Stopped by looking for a quick room for the night. Clean room with cold AC right off the strip. Everyone was very nice and the hot breakfast was great. The price can't be beat for a nice, no frills place to lay your head.

Very pleased w our weekend stay.Clean, confortable bed, staff very nice, and property seeamed to be vwell maintained. Our room faced a side street, so a little bit of noise during peak hours, but wouldnt deter me from renting same room during the busy season. I would stay again and recommend to others

Clean rooms at a reasonable price always makes for a good night stay. Stayed here for just one night before a visit to Dollywood. We found our room clean and with all the things we needed for a restful night. Our room(s) were in the back with easy walk in access and a nice patio in the front we were able to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The morning breakfast was hot biscuits and gravy with fresh juice and coffee. Just right to send us on to a busy fun filled day. I'll be returning I'm sure.

The room smelled like mold. The carpet was so filthy, I had to wear shoes in the room at all times. If I got up in the night and forgot, I had to wash my dirty feet. There was a sign that said they would count all towels and linens. HA! Who would want threadbare, scratchy towels? My husband and I got only one towel and washcloth each per day, which was not enough. The hair dryer didn't work and they would not fix or replace it, so I couldn't wash my hair the entire time. The bed bounced ... Read more

We had the 2 double with sleeper sofa room 236. It was great. It faces Parkway, so until midnight you can hear traffic a little. Room was very clean and comfortable. They have a whole wall of coupon books, magazines, and maps for your trip. Free wi-fi has been upgraded from last year and is much improved! Breakfast is free and they have sausage, gravy and biscuits, Krispy Kreme donuts, 2 kinds of cereal, coffee, milk, apple juice and orange juice. Check-in and check-out were very easy and f... Have stayed here twice and will book this hotel again. Great location, Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a plus. Didn't get to use the pool this go around but maybe next time. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only down side was the upstairs guest were throwing their cigarettes down in front of our door. Maybe ashtrays on the balconies would help.

This is our 3rd year staying here, we always stay in room 239, don't know why but we like it and ask for it. The people at the front desk are always so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is always wonderful, and the lady who cooks is the nicest lady. Best price around for a nice clean hotel. I will be booking my 2017 vacation in December :)

Our room was amazing! Hot tub with a fire place! The Honey Moon Suite! Directly above the pool ! Our bed was one of the best beds I have slept in! Thanks for the great breakfast and the wonderful stay! We will recommend you over and over! We were super close to the park and all the attractions of Pigeon Forge!

No handicap ramps at parking place. Slippery floor in bathroom. Too small shower facility. Poorly laid out for breakfast service. Accomdations not handicap assesible - room door way difficult to get in. Furniture in front of door and made wheelchair entry tough. Air conditioning blew curtains I had to secure them.

Was good for the price. Staff was very friendly and American so that was a plus. Location was convenient to everything. Bed was very clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent about keeping the room cleaned and towels replaced. Breakfast was good and the attendant was very pleasant. The only problem we had was odors in the room. When we first got there and opened the door, the smell of smoke was very strong. Sometimes you get what you pay for. The rooms were cheap and clean. That's all you can expect worth the money. The staff not so friendly. the breakfast is not served till nine a.m.. and it wouldn't hurt to clean under the bed.

Stayed in a 2 queen bed room, on the 3rd floor. Checked in on a Friday evening. Dirty corridors, and older outdoor carpet on steps. Room was older, but clean, and needed updating. Shower wasn't the greatest, would not stay a constant temp. When we arrived the toilet paper rolls were just laid on the holder, not properly put on. That's a pet peeve I fuss at my kids for..:) Free hot breakfast included eggs, biscuits and gravy, donuts, bagels, juice and coffee. Breakfast was good. Ice costs 25 cent... Read more

We had booked a room for 6/30-7/3 and called to extend our reservation for 2 more nights. Annette accommodated us and sent our confirmation with our rate. We arrived late on the 30th so was told to go ahead to our room and settle up in the morning, which we did. At first we thought it was great, they had booked us in a suite, but after pulling out the sofa bed to find dirty socks and/or underwear and used water bottles under it and food from the previous tenant in the refrigerator we were not... Everyone was very nice from the maintenance man to the lady who fix the breakfast and the ladies at the front desk were wonderful the only problem I had was the shower knobs have been torn off from the people before me in the room cannot get it fixed till the next day due to no nighttime maintenance and no night time front desk at all shuts down at 10 o'clock cannot take a shower till the next day and it was a hundred degrees out all that day would stay there again that was not their fault

If there was a lower rating I would be giving it to this place. One of the outlets in our room didn't have a cover on it, when we got there on Wednesday night. One of the walls was painted red but it had multiple white spots where the paint was chipped. The A/C unit was nasty. The sheets on one of the beds had holes, one of which was a burn hole. There was hair in the corner of the bathroom floor and what appeared to be blood or something on the wall behind the bathroom door. There was someone e... Read more

This is the second time we stayed here. The rooms were clean, complimentary breakfast is good. Room were slightly outdated but thats okay. Employees are friendly. The only thing I didnt like were guest smoking outside as the rooms are non smoking. The free wifi barely worked as well. If I was able to perform a speed test the fastest speed was up to 1-2 megabits per second.

We stayed at vacation Lodge for two nights. Room was outdated, but clean and shower was hot! Don't expect luxury as this is not the place for you. Very convenient to a variety restaurants, plenty to do and souvenir shopping and price is cheap. If you are looking for a quick getaway and want to be close to it all but not pay the price, this would be for you!

I missed on this one, stayed there in the past and gave it a chance, only sleeping then Dollywood. Bathroom bad, breakfast bad, beds bad. Could have paid less and probably got more, stay at a name chain hotel, it would be worth it. Never again, it's been good vacation lodge.

Very rude! Front desk associate, Marie is one of the most hateful people I've ever encountered. Inconsiderate is an understatement from this hotel. Plenty of other NICE hotels around this area with a nicer staff! Would not recommend this one unless you are ready to have your vacation ruined dealing with all the nonsense that comes with it.

I only spent a few nights here but the bed was out of this world comfortable. I can't believe I slept until 11:00 one morning. The pillow too was so dreamy. We had one of their best rooms with a King bed and private balcony. The room was quiet even though we were above the pool and next to the main road. The room was laid out strangely. The bed was right next to the microwave/refrigerator which made it awkward to use. They go cheap on amenities, only 3 small pillows for a king bed. First night we only had one washcloth. I asked for extra towels since only 2 with the room. Breakfast is only scrambled eggs OR sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, bagels, ... Read more

We have stayed there twice, and I think we will not be back. Not because of the facility, it was ok, a motel type room, small fridge, loud a/c, etc etc. We won't be back because of the lady who checked us in. No smile and just didn't want to be there and it showed. We reserved through reserverpigeonforge.com. Be careful with this!
