My girlfriend and I were traveling through the Pigeon Forge area for a day and were looking at hotels in the area and we ended up staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and it worked out absolutely great! Right from the moment you walk in through the sliding glass doors you notice the beautiful layout of the lobby and the new hotel smell which is super clean and welcoming. The two ladies working the front desk were very friendly and more than happy to answer our questions about the area and the hote... Read more

Love this new hotel, in our opinion better than the Park Vista by Hilton. It's beautiful, the pool is so fun and it has a nice cook to order breakfast. We are Hilton Honors gold members and are so glad to have a nicer option close to Dollywood. We will visit again soon.

This hotels has all the bells and whistles in one setting. I had a King Room w/Jacuzzi, modern fireplace and balcony. The hotel has a luxury feel. They have a full restaurant inside- the breakfast buffet and dinner are great. Prices are very reasonable. They offer happy hour. They also have a movie theatre inside. The hotel have two swimming pools and a hot tub. My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge was great. I highly recommend staying here over any other hotel in Pigeon Forge

Christina Brittanie and Missie are fantastic. This property is new and the staff already have it all together ready to assist you after long work days. I was sick with a slight cold after a long workday and really just wanted to get soup and quickly settle in to my room to rest up for the next long work day in the area. They made sure this happened and even went and got me the extras like spoon and napkin for my soup from the Pantry. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Hotel is very new. Bunch of issues during stay. Hotel is a little difficult to find at first. Even though this hotel is new, I would stay at another hotel in the area during my next visit. Check in was an issue, check out was an issue. Room keys did not work after 1st day, fan in room runs continuously even when you shut it off. Housekeeping did not clean our room the first day. There are no service elevators so housekeepers use same elevators as guests. Elevators take a long time. I was overcha... Read more

Our trip was delightful. The staff was very polite, happy, and accommodating. The facility is beautiful, clean, and very new so absolutely nothing is outdated. The indoor pool was great when it was raining and the outdoor pool was a blast. Added bonus - there is an outdoor whirlpool that we were not anticipating. We can't wait to come back :)

This hotel is brand new! Beautiful decorated, wonderful staff, felt very welcomed at check in and during too short of stay, great outdoor area - pool fire pit, and all around sitting outside, central location, and fair price for everything provided. This was a 1 day stay, but we will definitely make this hotel our stay each visit. Kudos to the staff and to Hilton Garden Inn!

This is an outstanding hotel! Two friends and I (faculty in GA universities) were disappointed to arrive in Pigeon Forge in need of last minute accommodations. The original hotel we booked was awful. We decided to check out of Island Drive Lodge immediately and found the Hilton Garden Inn by the grace of God. From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly greeted by Missie who was just an angel. She helped us settle in a lovely comfortable suite where we had great space in a beautiful accommod... I never rate a hotel with five stars, but this hotel is just great. Nice rooms (large, nicely decorated and brand new). The hotel as a very nice pool (in and outdoor), with nice seats and even a small water slide for the kids. It close to all the attractions, yet it sits on a quite street that makes you feel away from the OTT (to my taste) attractions of Pigeon Forge (we where there primarily for GSM NP). Hotel staff is very friendly.

The hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location. However, there was hair all over the bathroom and folded in the towels when we arrived. I was not at all happy about that. I asked for it to be cleaned while we were out and most of the hair was still in the same place when we came back. The next morning, I left sticky notes on all the spots where I saw hair. It was gone when we return that evening. Staff contacted us that evening and gave us complimentary breakfast for the next day. That was ... Read more
