I just came back from Nashville where myself and four friends stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. I am happy to say I highly recommend Wyndham Nashville resorts! They could not have been nicer from the check in staff to housekeeper they were friendly and top notch. The resort grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The condo was beautiful and more than enough room for the 5 of us. The best perk was the $10 round trip shuttle to downtown Nashville and $5 round trip shuttle to Gaylord opry lan... Read more

Very nice place and location. We had a one bedroom deluxe and were very pleased with everything - very spacious. The shuttle service to downtown was great and well worth the cost ($10 r/t). We will definitely come back to the Wyndham Nashville! The staff were all helpful and nice as were the shuttle drivers.

Asked for a handicapped room upon making reservation. Upon check in, we asked is this handicapped and they replied yes. It is not. I begged for three days for a handicapped room. Always promised a call back - never got one. Terrible experience in dealing with staff - they are all very nice - but wishes are disregarded with lack of concern for my safety

I rented a two bedroom two bath condo here and was so surprised and impressed. It was beautiful, spotless, and so convenient. They want you to sit in on a little time share presentation, and they may ask you twice. Just say no and don't go to their "free" breakfast. They don't pressure at all. They have shuttle service to downtown and the Opry for a little fee. The only thing I would improve on was the check in staff. The girl that waited on us was a little rude and talked about me right in fro... Read more

I am an owner with Wyndham and have never been disappointed with their resorts! This one was no different! what I like most about Wyndham is that no matter where you are you feel right at home. The units are nice, spacious, updated, clean, and have fully stocked partial or full kitchens. It's the absolute best way to travel!

It made for a perfect home away from home while visiting Nashville. The Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Resort and Convention Center and Opry Hills Mall are in walking distance! There is free wi-fi and Direct TV. It rained on and off for most of our stay, so these things came in handy. Lol. As for the hotel itself, it was like having an apartment while travelling! Plenty of space and a fully-equipped kitchen; dishwasher, dishes and all. We have an elementary-aged child and let me tell you, this is hu... Read more

I booked a DELUXE 1 bed apartment for two weeks with Vacation Service Network via Tripadvisor, My receipt showed a DELUXE. Some weeks later I checked with the front desk at Wyndham to be told that my reservation was for a SUITE for one week and then moving to another SUITE for the second week. A Suite does not have a bath or a balcony and is generally much smaller than a De Luxe .Be aware some of these suites have a triangular 'living'area with just enough room for a sofa and table..not eno... My husband, 4 year old daughter, and myself took a short family vacation to Nashville and stayed at the Wyndham Nashville location. No complaints the first night. We were able to spend quality time as a family and the facility was very nice. The next day was very different, to say the least. Very strange to be treated with such disrespect. (Written by my husband.) The Worst: 1) The Wyndham Ownership sales gimmick. 2) The Inventory Manager working on June 2. 3) The woman that stands at a sem... Read more

I didn't book it myself, was a guest of my daughter's. We had a two bedroom- two bath condo with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony. I loved it. So much space for three adults, a teenager, and two babies. It had three pools, a hot tub, two kiddie pools, grills, picnic areas, and a playground. The only negative was that my bedroom was on the side where the entrance doors are situated and two nights I heard party goers coming home from a night of drinking. That is something hard to avoid t... Stayed 2 nights for an in town wedding. We are not members. Friendly staff. Not as pushy to sell the resort as other places I have been. The outside was very clean and landscape was really nice. We had a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath suite. In need of renovation. Pretty clean to my standards, but could use a deep cleaning (upholstery and carpet). One thing that was strange was a spa tub in a room all itself??? They should that space to enlarge the second bedroom and bath.

Grounds were great, accommodations were perfect for our business trip! (Although it was my husband and myself.) The check-in being directed to the "time share desk" was a little annoying, but I can say "no thank you" in a polite, stern way! ;) Our biggest complaint was the wifi connection...we couldn't even get uber to come pick us up, so we ended up renting a car. It was also difficult for us to upgrade to a higher speed due to the connection...so it was really annoying. I would highly sugges... Read more

There is no counter space for preparing meals. Pots and pans are stored in front closet. While mini counter is completely covered with coffee machine and utensils. The sofa is situated facing the front door. Both the living room and bedroom windows face outdoor hallway. So you can be sleeping while hearing others as they walk past your living space. The resort is very congested, and heavily populated. There are no restaurants and little outdoor space. Not my favorite Wyndham resort, don't plan... Read more

I'm sure I'm not the only reviewer to give the Wyndham in Nashville a huge thumbs up. We stayed in a sweet with two other couples and the accommodations were above and beyond. Sure the living room furniture could have been more comfortable, but that is the only thing that comes to mind that can be rated down. The suite has two bathrooms and would be great for a family to enjoy. The pool areas are amazing and you are close to food, shopping, and the Opry itself.

