We always stay at the Inn and we love it. Rooms are always clean and well maintained. The staff always to to cleaning personal are always clean, and friendly. Breakfast they serve has a variety to choose from. WIFI connection is very good. Also their king standard comes with a sleeper sofa and be sure to ask for a room facing The Island, the view of the mountains early in the morning is awesome. Enjoy your stay.

My husband and I had a great stay at the hotel part of music road resort. The in-room jacuzzi was amazing and relaxing after a long trip. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The hotel was incredibly family friendly with an outdoor pool, and the staff was kind and efficient. It was conveniently located on the strip, but far enough away from the traffic and crowds to offer some peace and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back for another trip.

Participated in a wedding over the weekend. Pros: rooms were clean and nice and cleaning services were great. Cons: Worst experience in the world for a wedding. (Can't explain the amount of things that went wrong) Most incompetent people ever. Failed to do anything we specially requested. Failed to help us find lost items after the fact. (They clearly never tried). It was also clear that in the year that the wedding was planned for they had no idea what was going on. And I can't event begin t... Read more

It's not right in the center of all the hustle n bustle but close enough to walk to several attractions. Our child enjoyed their water area, but didn't like our balcony view of the graveyard. It was booked so they couldn't change it to the river view. It was kept clean. A trolley (50 cents per person) stop was on both sides for easy access to other attractions.

I had not stayed here in over a decade because usual we stay at the Inn, but this may be our new stay. The breakfast I believe was better then at the Inn and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel looks like it has recently been renovated and the rooms were very spacious and clean. We love this hotel because it is not to far into Pigeon Forge so it is not hard trying to get out when their are crowds.

We had been in our room for no more than 3 hours and already had found 4 large bugs that we had to kill... GROSS! Just found another one on the curtain and another one on the wall above my bed. I am not an exterminator, I want to enjoy my stay here while I'm in the room. So one star it is...

We have had our business meetings here for the last two years and we don't have one complaint at all. Everyone at our company has really enjoyed the hotel rooms and other accommodations. The meeting rooms are very large. The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful in every way. We will continue to come to this location. The rooms are very large and clean. The hotel grounds are clean with plenty of parking for everyone along with large truck parking.
