Budget hotel with a clean room in the middle of Parkway, so an easy walk to get to all the attractions along that strip. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The batteries were missing from the tv remote in my room but I didn't bother reporting it because I was only there for one night.

Just an overnight stay. Clean room. Heater didn't work at first, but they fixed it super quick. Decor and buildings are a little dated but in good shape. Centrally located in Pigeon Forge. There are trolleys that run by, so easy transportation is close by.

We stayed at this Motel our first and last time. The room had water damage on the ceiling, the bathroom had stains on the wall along with the carpet. The beds were completely worn out and the pillows were also. The entire Motel needs to be remodeled. The lady tending to the continental breakfast had her kids with her at work and spent the whole time yelling at them. The only redeeming feature to this Motel is its location.

Booked my stay thru trip advisor. This was the first time doing so. Fair price. The room was small. But we just need a place to shower and sleep. Overall a good stay and clean hotel. There's a game room next to the hotel for travelers with kids. Didn't visit it so can't say how good or bad it is.

My parents went for a weekend getaway to this hotel. They were terribly disappointed in the quality of this place. It was dirty- the carpet was nasty. The beds were horrible for older people (or any people) to try to rest in. The breakfast included biscuits that were frozen and needed to be thawed in toaster or microwave. Needless to say they were ready to GET AWAY from their weekend GET AWAY lodging. Never ever book this hotel.

While this is an older property and the rooms are dated, I couldn't be happier with the quality for the value. I paid about $36/night for three nights to visit local attractions and Christmas shows. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but I really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs outside and feeding the ducks. I had a Riverside room with a backdoor that opened directly onto the patio overlooking the river. I had a king bed in a clean room with desk, microwave, and minifridge with a r... Read more

We stayed for car show. Wanted to stay close to just walk up and down parkway and look at cars. Room was not clean, kept shoes on at all times. Hairs in shower and in towels. Just not clean all around. Got clean sheets because the ones on the bed looked as though they had some kind of lubricant on them, (trying to keep it rated G for what it looked like), but they were in same shape. They were still hot from dryer, but still in same shape. Room smelled. Walls had bad marks and dirt, door in bath... Read more

Room was in a decent condition but smelled something weird. We just stayed for a night. I our main priority was high speed internet as advertised in the description of amenities of hotel. It was a disaster. Only positive of the hotel is in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Breakfast is decent.

My family stayed at this hotel for one night during fall break to enjoy the beautiful area around Pigeon Forge. We were traveling on a somewhat limited budget and we had hoped this Hotel would be perfect. It wasn't!! The beds were not comfortable at all. The internet in the rooms was up and down. Sometimes ok and often not even worth trying to connect to. The worst part was the next morning at Breakfast. I'm not even sure you could call it "Breakfast" We got there, food was very scarce. 10 minut... Read more
