This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our road trip. Would have been ok if we were putting it on expenses because it seemed like a business mans type of hotel. No free breakfast but very expensive breakfast (went to gas station and ate in the lobby) The room was nice and had a safe, staff were ok, just didn't feel as friendly as all the other hotels we stayed in.

The hotel accommodations and staff were well received. The rooms were clean. Not much water pressure in the shower, but hot water. The prices in the hotel restaurant were way too high! Lucky other more reasonable price restaurants in the area. Not very close to downtown, they do offer a shuttle for a reasonable price but it starts way too late. I recommend they start the shuttle service at least by 8:00 AM.

We stay here at the Radisson because we heard of there inside pool and the kids really wanted to swim. When we first got there Brooke welcomed us with a beautiful smile. After the kids got finished swimming we went down to eat and Dereaka are server was great and suggested a couple of appetizers to try which was great. We will be back soon to stay again

We stayed at the Radisson for my son's wedding. They had a block of rooms and many of the family members/friends stayed as well. The lobby/bar/breakfast area was a great place to gather. Very comfortable stay!!

My company has been using this hotel for many years. Many times, hotels become complacent in these situations. That is not true in this case. Had a fabulous stay during the CMA Fest. The front desk attendants were very helpful and awlays welcoming us back to the hotel. I would have very much of referred people to this hotel until the last day. My friend and I asked the hotel desk staff to put our bags under-lock while we went into town before out later flight. I was truly expecting more. The carpeting needed to be updated (it was stained and wet) and there was a stain on the wall, I am assuming from wine? Don't they have ways of cleaning these things up? We stayed here last weekend for our romantic getaway in Nashville. The hotel was excellent. Free internet, quiet swim at the pool in the afternoon after lunch. We had breakfast every morning at the full buffet.

Even though it was hot outside, our room was sub-freezing. The room air conditioner goes on even though the "off" button was pushed. So cold that we had to stuff a Tshirt in each of the 2 vents and put blankets under the door. The wall unit hairdryer wasn't even mounted to the wall, only left unmounted on the counter. I got a decent deal on the hotel so I was cautiously optimistic. When we arrived there were no actual parking spots available. I had to park along the side of the parking lot. Check in was good. We rented this room to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday. She wanted to swim and feel special. We did not invite any other children other than her brothers and sister and she still had the time of her life! The pool area was very nice. There were large towels heavily available. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean. It was an overall excellent experience.

I stayed at the radisson for 4 days during sales school. Everyone was super nice, it was a beautiful facility with free parking, and the indoor pool was even heated. The best part was the catered dinners we had every night. They were delicious!! Hopefully I will be back soon, with my family this time! THANK YOU RADISSON!

Hotel is in a convenient location. The beds were very uncomfortable, and bathrooms were small. The Elevators are particularly hazardous. This stay was for a large family gathering, therefore I tried to look past the things that I was unsatisfied with. Overall the stay was good. Staff was Friendly!

Clean and functional, the rooms were okay for purpose and had tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge to help you to organize your onward journey. We had a meal in the bar as the restaurant was closed. The food was pre prepared and expensive as were the drinks and the lack of ambience in the bar (and the pouring rain) had us confined to a night of tv before our flight.There was a pool so if you had more time to kill this would make your stay more interesting.

Came for a Sales Meeting Week with Family Heritage using one of their business rooms and staying nights in the hotel. Very impressed by the staff friendliness and helpfulness, treated us extremely well. Food provided was fantastic as well. This was a nice hotel. However, the people from the airlines came in and forced me out of line. They need to learn manner. The staff was very apologetic. next time they need to have more staff at the counter so that everyone can be waited on fairly.

The room I was in (537) was comfortable and quiet, fridge and coffee maker. As a "gold" member, I was given a room on the "Carlton" floor. I was given a piece of chocolate and there was ice water (but the ice had melted) upon coming out of the elevator. No place to buy a newspaper. The staff at this Radisson is definitely worth mentioning... from the front desk to to the wait staff and housekeeping, everyone was very inviting. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the workout facilities were all in working order. Airport noise at night sometimes sounded like a mild thunderstorm but that was only a minor inconvenience. Overall a great stay.

I'll begin this review by stating that I booked through Priceline. Perhaps it's the practice of hotels to give bad rooms to those who book through discount sites? We were given a room that I was immediately appalled by. The carpet was stained worse than I've ever seen at any facility. My flight was super delayed so i decided to change it to the morning and stay the night. Hotel staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I was upgraded to a king suite when i checked in. This was a quiet room as the sitting room was in front of the bedroom. Had it not been, the room might have been more noisy as it was by the elevator. Sheets & towels were clean. Nice people working here! The first floor has been renovated nicely but my room on the 4th floor was pretty dated and the bathroom tile and shower looked dirty from being old. The room was clean, dark, and comfortable though. I slept great. A pricey stay and breakfast is not included, but parking is free.

