I was there with my husband a week ago for a business seminar he had to attend. I had a few extra vacation days, so I took them knowing I would just be hanging around the hotel all day. I enjoyed my time off not doing much but reading and hanging by the pool. I made a friend at the restaurant, named Nouk. He was so nice, keeping me company while I dined in. He made me feel like it was a home away from home! My first time there, but we will definitely be returning and staying at this hotel again!... Read more

This was one of the worst hotels stays that I've ever had (and I've spent hundreds of nights in hotels). I think that I was treated poorly because I booked through Priceline rather than the hotel. Upon arrival at around 10:30pm, I asked to be placed in a room with a king bed. I was told that I would need to pay more (which is horrible considering that no one else would be checking in that late). I ended up paying for the room and it was in horrible condition (so much for wasting that money). The... Read more

We've stayed at the Raddison several times over the last few years and have always found it to be a great value. The room are clean, the restaurant/ bar has really good food and you can't beat their customer service. We always enjoy seeing our favorite server Nouk!

Excellent customer service! Overall service of the hotel management and staff was outstanding! Hospitality must not go unnoticed as the friendliness and courtesy was beyond warm and welcoming. Nouc, is a perfect example of the above statement; he is the waiter in the dining room.

This was my first time staying in a Radisson, and I am certainly glad my company chose to use this particular one. I was traveling for business training and each day the staff responsible for "babysitting" our conference room were just incredible. Elaine and Diamond were quite possibly the most incredible hotel staff I have encountered in a long time. As mentioned my wife was also staying at the hotel and she would eat breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. There was a Laotian man (I don't kn... Read more

Great place to stay in especially since they have the best park and fly option in Nashville. Some great service from exceptional people and just an easy stay. They even helped when our car ran out of battery and we needed a recharge. Would use this place again, especially for this purpose!

Above average staff. Everyone extremely helpful and nice. The problem is the location of the hotel if you do not have a car and want to eat something. In all fairness, I did not inquire as to if they could take me somewhere to eat. On foot, at night, it is basically up some hills to a main road. I navigated it on my own and knew where I was going because I had noticed the route we took from the airport in the courtesy van. The biggest problem, for me, was a noise in the wall that kept coming on ... Read more

We just came back from breakfast, and needed to give a shout out to the server, Nouk.. He was especially attentive and friendly--and worked hard to please. He's so funny, he should be doing stand-up. We'd come back to the Radisson just for a chat with him!

Great business travel hotel. I have stayed here several times for work and the staff is very nice and really enjoy Nouk in the restaurant for breakfast. Easy to find right off I40 and very close to the airport.
