We had called ahead to request that our adjacent room for our disabled daughter be a connecting room to our King Room and it was noted so on our reservation. Upon check-in, we were told that a previous quest had extended their stay without a reservation and our requested rooms were not available. I called Hilton Honors service and was informed that requests like this "could not be guaranteed". I had paid for this stay with 40,000 points so I requested to get half my points back. The hotel was great ! Service was great , everything was great , but the price, I thought the price for Thursday, was reasonably , but for fri. It went $86.00 more and Sat. Was even higher, we had to Change hotels 3 times because of price gouging just to keep it under $200.00 per night. Not good when you are on a budget and they give no breaks on price!

This was a great place for us to stay on our trip to the smokies. It was out of all of the traffic of Pigeon Forge but still close enough to have a huge selection of places to eat lunch and dinner. The complimentary breakfast was slightly different each day too so you could definitely eat there each day and save yourself the cost of breakfast. We loved our stay here.

Excellent service, very clean and updated rooms and the location was perfect. Memorial Day weekend is a ridiculously busy weekend in an already over trafficked area which makes Sevierville a perfect location as it is North of all the crazy traffic, making it easier to get to and much quieter to stay. Service is the key to the hotel business and this hotel has a GREAT front desk staff. Jenn was so helpful during our Monday checkout time that got a little hectic and the two girls that were a... Breakfast was fine. Room and bathroom were clean. We had two issues though. Rather than a normal bathroom door, our bathroom had a sliding door that had no handle. A very nice economy hotel situated on a busy road. This was my second stay within the last two months and, like the first, it more than met my needs. The internet connection was a little spotty at times using it from my room on the third floor but I was still able to complete my work. I would like to see that the prepared breakfast foods are kept a little warmer.

Hotel room was clean and nice. Jets on jacuzzi tub barely moved the water. We were hoping that since it was part of the Hilton family it would have the sweet dreams beds. It did not. Bed was so so. Overall we loved the room. We felt it was very overpriced to be so far out from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg having to fight the traffic and sit in it for nearly an hour to get just to Pigeon Forge. $190 for the room was too much considering the location. I must admit I was a little worried when I seen the outside of the building but that passed as soon as I stepped inside. This place is clean and well kept and the employees are super nice. We could not find a hotel in Pigeon Forge so we decided to stay here and we will be back. Very pleased with the stay. Beds are really conformable lots of pillows.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Quit. Nice employees. Helpful employee. fast registration.I recommend it and definitely I will go back. The price is reasonable. BTW. the entire chain of Hampton is the same. In every city I went to and used Hampton as my stay.

This is a clean, well-appointed, well-managed motel with helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, with wide variety ranging from fruits and cereals to eggs and waffles. Five minutes from Sevierville Convention Center.
