There were roaches in the room and the front desk personnel upon checkout was very short. I purposely left a dead roach on the stove and it wasn't cleaned for two days. There were also roaches running around the sink and stove areas. Don't think cleanliness is a priority. I reported an internet billing issue and she replied, "can't do anything about that." When I tried to explain she told me I should have not used the Premium and when I tried to explain that is how I was told to log on she ... Read more

This is our 2nd stay at this property. The staff is very good and attentive. The rooms are nicely appointed and quiet roomy. Everything you would need during your stay is included. Nice kitchen, living area and bedroom, even has two TV's. My only suggestions are to put a smaller nightstand by the bed instead of a desk, it is somewhat of a hazard. Also the mattress needs to be updated, it's getting a little worn. Overall a very nice place with roomy accommodations for an older hotel. Great... Read more

If you are a non-smoker, make sure you ask for a non-smoking room. This hotel allows smoking. I was put in one of these smoking rooms. It was a very unpleasant stay. The hotel was full, so I could not switch rooms. If my stay was for more than one night, I would have changed hotels. My suitcase, computer bag, and clothing smelled like smoke from staying in the room. Very dissappointed with this hotel.

This is a fairly average "value" property in a decent location. Initial room smelled bad, had broken ice maker, missing light bulb and dead battery in tv remote. The front desk responded properly by offering me a new room and move my bags for me. The only ice makers are in facility are in the room refrigerators. I will not use ice unless it's made during my occupancy, so there is not a usable amount of ice for at least 1/2 day. When I complained, they gave me a small bag of ice if I came to... Read more

My stay was pleasant. The room was quite and the bed comfortable. I am especially grateful a quality hotel chain still allows smoking. Hilton goes above the average and it shows. The location is on restaurant row in Addison so you have multi choices of where to dine.

We came to Dallas to visit family and celebrate my birthday. I chose this Homewood Suites because it was close to my in-laws, close to restaurants and in a good area. The pictures online showed the rooms as having a sofa and armchair as well as a dining area. Great, it was what we are used to in other Homewood Suites. We checked in a couple of hours ago. The room is clean except for a very obvious greasy stain on the drapes; it appears to still have food on it so I don't think anyone has a... Read more

My wife and I stayed here this past 4th of July weekend for Kaboom Town. Not a bad hotel. The room was spacious enough for the two of us. Bed was ok. The furniture could use some updating, though. Plus, my wife could of sworn she smelled cigarette smoke coming from the vents which irritated her since we were in a non-smoking room. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants as well as Addison Circle. This is not a bad choice to stay at in Addison.

Stayed here while on business for 5 days. Wifi reception is poor. Not sure the reason but was consistently poor throughout my stay. Breakfast was just ok. I've had better at similar competitor hotels. Overall, the hotel is outdated with poor wifi. As a constant business traveler, these are critical.

Clean, friendly staff, big rooms, comfortable beds. The breakfast is very good with a large selection that changes daily. There is a late afternoon snack/meal w beer & wine, which is very nice. Pool is nice. Not much in the exercise room, just a treadmill. Only slight downfall is that occasionally we can hear the guests in The room above ours. Would stay here again.

This is relative old hotel. It has several buildings. The room I stayed was in a building next to the major road Belt Line Rd. The bedroom is very noisy. It also make me feel less safe because anyone can come to the door without passing the front desk. Although the room is clean. Everything else is as you would expect from a Homewood, and the breakfast is decent.

The Homewood Suites in Addison, TX was a great place to stay. Having the well-stocked kitchenette would be great for long stays or casual family travel to avoid eating out all of the time. This Homewood is totally different from any other Homewood I have stayed at. It's multiple buildings in a complex. Each building has 3 levels. We reserved at this hotel to escape our home while it was undergoing repairs. We seemed to have traded one set of problems for another. The shower did not work. Seems to be an older property. Instead of a single, multi-floor hotel it has several buildings, almost like an apartment complex. I had a nice business stay. The property is well maintained and has a cozy feel in part because the trees and other greenery is well grown in. The room was nice and clean.
