Had a great stay at Econo Lodge Riverside.. Quite, clean and everything we were looking for on our trip for Spring Rod Run 2016 . Would definitely stay again. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Indoor Pool was clean, myself and the kids enjoyed it. The only issue I had, was with the laundry room, the dyer didn't work very well. It took forever to dry our towels after swimming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hotel needs some updating! There was a hole in the bedspread and it was very worn. I was ready to leave, but after going through the place I would have to say it was clean. Just needs some sprucing up with furniture etc. I would not stay there again though. Too many other hotels at same price that are nicer.

I have stayed at this particular Hotel twice. I love staying on the Riverside. The rooms are really nice and the beds are comfortable. Everyone at the front desk was so accommodating and willing to help you with whatever you need. The continental breakfast is excellent. Better than it would normally be. The game room doesn't really have any fun games such as pinball or Pacman. Feeding the Ducks is so much fun for everyone. We'll stay here again!!!

It's a nice hotel. They put on a nice breakfast spread and is well stocked. Beds are super comfy. Water pressure is good. My son was happy with the pool, I didn't go in. Housekeeping does a very good job, our room was clean. Hotel in main areas was clean. They keep up on things around the hotel, someone pulled the light out of the pool and they came down quickly to check it and fix it. Staff is super friendly. Excellent location, very decent rooms with mini-fridge & microwave, nice indoor pool area with kiddie pool and hot tub, & hot breakfast! Great pricing and front desk service! Have stayed there twice now and is going to be my new go to place in Pigeon Forge. Also, a nice pavilion, fire pit and walkway along the Little Pigeon River in the rear of the property.

They thoroughly explained what time breakfast was, where the pool is, and check out procedures. I felt welcomed by the front desk upon arrival and they did a great job at making us right at home. The room was well prepared and clean when we arrived. It was fully stock with fresh linens and ready for our stay. The amenities, furniture, and counter tops all looked to have been re... Read more

This was a couples trip. This is a very nice hotel. We were impressed with how clean this hotel was and how nice it was in appearance. The little creek at the back, with its ducks and geese, is a very relaxing and enjoyable place to sit at the end of the day. A nice continental breakfast is served in the morning, and the staff is very friendly. This hotel is also right in the middle of everything in pigeon forge. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I have stayed at this Econo Lodge many times over the years, either with my family or just my husband. It has always been very clean and the staff is always so nice. My only complaint is parking. Our room was on the front side of the building facing the highway and there is only one row for cars directly in front of the rooms there. The wifi worked well seemingly all over the hotel! The pool is awesome! I can't believe an Econo Lodge has a pool like this! Out back there is a place to walk and feed ducks at the stream. We booked late so we had a room with no view. Had breakfast there one morning, it was good, very crowded but ok.