This was a nice hotel it is dated needs some updating but lever all very nice. Don't get a room next to the elevator you will regret it...There are tons of places to eat near by so the location is prefect.

We chose this hotel because it was 5 minutes from the airport and we had an early morning flight. It is also surrounded by a lot of amenities - restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations for that last rental car fill up! We had a king room - it was HUGE and the room came with a great desk, microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. a great stay.

If you are looking for a great place to train your employees you have found it ! I stayed here for a week with my company Family Heritage Insurance. My room stayed exceptionally clean, the hotel employees were so friendly and helpful. A positive experience was their number one priority. I booked this hotel for a conference and booked 10 rooms for my staff and speakers. All the rooms were to be charged to my C.C. and the hotel ended up charging some of the rooms to my speakers. We also had issues with the food for the conference and the space it self. Save yourself the headache and go someplace else.

We held a family reunion over the July 4th weekend and had about 20 people staying anywhere between 3 - 5 nights each. The front desk staff was excellent but the bartender had poor social skills which made the bartending area lame. The rooms were kept clean and well maintenanced but the hotel could use some extra updating such as better internet and room adjustments.

Everyone from the front office staff to the cleaning ladies are first class. They are always friendly and professional. A great testament of what a hotel should be. I wish the people working in our company had the positivity and problem solving attitude exemplified by the Radisson staff. I actually sleep better in the hotel beds than I do at home, which is rarely the case when I travel.

Our suite was very reasonably priced. It was updated, clean, and exactly as advertised. We didn't use the pool or restaurant, so we can't comment. The elevator was loud, even though we were across the hall. Overall, we loved it.

Was woke up by the fire alarm this morning. Followed the other occupants of the 2nd floor down the stairs and out of the building. After waiting several minutes we walked around the front of the building to see that things were operating as if nothing happened. Once we watched other people going in the building we followed and found hotel staff at the counter who told us "You can go back to your room if you want." That's it. My wife had surprised me with a trip to Nashville for our 40th anniversary and I changed where we were going to stay because I have always had great service at the Radisson. The front desk remembered us and the food was good. The waitstaff was excellent both at the restaurant and room service I have already talked to friends and family of how good our stay was.

I loved my stay at this hotel. I was picked up at the airport by the hotel shuttle and check in was effortless. The hotel lobby, restaurants, rooms and everywhere I went was updated and stylish. Brooke, from the front desk became my best friend. I even asked for a sewing kit and that was also available. The bathroom was bright lit and the shower was great and had a spa effect. The parking lot was spacious and clean and the exterior landscaping was meticulous. I can't wait to stay here again.

This full service hotel is less than 5 minutes to BNA. Shuttle service to and from airport with long term parking rates cheaper than airport. They have full resturant and bar which makes for a good stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I always thought that the Radisson was synonymous with upscale and comfort. I was wrong. For the money it cost for one night 266.00 you would think the hotel would be pristine. While our room was clean, with the exception of some random red hair in the sink. The general feel of the common areas is neglected and out dated. The staff was very friendly the whole 5 days we were there. Including house keeping. We sid not always have our rooms made up and would ask for clean towels and to have our waste baskets changed, she would stop what she was doing and tend to our needs immediately. She was friendly and very sweet. I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel in the future !!!

we where left along waiting for a shuttle from another hotel and jerry went out of his way and brought us to our place we where staying we had been flying all day and this kindness did go unnoticed the next time I stay in Nashville I will ask for jerry at the Radisson airport thankyou for your kindness and concern for us jerry and the manager was great too

I travel every week and this was probably one of the worst rooms I have had in years. The room we had must have been beside the room controlling the and the noise is unbearable when I called down to front desk I was offered earplugs. They did not seem surprised by it so my guess is that this happens everythime the promptly is full and really could not care that they were selling a room that should not be inhabited What a rip off

Wonderful staff, great location, well kept facility. I ate three meals a day for four days in a row and the food was excellent. I liked having the monitors in many locations. Sat outside on the porch area and it was pleasant and comfortable.

We had a business training workshop for two days at the Radisson Nashville Airport for 85 people. Every detail with planning and attending to our event was handled to perfection. The catered food for our event was excellent! The hotel's location next to the airport was ideal. The staff went beyond expectation in helping with details regarding local attractions and transportation to get there. Guest room and meeting room rates were very reasonable. Don't waste your money on the Breakfast Buffet or eat in their dining room. The food was poor, cold, and buffet mostly empty of food items. We were promised complimentary pancakes for our complaints but after a 30-minute wait no pancakes were served. Frankly, I could have had a cheaper and better breakfast at McDonald's!