Six of us were visiting Nashville for the day and night and wanted to all be able to stay together instead of splitting up into different rooms. We booked a condo at Wyndham and it couldn't have been more perfect! It was the perfect size and came with all of the amenities we could want and then some! Our only complaint became the fact that we weren't stay there longer! Check in was fast and easy and we even had snow cones in the lobby. We're staying here every trip to Nashville from now on, whic... Read more

Everyone at Wyndham Nashville was wonderful! We were allowed to check in early (had been up many hours to get there!). Staff knew places to visit and to eat and were willing to suggest them, with descriptions. The property was clean, the buildings in general quiet. We used the kitchen for making breakfasts and snacks ~ which was wonderful!

Our room was nice and well equipped. We are in a 2 bedroom suite and it could sleep 8 happily. I love the full kitchen so I can save a few bucks on meals. They will ask you to attend a Wyndham time share presentation. You can say no. We went and while it took up the morning we were pleased enough to join a trial points program. The concierge desk has been so helpful. I will definitely be back.

We had stayed in Nashville for almost a week at the Wyndham in Nashville and it was a great suite! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living and dining area and great kitchen! The staff seemed really nice. I told them upfront that I was a guest of my parents who were members, and that I would not be attending the sales presentation, and they left me along. Granted, there are amenities that go along with attending the presentation that you will not have access to. There are 3 pools, we were right... Read more

This is a nice older resort that has been updated and enlarged. We were in a 4th floor, 2 bedroom condo. The elevator was helpful but extremely slow (our adult children walked down the 4 floors and beat us using the elevator). The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pots & pans, silverware, etc. my only problem was the dishes were in a cabinet above the counter in the corner and since I only 5' tall, I could not reach the cabinet. The entire place was clean and inviting. This resort is... Read more

Being Wyndham owners, we were excited to stay at the Nashville resort. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the Wyndham name. The room was so nasty...the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, there was dust everywhere, and LOTS of bugs in the room. A few of the towels were dirty and even the bathroom was dirty. We didn't have enough towels and wash cloths in the room and it took 2 days for us to get extra towels! The floors were filthy and the vents were covered in dust. We even fo... Read more

The Wyndham Nashville is a decent place to stay if you are looking to stay outside of the downtown area. It was about a 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville, although it is about 1 mile or less from the Grand Ole Opry. The exterior of the buildings and the grounds are well kept. However, the interior of our unit was disappointing. We had 2 adjoining units (1130 and 1131). One was spacious, clean, and well maintained. However, the other side was incredibly disappointing. It had stains all over t... Read more

It was clean and very well appointed. The decor was modern and completely stocked with linens and dishes. It even had a washer and dryer. The balcony was great! Our week at the Nashville Wyndham started early in the morning upon check-in. Mysteriously, the Sales office called my cell phone within 5 minutes after our initial check-in. I have been through several of the Wyndham Sales presentations & am happy to tell them exactly how I feel of their ownership inquiries. After 1 hour of repeated exclamations regarding why I don't want to be an owner, I proceeded to get up & let them know I've had enough. I told them they could keep their $100 gift card... Read more

We had excess Wyndham points and decided to take a 4 day/3 night mini vacation. Drove over on a Sunday and went to the welcome party. (country music together with presentation of weekly activities.) I was interested in the veterans breakfast ($4.00) but was told it was SOS. After serving 33 years in the service, I had sworn off eating SOS. Pricy if you're not a member. Check-in process to lengthy (even with avoiding the sales presentation). Rooms nice and large. But mold in bathrooms. Horrible beeping (like a fire alarm battery needing to be replaced, beeped every second. loudly) outside room whole time. Called everyday to have it looked at. Would "fix" it for about an hour, then it would come back. Made it nearly impossible to sleep. Bought ear plugs after first night that helped a little.

The accommodations were nice - the rooms clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pools, as well, which were clean and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas to go around. However, the sales presentation that was supposed to last 90 minutes was closer to 5 hours and these folks weren't taking no for an answer. The rep got sarcastic when she finally understood "no means no" - not a pleasant experience and furious that I allowed it to suck up a day of my well-earned vacation and time with family I don't see...
