Nice place, clean, affordable. The staff is excellent, both friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, and plentiful. The location is the best, just a walk away from restaurants. I am booked there again next month.

Stayed at this hotel on our trip to wrestlemania at at&t stadium. The hotel is well kept and very clean. The staff are excellent. At one point while playing in the pool. My son lost his toy in the bushes, a few staff members saw us looking, stopped what they were doing, and helped with the search. They looked for about ten minutes. We found the toy and everyone was happy. The beds are cozy and the breakfast is delicious. The traffic to at&t stadium was heavy. If you stay here, plan on extra time... Read more

Room was set up nicely with high ceilings. Easy to use wall mounted climate control .Kitchenette suite. Super comfortable pull out sofa. Super comfortable bed. I did not want to get up, but after we saw the breakfast spread omg... yes!!! Make your own waffles, oatmeal, pecans, syrup, honey, brown sugar chocolate chips, cranberries, raisins , breakfast pastries eggs and sauge and fresh fruits... I could go on and on. Hot tub and work out facilities were extremely tidy and user friendly.

We were staying here for two nights to attend a family funeral. I didn't complain about being in a handicapped room, or the severe shortage of parking, or that our car was scratched in the parking lot, but I did complain when they jacked our rate $30 for the second night. The front office supervisor said he couldn't do anything about it, but he would talk to the general manager. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT. Nice property, but very uncaring management. If you stay here BE CAREFUL.. We... Read more

We have stayed in much nicer, more lavish hotels but the staff here was the best. Everyone, even housekeeping, were helpful and pleasant. Comfortable clean accommodations. The small breakfast buffet too went beyond expectations and we looked forward to it every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife, daughter and I had an amazing weekend at this hotel! Every associate (from the front desk employee to the employee who brought an extra blanket for my daughter's Pack and Play) was helpful, kind, smiling and encouraging. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again if we are in the area!

This is a very nice hotel.....and I am picky!! The people were SO friendly. I was there on business. I left the first day to go to my business meeting, when I returned I had complimentary water and candy in my room on a nice little silver tray! Made my day!! Any time I needed anything they were there to help me!!

This location offers exactly what we have come to expect in the Marriott line. We have stayed at this location several times and there is a reason we continue to return. We know we can expect a very clean room, excellent staff and quality service. Our stay this time was for 3 nights and we were once again very satisfied with the choice to return to this location. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and you have the feeling you are among friends. The site is very clean an... Read more

First stay at the SpringHill Suites was better than expected. Friendly front desk staff who helped me get my Father's Day card in the mail! Gym was small, but had top-of-the-line equipment which was nice.

Checked in at 6:38 pm on Jun 4,2016. I wish I would have gotten the gentlemans name at the front desk he was so nice and helpful to my husband we were tired after flying & going thru the airport, then the car rental place. So he was just the type of person you wanted to be greeted by. He gave us cold bottled water & cookies while we checked in. The room?Typical Springhill, they usually have smaller rooms & beds. The beds were to soft! I feel like they may need upgrading. So if that is a concern y... Read more

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and I have no complaints about the room. We were on the road for a few days when we stopped here. We planned to use the laundry facility to wash our clothes. Unfortunately, we were not able to do so since the machines are only operated by coins which must be purchased from the front desk. We tried to purchase the coins, however, we were told all the coins were in the safe and would not be available till the next morning. Minor issu... Read more

We have stayed here in the past without incident, the location is perfect and the front desk staff has always been kind and helpful in the past. I would have happily given a higher rating based on previous stays. That being said, our recent stay was a bit disappointing. The hotel was packed with soccer players from the Vancouver whitecaps (who should be embarrassed by how their players represent themselves off the field) now, I understand the hotel doesn't have much control over how guests choos... The price was $86/nt on Hotels.com, by far the best rate in the area. Hotel is nice, clean, safe, free parking, breakfast included, and the rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. The downsides are the doors are undercut and you hear everything from the hall. The AC is loud and right next to the bed so when it's on it blows cold air directly on you. But at least it's cold air. TV is awkwardly placed between the rooms. The pool is closed for repairs. Overall would stay here again for the value ... Read more

We checked in and were just given our key cards. Went to the lobby about 2 hrs later to buy snacks and the people checking in were given little gift bags and free water. When I asked the receptionist why we were not offered the same she said all those people were platinum members.... We used our member rewards and we are also Friends and Family??? It just did not seem right. There must have been a covention of some sort the hotel was packed. Free breakfast was horrible it started at 7am and food... Read more

Went 2 weeks in advance to reserve a room. They took us on a tour, showed us a room, took our reservation and noted all of our requests. The day of, everything was exactly how they presented it. Our requests were all honored, let us check in early, and very polite. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the halls were quiet. We will be coming back!

We loved our stay!!! The rooms were nice slept 5 comfortably. We asked for extra towels twice during our 4 day stay and had them brought up with in 5 minutes! This hotel was packed by the way. There was waffles, eggs, bacon, amongst other things for breakfast. The staff was on point! Especially, Mr. Raymond he was the sweetest. There was a big celebration one of our nights there and when we couldn't find a place to park, he went and move his own car and gave us his place right in front of the ho... Read more

This hotel is great! Perfectly located for any event in the Addison area. It's clean, comfortable and the staff (every single person) was over the top friendly and accommodating. All kinds of restaurants and night life close by. This hotel is the best in Addison/north Dallas

Great location as close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Suspect Addison may be the chain restaurant capitol of the world, seemed to have everything. Quick friendly service on check in. Room consistent with what you expect from a Springhill Suites. Clean, beds comfortable enough. Swimming pool out back. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Good selection, but quality of food lower than what we are used to at other similar Marriott hotels. Despite that, would stay here again.

Tired hotel with dark dongy worn rooms. Not sure what was worse, the worn sheets, the odor, or just a plane ugly room. I love marriott, but thi hotel in not as nice as hojos or motel 6. Stay at your own risk. I left early, with a,few "bites".

We were there 9 nights. I have a bad back and purposely selected accommodations that had a hot tub available. The second night we were there we went out to the pool area to use the hot tub but it was only lukewarm. There are no lights around the pool area so you have to find your way around in the dark. I told the front desk but they could not fix it. The next five days the pool was closed. I asked each day and each day I was given a different reason. When it finally reopened, we went dow... We booked this hotel on July the 4th hoping to get a good view of the boomtown fireworks. It was within walking distance so it was perfect! The hotel made us buy a $6.00 parking pass for that night which I thought was ridiculous considering we were staying for 3 nights. Also the pool is super tiny for a hotel that size. It was a clean hotel though so I guess it all worked out ok. Next time I'll book earlier and find a hotel with a bigger pool.