I was there on business for 4 days. From the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff.... so very nice. Everyone was friendly- striving to please me (not an easy task). Excellent hotel especially if you are staying in Nashville. It is a reasonably priced hotel with excellent staff and they have very comfortable rooms. Very convenient for those flying in and out of Nashville, TN for business or pleasure.

Good value compared to hotel downtown. We were in Nashville visiting family during Florida Gator weekend and all downtown hotels (including the likes of "Best Western") were going for 350-600, CRAZY. Rental for weekend less than 100 for full size and only 12-15 minutes to Vanderbilt campus.

As always, the Radisson did not disappoint us, and this one had the front desk covered by such wonderful people! Their smiling faces welcomed us the moment we stepped in the door. The bartender in the lounge was excellent (Saturday night), all services and staff were professional and friendly. Excellent housekeeping services as well. We will be returning in December 2016 when our grandson is due to arrive.

This hotel was very clean and accomodating. It was convenient too many Nashville attractions including Broadway and grand Ole Opry and shopping. Also used Uber and found the value appropriate for the amount of travel involved.

Have to say this was first time I stayed at a Radisson and loved it. Eric at front desk went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Very pleasant to talk to and gives you options for rooms. Room was huge and clean. Very clean!! Prices were just right! Check in/ check out was a breeze. All in all this place is the place to stay coming in to Nashville.

Beds were terrible, felt like I was sleeping on a old mattress only hard as rocks, not comfortable, other family members had the same comments, water pressure weak, rooms not at all worth the price. Customer service very good, very helpful and nice.

Easy to get to with free parking. Only 14 minutes away from downtown. Friendly staff and free coffee in morning. Typical hotel room. Nothing special but clean and close to airport. There is a pool and gym. They also have a shuttle that picks you up in a 3 mile radius so you can go to a bar and not worry about drinking. Close to a Kmart if you forgot anything.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The bar opens a bit late for my taste. The breakfast buffet was just okay and bit pricey for what you get. I'd stay here again, but I've stayed at other hotels in the area that offer more for your money.

This Nashville airport area has many hotels to choose from; this is the third property I have stayed at (Four Points Sheraton; Hyatt). All are very similar in age, price and cleanliness. The Radissonâ??s bar area was under construction. Had breakfast two mornings â?? would not recommend it. Panera is right up the street. Room was clean and very quiet. That was surprising given the proximity to the airport. Comfortable bed and pillow selection. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee in room.

This hotel makes you feel like you are their best friend. Honestly, you want to hang out with them even when you aren't working. I really don't feel like I'm at work. They dressed up for Halloween. They provided candy for trick or treaters. They all work hard and your priorities are their 1st priority. They have people get promoted to other properties regularly which means they are doing the right things here.

I was there for a 3.5 day training. On Tuesday, Nov 1, I was heading out to lunch. My car was GONE!! I almost had a heart attack. Then noticed a tow truck and asked the driver what was going on. I checked in on Sunday and out the following Friday. It was a long week and the staff made us feel like part of the family. The rooms were comfortable. The only downside to my visit it the fact that they were doing some remodeling in the lounge area and lobby so at night there were workers to get around.

My trip was for business attending four days of training. The staff was very polite and accommodating allowing me to check into my room a couple hours early since it was ready. No place better to stay. If I every return to Nashville there is no doubt I will stay here. The staff are just completely amazing and polite. The restaurant was so good and the quality of the food you receive is not what u would expect from a hotel it's what u expect from a resturant. The room was great all the way from the top to bottom. I travel for a living and have stayed at many hotels. Unfortunately this one it's just another that's guilty of not replacing their air conditioning filters regularly! If you really care about the air you breathe I would think twice about staying here. Attached is a picture of the dirty nasty neglected filter. We go every year to Nashville around this same time. It keeps getting more expensive. We normally stay downtown but the pricing is so crazy. We thought we would try by the airport and it worked out so well. It was about a 15 minute Uber ride downtown. Always had a driver close by. The hotel was perfect. Staff was very friendly. If you enjoy a good shower in am , don't stay here!! In the middle of ' upgrades'but I think they are cutting back on things such as shower pressure ... tub stopped up !! Not a good thing when you're preparing for surgery the next day! Ugh! Be prepared to walk around the building if you're coming in late AND to go back to you're car to put a tag on dash to keep your car from being towed. Not a great feeling when it's 30* out and late! Won't stay here again. Not customer friendly!

Easily the best experience I've ever had in hotel. There wasn't a single employee who wasn't smiling and doing everything they could to make my stay better. At one point I had mess of clothes and papers on my bed, when I returned to my room later I found that my bed had been made(not to mention perfectly made) but my mess was exactly how I left it. Above average staff. Everyone extremely helpful and nice. The problem is the location of the hotel if you do not have a car and want to eat something.
