We enjoyed our three day stay here it is well located for visiting the Grand Ole Opry and downtown. If you would like to visit some bars in downtown there is a shuttle bus that runs every hour and costs $10 per return trip. The rooms are clean and spacious and was equipped with everything one could need. The downside to our room was that it was disabled friendly and after a shower so much water leaked out on to the bathroom floor making it quite dangerous. I think the slope of the floor was all ... This hotel is OK,but the Breakfast Buffet is extremely weak. The selection of items is poor,at best.No breakfast potatoes,no fruit,no yogurt,no toppings. The waffle machine does not cook the waffles all the way through. The juice cups are so tiny that you need to make several trips to end up with one glass. Also, who still uses styrofoam cups anymore. It appears to me that the whole buffet is set up with cheapness in mind, and not with the guests satisfaction being considered.

It was a great location. Close to all our site seeing spots. Staff was friendly! Rooms were nice. Good breakfast. 15-20 min away from Franklin Tenn. Also visit Andrew Jacksons Mansion. We can't stop talking about how much we love Nashville. Came for the 4th of July. What an experience! LOVE IT

I would not recommend this hotel. There are a number of issues but I think the main problem is with the front desk staff and house keeping. Check in went pretty smoothly although the young male front desk clerk was very unhelpful. There was a man in front of us who asked him if there were any seafood restaurants close by. The reply was "you won't get anything good around here" that was it.No suggestions. When we checked in we asked about taxi prices to downtown. We were told "depends" again no ... Read more

The hotel is old and not updated, but it is clean. I inspect everything the moment we walk in the room...it passed. The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. The only downside was the free breakfast. It was sparse, seemed like it was done purposefully to be on the cheap. It was edible, but next time (there will be one) I'll go out to eat.

To be honest I was worried about staying in an off brand hotel. Turned out to be a nice place with a nice sized room. It was clean and I felt comfortable. I travel a lot and the Alexis was a great spot for our weekend in Nashville at a great rate.I think the Uber ride to town was about $10. I would stay again.

First time in this hotel. It was a short stay in this hotel. Hotel looked very clean. Breakfast was excellent for being self-serve and InterContinental breakfast. A well variety food for breakfast. Hotel service was good. Hotel is near Nashville Dowtown.

This hotel has microwaves and fridges in every room. They offer continental breakfast. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. They offered to call a ride for us to go to dinner. This was a complimentary shuttle that we knew nothing about because it wasn't a hotel shuttle but another hotel. Each day the staff told us to have a good day and ask was it anything they could do for us. I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The rooms had free wifi...

Hotel is dated. Rooms were comfortable and clean but lacking in any plush amenities and breakfast was terrible. Staff was polite and fairly friendly. Good price, location was great, easy to get anywhere around nashville.

I have very little negative to say about this place. The rooms are large and well decorated. The bed is comfortable. Everything is spotless clean. The free breakfast is really a hot breakfast with lots of choices including soft fluffy biscuits (not the normal freeze dried versions most hotels have). The free internet actually works well. The staff is friendly and helpful. A hotel of this size needs more than a single elevator. Then again, maybe that is good. It made us use the stairs more. The h... Read more

Wow, after walking into 5 different hotels prior to this one.....we thought we were going to have a hard time finding a handicapped room. Deaontea, said he had some available at 109 a night, but said he thought we could get a better rate online...then offered the buisness/internet center for us to check. Then before we could check, he came and said he talked with his manager and could get us our room for 99 a night. WOW he went above and beyond.....the lobby, the parkinglot, everything I saw was... At first I wasn't sure about this chain of hotel or the location but it was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly, breakfast was also great. Would absolutely stay here again for any future Nashville trips. Glad to have found this place!

After leaving another hotel in the area due to cleanliness issues, we were pleasantly surprised to find the Alexis to be clean and accommodating. The front desk staff was congenial and helpful. Our room, 325, was quiet and the a/c worked well on a hot day. The hotel is near Opryland and the shuttle to downtown was convenient.

