I have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting the Beechcraft museum that is at the Tullahoma Airport. The hotel has always been very clean and the people at the front desk are the greatest. They have started an online check-in service which I really like. IT allows you to even select which room you want! Keep up the good work people. One bit of caution on the hotel. There is a train that runs a couple of blocks behind it. Get a room towards the street if you are a light sleeper.... Read more

Super clean, great staff, good location. Staff was very helpful about local area and recommendations. We stay at Hamptons often, this one was outstanding! This property was very convenient to all neighboring sites and activities.

This Hampton Inn was up to par on all that one expects from a roadside Hampton Inn, clean and friendly, with room age and decor average for the chain. I had to stay here because of location, else I would have looked elsewhere for a room - or at least found one more representative of the high cost. Tax and all, one night at this location set me back $182. That's right, $182 for one night at a Hampton Inn in rural Tennessee, for a room that's between $79-109 anywhere else in America. They're proud... Read more

Had a wonderful two day stay here at a time that was difficult at best. (Funeral) Very friendly staff to point out local must sees and best food. Very comfortable stay. Hoping for another opportunity to visit Tullahoma and staying at the Hampton Inn.

I stayed in the Hampton Inn in my town for three nights while I escaped a domestic violence situation. From the time I walked in and asked if they had any rooms, they took care of me. They assured me they were not allowed to disclose any information about me and asked if I would feel safer in a room close to the front desk. They even found me a phone charger, as I had left home in a hurry and forgotten mine. The breakfasts were fantastic, the housekeeping staff was wonderfully courteous and comp... Read more

Always enjoy my stays at Hampton Inn, I have never been dissatisfied with their accommodations or service. Highly recommend this chain. Staff was welcoming and the breakfast was great, not the "continental Breakfast" crud some other hotel chains serve. This was a hot breakfast with eggs, oatmeal and waffles.

Super nice staff that let us check in early after we flew all night. Great breakfast. Super comfortable bed. I had a great stay. Plus you have all the amenities- free wifi, cable television. There is a fitness room and pool. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

It wasn't my favorite Hampton Inn but met my expectations of the consistency for cleanliness that you experience with Hamptons. Other than no lap desk (typically a Hampton Inn standard) and no English muffins for breakfast (also a staple at Hampton Inns), no complaints. :) Great location, easy to get in and out, clean.

Wonderful service with a smile! Room and food were excellent. We would stay again and would highly recommend!! Only downfall was pool was closed due to some technical difficulty with a light in the pool. The issues was explained to us in great detail and front desk apologized for the down time. Overall great stay with restaurants close by!

We arrived in Tallahoma too late to do a tour of the Jack Daniels distillery and so decided to stay the night and do the tour the next day. The hotel staff were lovely, friendly and full of suggestions for our visit. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was really nice. It was only when I returned home to New Zealand that I discovered I had been charged twice for our room! It has taken 7 weeks of emails etc etc to get a refund through an american check, this cost me $15 to cash. I am really ... Read more

Tullahoma doesn't have much to offer in the way of hotels. You can stay at the Holiday Inn Express and be awakened throughout the night by train horns blaring, stay at the Baymont Inn and feel a little grungy in the morning, or the Hampton Inn and get an okay experience. I've stayed at all three, and I'll take the Hampton Inn over the other two. However, that isn't saying a whole lot. The staff in general are not very friendly. Granted I was staying with a larger party, which I think overwhelmed... Read more

Excellent hotel, great breakfast setup, everyone that works there are friendly and helpful. We were told about great local places for dinner! Staff is helpful and truly go out of there way! Only a short drive to Tims Ford state park, nice area to hike. Beechcraft Museum close by along with numerous beautiful waterfalls. Definitely a great place for family

Hamptons are usually a great place to stay. However, I would sleep in my car before I would stay at this location again. We arrived to the hotel around 11 pm. The first room they put us in had bugs crawling the walls next to the window and crickets every where. The crickets were so loud when we walked in I felt like I was in the middle of a huge field with thousands of crickets. They moved us to another room and we stayed because it was already so late and I knew that was not the norm for a... Read more

Typical Hampton Inn. You know what to expect from them when you walk in. As always a clean room and friendly staff. Hot breakfast items - no evening cookies though. :-( There are several good restaurants for a small town and an ice cream place right across the street!

Looking for a place to stay that was close to Lynchburg and this seemed like a good location. We arrived on a Sunday and most all stores and restaurants were closed. This hotel is a little older and has railroad tracks directly behind it, so make sure you stay in the front side of the building.

Terrible Hotel!!! Dirty & Smelly! I was moved 3 times. The first room there was a razor in the air unit : / I am new to Hamptons and was traveling and this was my worst hotel experience, EVER! I found out that this particular location is privately owned which may be the problem...IDK! Regardless, I would not recommend this hotel...disgusting!!

I am a very frequent business traveler and a Diamond Elite HHilton Honors member. My check in was fine and my room comfortable. The low rating is due to the absolutely abysmal service I received from the front desk on the morning after my stay. I was having trouble with the Internet not working well in my room. I went to the lobby to work there as the signal is usually better in lobby areas. Unfortunately, the wifi still wasn't working well (barely working at all). I asked the young woman at the... It was 94 degrees outside and we were looking for a hotel with a pool to spend the night. Found it online with an outdoor pool. Checked in, asked about the pool and was told it was "closed for the season". ?? Needless to say, we were very disappointed. Wished the website would have indicated same. We did get a discount after asking for it. Otherwise, the hotel is older, it was very clean and the bed was good.

We've stayed at several Hampton Inn and like the chain a lot. This one is very good, but not perfect. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and quite. The breakfast bar had a good selection and everything tasted good. The only problem was that the pool wasn't usable during our visit. This was a big disappointment for our grandson.

Your typical Hampton inn. Clean, comfy and had a good night sleep. Staff was friendly. We ate our breakfast at the waffle house which about a fifty yard walk door to door. Hampton inn breakfast was the same as any other Hampton.

Room is good, but with TV you have to change input every time you turn it on. It's November and the pool is still full--of a green algae like substance with leaves and trash. The breakfast is ok, if your diet consists mainly of breads. I tried a boiled egg this morning, but it was spoiled; black and gray within part if the whites. They wisely threw out all of the rest.
