PROS - bed clean and comfortable. A/C good and cold CONS - Small room. Overpriced because they knew tournaments in town. Paid $216 for two nights. Not worth more than $40/night Holes in blankets. Water won't drain well in tub. Lots of street noise. It is a motel and that was my mistake thinking that because I was booking through choice hotels this would be a nicer unit.

Very small, old hotel. It was clean. Breakfast was provided. We were comfortable for 2 nights. It is significantly cheaper than other options, so we felt it was a good experience for the price. We were late to breakfast and they reopened it for us. Both employees we dealt with were friendly and professional.

Check in was at 3 pm, got there at 3,and was told our room wasn't ready because it was "only the housekeeper's 2nd day." The lady at the desk told us she would call when the room was ready so we left. An hour later, nothing. So we drive back to the hotel. This time there was a man at the desk and he told us he didn't know if it was ready but gave us our keys and said to come back if it wasn't ready. The blanket had cigarette burns all over it, the room smelled like a truck stop bathroom, there... Read more

Very clean and very quiet rooms.Bed was a little hard for my liking. Staff was helpful although I felt pressured telling the lady giving the parking passes I wasn't interested in her "free" money if I watched a small show. Would stay again but would ask attendant behind counter to get me my parking pass!

Room was clean and no bugs. Very budget priced. checked in at 3 pm. they let us check in at 12:30. the river view rooms are the best. Just go out your back door and see the river and plenty of ducks. We loved the beds.

After reading some of the reviews we were somewhat wary about staying here but we were pleasantly surprised. This motel was immaculate, fresh, organized and we were very happy with our stay. Admittedly the room was small, the bathroom was cramped, it's at a very busy area of Pigeon Forge but for the price point I don't think you'll beat this place. If you're on a budget I don't think you'll beat it.

After a week on business in Nashville, we decided to come to Gatlinburg for a night before heading home. Since it was a holiday weekend and the day before, available rooms were slim. We found and booked this room the night before, around 8 pm. We arrived the next day around 2:30pm. Upon arrival, I asked if it was possible we check in early (check-in is 3 pm normally) since we had been driving for along time and my daughters needed the restroom. The front desk clerk barely looked at me, and sai... Read more

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff friendly. Stayed here for the weekend. Got king size room with two beds and sofa. Has mini fridge and microwave. Rally enjoyed the place. Ask for second floor so you can see the view of stores all around

we enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool. There is a lot of stuff within walking distance. We had a 2nd floor room with a private balcony that faced the water, and out the front window we could see the mountains, I very loved both views.

Loud air conditioner, and the bedding smelled terrible! Avoid this place at all costs. Yuck. I will say, however, Hotwire screwed up our reservation and the front desk clerk was friendly and made ever effort to fix it. The hotel itself though is dirty. The pool is very small. I would never recommend this place.

For the price, this place was a practical, clean one night stay for a spur of the moment Dollywood weekend. I booked this hotel the night before, and my daughter really enjoyed the pool slide. The breakfast is adequate (I would add eggs, but for the price, there are your basic breakfast carbs). The wifi didn't work in our room, but closer to the lobby it did. At $90, I would stay here again.

Older hotel with a river view and ducks to feed. Small pool with a slide. Located near everything. Continental breakfast every morning. Rooms are small. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival, about 2:15pm but we knew check in wasn't until 3pm. We told the front desk we'd go eat and come back. We returned at 3:20. Room still wasn't ready. We finally got our room at 3:45. The reason we were given was there were new house keepers and the night before the hotel was full. It was pouring down ra... Read more

Never ever book this hotel. Smelled terrible. The mans front desk were not friendly at all. The worst hotel I have ever been. They forced me to be in a smoking room which was terrible again. Breakfast??!! really do you call it breakfast!! Consider it as no breakfast. Internet, I used my own shared data cause there was only a fake wifi which is not working.

Room was not the best. Duck tape over vents, stains on chairs, and garbage putside of room. Will most likely never stay hetr again. Close in proximity to tourist attractions and restaurants, right in the heart of pigeon forge.

This was 2nd year staying here. Last year was great, this year was good, but walls where bathroom sink was need to be wiped down, and could tell that shower had not been wiped down. Breakfast was to start at 7am and it was after 7:30 am before ready. The biscuits were cold and hard. But the rate was good. Walking distance to alot of aattracions.
