When i took my dad to tennesee to see music city i looked up a lot of hotels and motels within my price range and that seemed to have a decent rating and this was the best i could get. When we first got there everyone was nice and we got our room no problems then on the last 2 days the beds were itching and we could barely sit on the bed without itching so we asked if someone could change our sheets for us and we were told by a VERY rude man that the cleaning people have left already and it was ... Let's start with the shuttle, because that was our first impression, and it wasn't good. I had contacted the hotel twice to discuss their airline shuttle, noting that our flight arrived at 1 a.m. I was told both times that their shuttle doesn't run past 11 p.m. Fine. The staff worked at night are friendly and helpful. the only thing I can suggest and I notice, the staff working daytime they need to improve this customer service and with greeting and smile and when they an... We enjoyed our three day stay here it is well located for visiting the Grand Ole Opry and downtown. If you would like to visit some bars in downtown there is a shuttle bus that runs every hour and costs $10 per return trip. The rooms are clean and spacious and was equipped with everything one could need. The downside to our room was that it was disabled friendly and after a shower so much water leaked out on to the bathroom floor making it quite dangerous. I think the slope of the floor was all ...
