We stayed at the Hampton inn in pigeon forge for one night in room 131. Room for the most part was clean and staff friendly. Only downside was the super firm mattress, I could barely walk the next day. This is totally out of the norm for a Hampton, which my wife have stayed in before at other locations. Also the tv was of poor quality but we didn't watch it that much due to cracking noise in the speakers. We did receive a good rate at $89 a night

We had a great family vacation to Pigeon Forge & spent the whole week here last week. It is a very family friendly hotel. The complimentary breakfast was great. The man who was working spoke with my kids each morning & even made their waffles for them one morning. Our room was always cleaned well. We loved the pool and splash pad. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There was a nice pool area. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical for continental with waffles, sausages, and breakfast pizza. The only complaint I have was the mattress was uncomfortable, my daughter and husband did not have this complaint so it may have just been me. Overall a good experience.

We stay at the Hampton Inns the majority of our travels in many states, because we know what we are getting. This one as usual was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed at a more expensive resort in Pigeon Forge before coming to this Hampton Inn. This hotel was cleaner, more convenient and almost half the price of that resort. Great value! Also being located on Teaster Lane is much more convenient and allows you to avoid the slow bumper to bumper traffic on the Parkway. If you are going to The Ripken fields it is a no brainier and well worth it.

We have stayed at this hotel before and found it to be nice and convenient. This time, we were only there for one night, to do a quick Dollywood trip. Upon entering the room, I could hear the toilet running. The handle was broken and it wouldn't even flush. Traveling with a child and not wanting to deal with calling the front desk, I tried a few ways to fix it, but quickly realized the whole thing was broken. This is a newer hotel and is very nice in appearance, location, and amenities. However, we had the worst check-in experience ever in our 18 years of marriage. After arriving at 4:10pm (check-in was posted as 4pm), we had to wait with 3 young children for about a half hour to get a room because they weren't cleaned/ready. You really can't go wrong with a Hampton Inn. The decor was rustic and went with the Pigeon Forge mountain atmosphere. After a long day of being in the city, you could come back to your clean room (had a nice gas fireplace but in July didn't come in handy), go to the pool or splash pad or could sit in the hot tub. I'm a frequent business visitor to the area and this was my first time staying at the Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge on Teaster Lane - it's a bit below average. I stayed the first three nights of August, 2016. First, be extremely careful of the entrance to the parking lot. Room was clean. Water pressure good. Daughter loved the pool. Decor was modern. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. Close to the Parkway without being on the busy street. Teaster Rd is a great "back door" access to popular places like The Island. Walking distance to several restaurants.
