Days Inn is across from the Dixie Stampede. It's a great location for walking to nearby attractions. The inn itself could use some updates and deeper cleaning.

The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush, there wasnt a sink stopper to use the tub, there wasn't a cord on the telephone in the room, the television was ancient and didn't work. The Continental breakfast consisted cereal, a limited at of bread and bagels. I am celiac and the only thing for me was instant oatmeal.

We stayed here because of the excellent price so we could be close to Dollywood. Loved the rustic decor, & we we were less than 2 miles from the park. We were very pleased and plan to stay here again.

Our bathroom was not very clean and we only had one towel, no wash cloths and a bathmat that looked like it had been used before. We only had one cup for coffee....unfortunately, we were out until after l0:00 PM and when we tried to contact the front desk about needs, no response.

The room was awful. Peeling paint, ceiling tiles stained and broken, dirty carpet. The air conditioner in the first room we were in, didn't work. The ac in the next room we were switched to, made horrible noises. I was unable to get on the wi-fi. The breakfast was supposed to be a hot breakfast, but was continental out of bread bags. I don' t think I will ever stay at a Wyndham brand again.

My only complaint was the lady that was at check-in, she wasn't very friendly and acted as if I was bothering her by asking questions about amenities. Jesus was our gentleman that came by every morning and with us ladies, I was thrilled that it was the same person each time. He was polite and attentive to what our group needed.

I was a little disappointed in the maid service. The front desk was very helpful in finding a smoking room as close as possible to the bottom floor room requested by my elderly companions. She was very knowledgeable about everything we asked. Then I go upstairs to my room and there was ashes in the sink, the housekeeper was cleaning the room beside mine. She was on her phone and sitting on the bed. Her child was running up and down the hall. I had no ashtray in my room and the front desk told me... Read more

The room was clean and staff very nice.BUT the owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves. They have let this hotel run down!!!! The curtains where so old that they had holes in them. There was a side table with a lamp but no outlet to plug it in. In the whole room there are 2 outlets one for the TV and one for microwave and refrigerator. There was a space under the outside door large enough that bugs or even a snake could crawl under. A yellow jacket nest at our door. The air was runn... Read more

Days Inn Pigeon Forge South is an excellent choice for lodging while in The Great Smoky Mountains, its conveniently located, right next door to Dixie Stampede dinner show, just a short distance from Dollywood, Patriot Park the trolley stops right out front and the rooms are neat, clean and comfortable cable TV, free WiFi, coffee makers on each room. Very comfortable beds they have non smoking and smoking rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit the area. I know that... Read more

I've stayed in worse in say Atlanta but I did not expect this in Pigeon Forge. Locks didn't work, toilet was broke, curtains didn't cover the window, and over all just nasty inside and out. Employees were rude and had smart phones and friends to deal with rather than customers. The only saving grace of this dump was to walk across the street to Dixie Stampeded. Last room in town is here...leave it and sleep in your car.

Room wasn't cleaned, no trash can, Breakfast was horrible, accommodations and service lousy. When checking in the girl behind the counter seemed more interested in her I phone than serving me. I had to Waite 30 min for her to send someone to check I my room was ready in a hotel that only had 9 cars in the parking lot. The parking lot stunk to high heaven, dirty and I didn't feel safe there at all. I will never stay at a days in again.

The room was not what it was advertised to be. Not as clean as it should have been. Other people's trash left in drawers. Not even a phone in the room. Only good thing was a comfortable bed and we parked at out door. Other than that we were disappointed to say the least. We definitely will not be back to this one. First of all, even though I made reservations, the desk clerk could not find anything about it. She had to rely on the confirmation number which I had. Not enough towels and wash cloths for 2 adults and 2 children. The ice bucket in the room was useless because the ice machine was broken. The closest ice machine was 100 yards away. Additionally, upon returning home, I received a letter advising me or the cancellation of the reservation....which I did not cancel

This hotel is 2 to 3 levels with no elevators. We had room by pool, but I did not care the room location. It was a non smoking room but smelled very bad. If I stayed again, I would stay on the back side off s. River rd. You can see the dollywood fireworks from that side.
