Saw a woman struggling at the front desk to get her room changed because her room was one of two that had no balcony and she wanted fresh air, rather than run the AC. Very disturbing. Tony told her that the hotel was full and he couldn't do anything, that she had to work it out with the tour she was with. The hotel was almost empty!

We stayed at Comfort Suites at Pigeon Forge to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Our room was spacious, well furnished, and comfortable. It was on the 5th floor, on the front side, with a spectacular view of the parkway, and the Island area. The hotel is centrally located to plenty of activities, yet it is very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast bar in the hotel is good, but I have to say that I personally prefer the breakfast at the Clarion Inn in Pigeon Forge. Overall, a wonderful experie... Read more

36 of us traveled by motor coach from Michigan to Pigeon Forge and spent 5 nights in this Comfort Suites hotel. My room overlooked the parkway and had a nice balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, with a menu of eggs, sausage, waffles, danish pastry, bagels, rolls, gravy, coffee, juices and fruit. We asked for bananas and on day 2, there were some in the fruit bowl. Thanks to the hotel manager for that. The location was great! The Titanic Mu... Read more

A friend and I had only stayed here for one night and It ruined our whole trip! We made the reservation through AAA because we were also going to Dollywood. My friend and I wanted to split pay, me $40 plus some change and him $60 since I drove. Well the new girl at the counter charged the whole amount to the card and kept my friends $60 in cash. I didn't find out until I was at Dollywood and checked my account balance so I know how much I could spend on souvenirs. Well I had barely any money to ... Read more

Been a guest of this property for the last 12 years. Really cant see much wear and tear as one might expect. Many of the Choice properties I have visited in the last year have shown their age and need of remodeling. Not so much this hotel. Hotel is 6-8 miles east of Knoxville and out of the congestion. Several dining options within eyesight of the hotel. Excellent staff and the breakfast option includes hot and cold choices.

This hotel is nice, but needs remodeling. The location is great, as it sits off the main road. Easy access to The Island and other attractions. There are outside balconies and the room we had was in the back, but still had some nice views. Pool (indoor and outdoor) and hot tub were nice. Staff were pleasant.

The front desk staff were efficient, but I wouldn't say real friendly. We had a room that faced the back parking lot, but I guess every room can't have a view of the mountains. The room was very spacious and clean. We heard very little noise from other rooms or people walking down the hallway. We did not eat the breakfast because we wanted to eat at the Apple Barn. The hotel is in a good location and we learned the back way to avoid a lot of traffic!

My husband and I stayed here June 27-July 1st, celebrating our 36th Wedding Anniversary and our nephews 17th Birthday. We met family to get together with that was staying only two hotels away and we even got a last minute booking, no problem. The General Manager Tony, was very friendly and helpful in upgrading our room because we didn't need an accessible room. Pictured here is our corner room from the 5th floor with a lovely balcony view of the mountains and the main parkway and hotel front en... Read more

If you have stayed at Comfort Suites before, this hotel falls right in line. Good, clean, hot breakfast and nice service. The location s good--very close to many things to do. Renee was a friendly front desk attendent. She was a good source to ask for things to do in the area. The balcolny was an added bonus. A few things could be better--weekday breakfast should be extended to 9:30 or 10:00. There was a mad dash and overcrowding as everyone piled in at 8:55 to beat the cut off. Second... Read more

First let me say that my family tries real hard to stay in comfort suites everywhere because they are Usually Awesome for folks that are wheel chair bound. Well this one was a Big disappointment! The pictures will tell it all. We paid for a handicap accessible room. It turned out it was not at all. So we went back down to the Very Rude Clerk lady and told her. Long story short... no rail on wall by toliet, room had too much furniture to move around, and we could not get our lift in the actual to... Read more

It appears that this is an older property that hopefully is ready for updates. The front and surrounding area seems kind of "faded". It still is worthy of being called a Comfort Suites Inn, but needs some fine tooth cleaning. Just little things like stained pictures, built up crud in the bathroom corners, and lotion that wasn't replaced. It's the little things that turn into missed bigger things. We slept comfortably, had a good breakfast, and had our questions answered quickly. Location i... Read more

We stayed at this property for two nights during peak season in August. As a whole, the hotel is average. Pros: + The hotel hallway was pretty quiet + The rooms are spacious + The location is well situated - right in the middle of town, but a little set back from the main blvd, so it's a bit easier to get in and out. It is also easy to access The Island and Dollywood without going down the main strip. + Beds are reasonably comfortable + The room was mostly clean (the usual suspects need atten... Read more

Checked in late with no reservation. Richard was very helpful in getting us a cooler room after our first room may have had an a/c unit that had frozen up. The room was very nice and had a balcony, plus a nice firm king bed. The hot breakfast was great and closely supervised by Tony who made sure everything was OK by visiting customers while managing a few problems with leaks from the overnight storm. This hotel has 2 pools, one in with a hot tub and one out. This hotel is also up more than spr... Read more

As previous reviewers point out, this hotel should get some nice updating. But this is a very clean, well run above average hotel. From its beautiful spot on the side of the hill facing the mountains to the extremely well groomed and articulate young man at the front desk. The parking lot is beautifully maintained and landscaped. The lobby and breakfast room are beautiful. We felt pampered. The beddings and pillows are the quality of the newest Country Inns and Suites in the chain. The WiFi is a... Read more

we had stayed at Comfort Suites before and based on the reviews I had read they we not matching up. The people we all very nice and helpful, but it was like it had never kept up with the times and remodeled. When we first got the key to 402, we got off the elevator and the hallways were 90 degrees at the coolest, and fans going on from maybe a water spill somewhere? The rooms were nice but out dated, the bathroom was acceptable but the tub we really out dated. The inside pool did not look clean... Read more

So my family decided to take a overnight trip for rod run (last minute). Only problem was that almost all the hotels jacked their rates or were no vacancy. We caught a brake with this hotel in more ways than one. Big clean room, multiple sinks so my wife can get ready while I got a shower, COMFORTABLE BEDS, and at a reasonable price. Although we have another hotel we always prefer in pigeon forge, we now have a plan b for the future.

Enjoyed the comfort suites. They had a wonderful breakfast setup!!!! And the kids loved that there was an indoor/outdoor pool. Super convenient with a trolley stop right down the hill. Staff very friendly and helpful. A little dated, but nothing major. Would definitely stay here again.

When visiting pigeon Forge, we like to stay at this hotel. The entire staff is always very pleasant and efficient. The breakfast is good and there is a lot to choose from. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Because of its great location, one has easy access to the entertainment and to the shopping. It is very close to the Christmas Place (one of my favorite places to visit).

Nasty, poor customer service. Travel most every weekend with my children to play sports and have NEVER in those 5 years had such a negative experience in such a dirty hotel. The pool was black, the bathroom was full of pubic hair and had not been cleaned. Check in was a disaster beause I wanted to pay with a different credit card. It went down hill from there. The hotel lobby was decorated for the holidays beautifully. The staff was very friendly and helpful with knowledge of the area. Breakfast was pretty plain but the coffee was good. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable, except for the pull out, which are never comfortable anyway. Close to several attractions in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.
