My friends and I came in Friday for the Rihanna concert and as soon I walked in the young man Eric greeted me with the warmest smile. I needed to print off my employee passport and he assisted me to where I could do just that. By the time I came back to the desk, he already had me checked in and keys made! After getting to my room Eric did a follow up call. Moments later we received a knock at the door with a little treat to start us off for the concert. I can not remember the young mans name ... We made the mistake of booking thru Priceline. Thank goodness Duane C was there to help. He went out of his way to help us get settled for the night and everything straight. They had several large groups of young people staying there this weekend too which made for a chaotic breakfast. I don't think they were quite prepared for that but we got thru.

I made the switch to this hotel from a busier one in a questionable location. Absolutely the best decision; very nice hotel in a great location. Several restaurants in the area, some within walking distance. Room was neat and clean. Not your typical HI layout, but nice and cozy. Breakfast was good, no complaints there. I would definitely stay here again should my travels bring me back to this area.

Rooms were very clean and hotel was quiet. It's situated in an industrial park so the immediate area around the hotel is a little desolate. We were in during 4th of July weekend, so it was crowded. The breakfast room was way overcrowded and easily overwhelmed - out of food, no clean tables, spills and crumbs everywhere. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a busy weekend. The hotel is located conveniently in Addison, but I did experience a few issues which will prevent me from staying again. First, the card reader on the door didn't work well. I even tried getting a different key card. The AC was very loud and did not cool well either. Finally, the bed was very uncomfortable. Luckily, I was only here for 1 night.
