We had a nice stay here. The property is pretty average with a nice bar attached to the lobby. The property was easy to located and we were upgraded to a nice suite. I would definitely come stay at this property again.

We visited Nashville over the New Year's season. We found this hotel to be ideally situated. I traveled with my wife and two kids. They did make an error on our booking. We requested tow double beds and a non-smoking room. They corrected their error (smoking room), by upgrading to an even bigger, better room.

I normally do not stay with Sheraton or Starwood Hotels but I did have the pleasure of staying at Sheraton Music City. It was a great Hotel from check-in to check-out! The staff was pleasurable and accommodating. The Bar was small but nice and the staff were excellent. The rooms were a little dated but HUGE! The rooms were tasteful and "fits" since you are in the heart of country music. This will definitely be my go to Hotel when I am in town.

Beautiful lobby and bar area. We had a junior suite which was gorgeous. Nice balcony but the view not so great. Balcony door lock was broken. Everything else in the room was first rate. Breakfast in the restaurant not so great. Buffet was mediocre at best. Service was slow but not waiter's fault. They were obviously way understaffed. When I requested syrup they had no syrup. Whoever does their ordering needs to up their game. Close to the Grand Ol Opry

The hotel is nothing like he 'professional photos' - it is old, dated, dirty and run down. The lobby is impressive, at first glance- nice ceiling details, lighting, and the sheer vast expanse gives a feeling of 'grand' - but this is where it ends. You have two elevators serving the massive place - and you walk for what seems like miles to get to rooms. The absolute WORST problem, however, is NOISE, NOISE and more NOISE. Three sides of the hotel are encircled by what seems to be the noisies... Read more
