We always stay at the Inn and we love it. Rooms are always clean and well maintained. The staff always to to cleaning personal are always clean, and friendly. Breakfast they serve has a variety to choose from. WIFI connection is very good. Also their king standard comes with a sleeper sofa and be sure to ask for a room facing The Island, the view of the mountains early in the morning is awesome. Enjoy your stay.

My husband and I had a great stay at the hotel part of music road resort. The in-room jacuzzi was amazing and relaxing after a long trip. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The hotel was incredibly family friendly with an outdoor pool, and the staff was kind and efficient. It was conveniently located on the strip, but far enough away from the traffic and crowds to offer some peace and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back for another trip.

My boyfriend and I decided to get away for a few nights and stayed here during our trip. We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools and the lazy river. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Participated in a wedding over the weekend. Pros: rooms were clean and nice and cleaning services were great. Cons: Worst experience in the world for a wedding. (Can't explain the amount of things that went wrong) Most incompetent people ever. Failed to do anything we specially requested. Failed to help us find lost items after the fact. (They clearly never tried). It was also clear that in the year that the wedding was planned for they had no idea what was going on. And I can't event begin t... Read more

We checked in a little after midnight and was greeted by a very nice and courteous staff person. The room was clean and in the morning we enjoyed our beautiful view of Pigeon Forge River and watching the birds and squirrels eat and play on our balcony. They offer free buffet breakfast and we did enjoy that one morning. Everything was well stocked and amble food choices. The hotel was centrally located to the activities that we were doing. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star award was bec... Read more

Room on 7th floor with balcony towards river, fireplace in room, decent breakfast included, great lobby and cleaning services. Will definitely return

Great pool area and delicious breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our view was not that great but we were not in our room very much anyway. Although the hotel was full, it was quiet and we slept well. We will be back!

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, indoor and outdoor pool, and a really good continental breakfast. My family has stayed here on almost every trip to the area. It's by far our favorite place to stay. We love the rooms with the river views as they allow you to see wildlife and the mountains. The hotel is close to good restaurants and shops as well as fun family recreation.

Checked in on a Sunday, no problems checking in. Room was very clean, but outdated. We stayed in a deluxe sofa queen and had 5 in our reservation. Room was big enough to accommodate everyone. Breakfast was awesome and there was plenty of it. Only issue was a lady in the kitchen staff making rude comments because people were still there 5 minutes past 10 am. The rest of the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Didn't get a chance to check out the outdoor pool, but the indoor one was gr... Read more

We have stayed here previous years and enjoyed the hotel before. But now things are going down. Our air conditioner was horrible making roaring sounds and then sounds if something moving around. Brought it to the attention of the front desk. Was told maintenance would switch it out. They left a ticket saying maintenance had been in and worked on it but the sounds remained. Complained again the next and it was switched out. Yes it worked but just as loud. Breakfast for 5 mornings remained the sam... Read more

It's not right in the center of all the hustle n bustle but close enough to walk to several attractions. Our child enjoyed their water area, but didn't like our balcony view of the graveyard. It was booked so they couldn't change it to the river view. It was kept clean. A trolley (50 cents per person) stop was on both sides for easy access to other attractions.

I have stayed here on a couple occasions, to be honest I've not had any major issues but this time I have an extra person going so we upgrade to the family suite! Pretty cool you might think, 6 people almost a week stay at a family suite at music road hotel. Well it wasn't we got to the room and yes it's a nice room but there is something missing we have 6 people staying all week ahhhhh there it isn't, there is NOT a single dresser in this room, plenty of space for one but nope there is not an... We stayed here for 9 nights. It is our favorite place to stay. This time we got the Executive Suite since the room with four queen beds was booked. The room is big and the King bed was so soft and bigger than most king beds. My Mom and Grandma used the sofa bed which the mattress on it was really thin but we brought an inflatable mattress in a queen size it was a little tight on it a full size would fit it much better. Be careful with the hot water it gets EXTREMELY hot especially in the jacuzzi... Read more

We stayed 2 nights here on the way home from Myrtle Beach. Had a very nice stay, clean room, good breakfast, but do wish they had real oatmeal and home made waffles instead of Eggos. The pool/water park is wonderful! Slide and lazy river was fun. We have stayed at the INN and loved it too. If you want a large hotel room with large bath, this is your place! We had 2 queen beds and plenty of room. We do wish you would plant some trees so we don't have to see the huge cemetery across the str... Read more

First time staying at music road hotel. Nice place. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Usually stay at Inn at Christmas Place but decided to stay here this time for something different. Would stay here again! Close to outlet and island and any other places for fun and restaurants.

Sweet hotel to the rooms to the pools to the breakfast. After staying here not sure we want to stay anywhere else. My grandson absolutely fell in love with the slide and diving board. My wife loved everything. I really enjoyed my coffee overlooking the Pigeon Forge River. Close to everything. You can also use the amenities across the street at the Inn if you like. Awesome Awesome.
