Nice place, clean, affordable. The staff is excellent, both friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, and plentiful. The location is the best, just a walk away from restaurants. I am booked there again next month.

Stayed at this hotel on our trip to wrestlemania at at&t stadium. The hotel is well kept and very clean. The staff are excellent. At one point while playing in the pool. My son lost his toy in the bushes, a few staff members saw us looking, stopped what they were doing, and helped with the search. They looked for about ten minutes. We found the toy and everyone was happy. The beds are cozy and the breakfast is delicious. The traffic to at&t stadium was heavy. If you stay here, plan on extra time... Read more

Room was set up nicely with high ceilings. Easy to use wall mounted climate control .Kitchenette suite. Super comfortable pull out sofa. Super comfortable bed. I did not want to get up, but after we saw the breakfast spread omg... yes!!! Make your own waffles, oatmeal, pecans, syrup, honey, brown sugar chocolate chips, cranberries, raisins , breakfast pastries eggs and sauge and fresh fruits... I could go on and on. Hot tub and work out facilities were extremely tidy and user friendly.

We were staying here for two nights to attend a family funeral. I didn't complain about being in a handicapped room, or the severe shortage of parking, or that our car was scratched in the parking lot, but I did complain when they jacked our rate $30 for the second night. The front office supervisor said he couldn't do anything about it, but he would talk to the general manager. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT. Nice property, but very uncaring management. If you stay here BE CAREFUL.. We... Read more

We have stayed in much nicer, more lavish hotels but the staff here was the best. Everyone, even housekeeping, were helpful and pleasant. Comfortable clean accommodations. The small breakfast buffet too went beyond expectations and we looked forward to it every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife, daughter and I had an amazing weekend at this hotel! Every associate (from the front desk employee to the employee who brought an extra blanket for my daughter's Pack and Play) was helpful, kind, smiling and encouraging. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again if we are in the area!

This location offers exactly what we have come to expect in the Marriott line. We have stayed at this location several times and there is a reason we continue to return. We know we can expect a very clean room, excellent staff and quality service. Our stay this time was for 3 nights and we were once again very satisfied with the choice to return to this location. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and you have the feeling you are among friends. The site is very clean an... Read more

I wish I would have gotten the gentlemans name at the front desk he was so nice and helpful to my husband we were tired after flying & going thru the airport, then the car rental place. So he was just the type of person you wanted to be greeted by. He gave us cold bottled water & cookies while we checked in. The room?Typical Springhill, they usually have smaller rooms & beds. The beds were to soft! I feel like they may need upgrading. So if that is a concern y... Read more

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and I have no complaints about the room. We were on the road for a few days when we stopped here. We planned to use the laundry facility to wash our clothes. Unfortunately, we were not able to do so since the machines are only operated by coins which must be purchased from the front desk. We tried to purchase the coins, however, we were told all the coins were in the safe and would not be available till the next morning. Minor issu... Read more

We have stayed here in the past without incident, the location is perfect and the front desk staff has always been kind and helpful in the past. I would have happily given a higher rating based on previous stays. That being said, our recent stay was a bit disappointing. The hotel was packed with soccer players from the Vancouver whitecaps (who should be embarrassed by how their players represent themselves off the field) now, I understand the hotel doesn't have much control over how guests choos... The price was $86/nt on Hotels.com, by far the best rate in the area. Hotel is nice, clean, safe, free parking, breakfast included, and the rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. The downsides are the doors are undercut and you hear everything from the hall. The AC is loud and right next to the bed so when it's on it blows cold air directly on you. But at least it's cold air. TV is awkwardly placed between the rooms. The pool is closed for repairs. Overall would stay here again for the value ... Read more

Great location as close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Suspect Addison may be the chain restaurant capitol of the world, seemed to have everything. Quick friendly service on check in. Room consistent with what you expect from a Springhill Suites. Clean, beds comfortable enough. Swimming pool out back. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Good selection, but quality of food lower than what we are used to at other similar Marriott hotels. Despite that, would stay here again.

The second night we were there we went out to the pool area to use the hot tub but it was only lukewarm. There are no lights around the pool area so you have to find your way around in the dark. We booked this hotel on July the 4th hoping to get a good view of the boomtown fireworks. It was within walking distance so it was perfect! The hotel made us buy a $6.00 parking pass for that night which I thought was ridiculous considering we were staying for 3 nights. Also the pool is super tiny for a hotel that size. It was a clean hotel though so I guess it all worked out ok. Next time I'll book earlier and find a hotel with a bigger pool.

The hotel is in a great location with all kinds of close-by dining options. Our room was clean and quiet. Now for the critical. First the air conditioning was weak at best. This hotel met all my needs and exceeded my expectations. In the heart of Addison yet walking distance to entertainment, dining, shopping. The staff was gracious and kind. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Despite being in the midst of intense activity the room was so quiet. Went to the Texas State Fair on DART. It was a great experience.
