After visiting family and friends in Woodbury,TN we did as always, off to the mountains. For our needs, this Hampton was the most convenient which accepted pets, close to outlets and the most important, go karts. The outdoor pool was beautiful with a cozy fire pit. We will stay here again.

The location is perfect for visiting the sites of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. There are many things in walking distance. This is a pet friendly facility, which was the main reason for our stay. The grounds are well kept. The pool is nice a nice size.

This hotel met all expectations for a Hampton Inn. It was a good location for us (on "the Parkway"), the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was clean. The price was a good value for the area. We are returning to PF next month and plan to stay there again. A desk clerk gave us a recommendation for a good restaurant, Bullfish Grill, which was close. The included breakfast was good with a large dining area.

Due to past health related issues with my back/spine, I need a firm, supportive mattress and I know I will always have a good experience when checking into a Hampton. The staff are always helpful and courteous and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this Hampton motel.

As usual Hampton Inn gave us a great night of sleep. This location is very good and central to a lot of attractions. The hotle is very clean and the staff is pleasant and helpful. The only let down is the gym, i usually use the gym when i travel but this one felt like an afterthought, small and dark. Other than that this is a very good location with great breakfast, quiet & clean rooms.

We called last minute after staying in a cabin that was not very good. They were able to set us up in a queen suite just as big as the cabin and much much cleaner! Love the friendliness of the staff! Would recommend to all friends and family! Plus, this was much cheaper then the cabin. We will stay here again!

2nd year visiting the hotel for Memorial Day weekend. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Front desk staff is stellar. Greeted us with smiles, good conversation, lemonade and warm cookies. Breakfast was great. Noticed that the breakfast area was kept clean even with 3 little league baseball teams staying at the hotel. Very clean. Pet friendly- even though we do not have a pet.

The staff was wonderful and always friendly. The breakfast was good also, and every day at 4:00 they served cookies and lemonade. Our room was very clean (I am very picky!!!). Normally wouldn't have stayed at a place this expensive but had some reward points that made it possible. Lobby was exceptional. Wood everywhere. Tables and chairs in many nooks and crannies. Staff at check in very helpful. Seems small, but the room cards need only touch the the metal circle on your door and it unlocks. I hate juggling stuff and trying to slide the card with one hand. Where do I start?!? First of all, their desk clerk Kathy should be the first person EVERYONE meets in EVERY business in this city. She is such a wonderful person. Hampton Inn needs to reward this woman with something more than just a congratulations and a pat on the back. She makes the customer feel like they are the most important person in the world and that she is there just to be your friend for the day. Prices were a little high, but so worth it. I love that there were indoor and outdoor pools. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are amazing! This hotel is ideally situated in the middle of the action. With two of the best theatres right across the street - .5 km away. ( Smoky Mountain Opry Theatre and the Hatfield and McCoy dinner Show ). Other attractions are also within easy walking distance. This Hampton is what you expect from this hotel chain. Excellent service and great rooms and beds. Breakfasts at the same quality of other Hamptons - top drawer. Stayed here with a Cardinal Tour group and staff handled the group very well... Read more

We love the Hampton Inns. They offer a great room at a fairly reasonable price. There really isn't a great view from any room that we could tell. It was a very quiet place to stay. Every evening they had a popcorn popper with fresh popped available for everyone.

Even after all that water they still insisted on swimming when we got back to the hotel. I love the H... Read more

We always stay here, usually 5 or 6 times a year and we've never been disappointed. We know most of the hotel staff by name and they always treat us like family. Pets are also welcome and have good walking areas and cleanup facilities

I arrived late without a reservation . I was greeted by a very helpful front desk. We travel with a small dog . the room we stayed in was very clean for a pet friendly room in fact the facility overall was very well maintained and clean, there was a nice area for dogs outside. The location was great with a beautiful setting just off the parkway. I will stay here again in the future.