We stayed for 4 nights and booked with a good deal. It was nice and clean, staff was very nice, within 15 minute drive of downtown Nashville. There's a wonderful restaurant, Darfon's, just down the road. Wifi was kinda slow at times and the breakfast is typical free fare. All in all it was a nice visit and we really appreciated the staff and overall cleanliness.

I flew a dog breeder from CA to TN, to purchase a puppy. I booked her at the Alexis Inn and Suites in Nashville. I was supposed to meet her at the airport to pick up the puppy, however I got held up in traffic for 2 hours. The employee ant the reservation desk, KIM JOHNSON, kicked her out of the hotel. When I arrived, the lady was standing out in the rain with an 8 wk old puppy that was in a cloth crate. She explained that Johnson cancelled her reservations and would not let her sit in the... Stayed two nights with my family at this hotel in late June. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was close enough to the city via easy highway access, but the area was quiet and VERY safe. I was most impressed by the staff, who stayed helpful and upbeat at all hours of the day and night. Can't beat the hotel for the price! Lovely stay. Will return!

This hotel was a 2 star at best...had two rooms due to first one smelled like mold and the second one smelled like sewer gas leaking in the room. Also they were dirty behind furniture and linen quality was low thread count. The decor in this hotel is very outdated....it is worth spending a little more money to get name brand hotel room.

First time staying here. Conveniently located to airport, Grand Ole Opry, Downtown and very nice restaurants. Those showers have great pressure. The breakfast area is larger than most. Very nice selection of thing. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to be helpful. The elevator can take a minute during peak times, as there is only one, but it's large. Would definitely return.

I suppose it was what I should have expected for the money. It was the last two nights of our two week vacation so we were low on spending money and the Nashville hotels were expensive. The photos looked great. Sounded like a great deal. As the saying goes. Deal was to good to be true. What didn't drain well in sink or shower. Cheap plastic water cups. Mostly I had to wear shoes in room carpet felt mildewy to me.

We stayed one night for guns n roses. It was very clean big room, staff was nice. I would stay here again. Breakfast was OK but what do you expect for free. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable. It was in a location with a convenient store right by the hotel. The parking lot was well lit.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the alexis in early July while we attended a guns n roses concert. We were satisfied with our stay at the alexis as the price point and it's proximity to both downtown and the airport was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel is a all suites hotel so you get a living room area to go along with the bedroom in each room. And yes while the furniture was outdated with a savings of over a hundred dollars per night compared to what the downtown hotels were charg... Read more

I stayed here last week with my mother in law. We had a very nice big room and enjoyed the hot breakfast which included sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, and waffles. We had reservations for the General Jackson Showboat and it was only minutes away at the Opry Mills Mall. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and friendly service at check in.

The front entrance to the hotel didn't feel me with confidence as it was small and rather shabby, but I persevered and I am glad that I did because my room was excellent. The bed was nice and high and very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchenette were more than adequate. The breakfast was good and we were able to hold one of our meetings there, which was very helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes' drive from the airport, and there are other hotels in the neighbourhood. There is no restaura... Read more

Stayed in the hotel for a few days. The room rarely got housekeeping services. There were a few excuses, none of which were true. Excuses consisted of:" your room is last and we didn't get to it or we are new we didn't know, or your door has do not disturb sign or there were personal belongings on the bed." It is really a simple concept, clean the room while we are away and let us enjoy our stay.

I was recently in Nashville to help my daughter and her family move. We got a bit ahead of schedule and before we knew it the moving truck was loaded, beds included. After searching in our area for two rooms, we found that nothing was available. The Alexis Inn came up on a search and I gave it a try. Billie was more than professional and gave me an excellent rate. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a great hot breakfast before resuming our move. I will definitely stay here when in th... We booked thru Hotwire so I didn't know which hotel we would get. After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant to book this hotel but for the most part the reviews were positive. The room was nice and clean, the beds comfortable. I was impressed with how big the room was! The breakfast was pretty good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals, juices, etc. I'm satisfied with my stay and with this hotel. The only negative note I have is there was a strong smell as you wal... Read more
