a huge variety at their buffet, but they did make a ... Read more
