This was my second stay at this facility. On this trip I was traveling with a group of 22 friends and our reservations were booked through Sales Director Kim Oliver. Our arrival was clearly anticipated and planned for by the front desk staff. Our check in was orderly and prompt and we were in our pre-assigned rooms very quickly. The rooms was nicely furnished and comfortable; desktop electrical outlets were plentiful; bedding was comfortable; and the HVAC system functioned without creating unc... Read more

Very clean place, just don't get a room next to the high way. All I heard was the semi trucks going down the road all night long. Staff was very friendly, Internet was fast. I used the complementary Internet and was still able to face time my family back home.

This is one of the best Hampton's I have stayed in. The odd numbered rooms over look the freeway and can be load if you are not use to the traffic. Plenty of parking. Staff was great and the breakfast was good, kids even got a balloon to take home. Very clean well kept property. A definite choose in the Chattanooga area, even if it just a stop over on I-75.

We usually stop at the Ooltewah location during our travel from Michigan to Florida and Back primarily due to the consistent accomadation and ouality of service. The staff is. Always helpful. We can always count on getting a good nights rest.

We stayed at this Ooltewah Hotel for several nights. It's pretty new, and well maintained, but it has a few weaknesses. Non critical, but worth noting. They pick up trash at 4:00 AM and the diesel truck and banging can are quite loud. If you stay here, ask for a room away from the highway. We could hear I-75 All Night ! We struggled with the room temperature, trying to find the operating range. The thermostat swings about 4 or 5 degrees, and the unit does not respond quickly - no matte... Read more

This hotel was a litt more but worth every dime. The breakfast had actual cut up fruit salad. Not from a can. The front desk staff were delightful and the rooms were so clean. It was right by the interstate.

Make sure everything is clean when you first go to your room!! If we had checked first they would have given us another room. When we checked on it they were totally booked, so just let it slide, until checkout and I told the clerk about it and she did give me credit for one night, Probably should have got credit for full stay.

My son's baseball team was in town for a tournament. Everything at the Hotel was great except the noise from the interstate. The families across the hall did not have that issue. The solution for me was to go to YouTube and find a white noise video. Problem solved if you can tolerate it. The restaurant next door is 100 ft. away and outstanding.

We stayed on the 3rd floor next to the Interstate, but the noise from the Interstate was not a problem. We found the comforter on the bed to be big and bulky. We asked the desk clerk if they had a blanket so that we could remove the comforter. She said she would send someone up from housekeeping in a few minutes. After a couple of hours, a lady showed up but could speak very little, if any, English. So, a wasted trip. We ran out of bath soap one night and it was not replaced the next day--... Read more

This Hampton has by far exceed my expectations and so did all the staff we had encounters with. Our room was very comfortable and the daily breakfast was very good and perfect way to start the day. It wasn't a gourmet meal but had plenty to choose from and was satisfying. If you need a quite room, ask for one that doesn't face interstate.

We were satisfied overall, however, we had room 425 and we heard traffic noise all night, which affected our sleep. Then, at 6:30 am the garbage truck emptied the dumpster which was below our room. That was a strange wake up call to say the least. Other than that, it was consistent with Hampton quality.

The hotel staff was amazingly friendly and the rooms were super clean. The parking lot was over capacity, and we had to circle and wait 15 minutes to get a spot. WiFi did *NOT* work in the hotel. It was visible, but wouldn't connect with an IP address. Breakfast was heat-n-serve, nothing fancy.

Some of the previous comments had me worried about highway noise. Our hotel room was right against 75 and we couldn't hear a thing. The only bad we experienced was sports families hogging the pool. Internet was not working, but hotel was full and may have been overloaded. We were just there for an overnight. Nice breakfast, typical of Hampton. Hot tub/pool was one of the best. Didn't get a chance to use fitness room to evaluate.

The room wad not handicap accessible. It had a few rails, but that is all. There was a bath tub instead of a walk in shower, the toilet only had one rail and there was nothing on the other side of it to help you lift up. The sink was too far away to use.

Check-in was easy, although they sent me to the wrong room and I had to go back down. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room was loud from the nearby highway, but my friend stayed across the hall and it was quiet on her side. Breakfast had more offerings than other Hampton's. Overall, a very good stay for one night.

We were driving through the area and decided to stay the night. This would allow us to explore the city better before moving on to our main destination. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the area. This location was perfect! We went to Look out mountain, AT&T baseball field, the Williams pediatrician Bridge, hang gliding and Rock City. This location was great for all that we did. The hotel was very clean and the service was great!

Needed a place for the night and there was room in the Inn. The parking was plentiful. The desk clerks were friendly and very efficient. Breakfast is the standard Hampton Inn breakfast: advanced continental. The breakfast area was stocked pretty well throughout the morning. The room was great, the bed was okay, and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of toiletries. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great place.

Hampton Inn has clean, comfortable accommodations at reasonable rates. We stayed for several days and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The ladies working the breakfast buffet could not have been more pleasant. The smell of freshly baked cookies greets you every afternoon as you return to your room. I stayed here for business for 2 days and had a great experience. Pros: Clean, great breakfast (biscuits, eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, sausage, fresh fruit), great customer service, candy in the lobby, fresh cookies in the evening Con: There aren't many decent restaurants around this hotel so you would have to drive approximately 10 minutes to find something decent to eat

Do not book at this hotel ... I booked this hotel through the Hilton App. I could not make the Sept 3rd date due to a family issue, however neither Hampton Ootlewah or Hilton Corp would work with me to change the date. I tried to move my reservation and ADD 3 days to my stay....but to no avail. I stayed one night here and I must say that it was one of the most cleanest hotels I ever stayed in. The room was a standard size and there was alot of charging ports. They use Neutrogena products which I loved and they even had make up remover. The breakfast was typical but the servers were friendly and prompt. If I go back to Chattanooga and don't want to spend too much I'll consider going back to this hotel.

I gave this hotel all 10's. Need I say more? The hotel is new or just like new. The staff were incredible, friendly and professional The breakfast was plentiful and had an assortment of food for everyone. I will stay here again no doubt. My only complaint is the ridiculous bite sized pillows that everyone I speak with complains about. Whomever came up with these should have to use them at home as punishment.

Hampton Inn has never let me down. This was actually the least ammenity laden one I've ever stayed in but it was still solid value. Super comfortable bed and pillows, CLEAN room and bath. Would love to have stayed longer. My son wished we could adjust the temp to a warmer setting. Even though I was fine, I found it odd that there was no guest controlled thermostat.
