This PET Friendly hotel was wonderful! Everyone was so very accommodating! Room was clean, they provided a refrigerator NO Charge! We ate breakfast every morning there and dinner there the first night we arrived, all staff and food were amazing! Located within walking distance to Broadway, but the best kept secret is a restaurant/club located just behind the hotel through the alley, SKULLS! Recommended our first night by our waiter at Hotel Indigo. I would certainly stay here again!

Stayed here for one night with my mom. The hotel is beautiful and our room was huge. We sat at the bar and had drinks and dessert, and room service breakfast which were very good though pricey. HOWEVER, our room was very dirty. The first thing I noticed was hair all over the bathroom floor. Then noticed dust and dirt all over the bedroom floor and that the rug by the beds is stained and clearly hasn't been vacuumed in quite a long time. But the worst part was when I stepped on something sharp an... Read more

We had the pleasure of talking with Heather the day before we checked in. We wanted to find out the possibility of getting an early check-in . She was so pleasant explained she couldn't guarantee but took our number and said she would call us if it was an option. The next day we arrived very early and she remembered us from the day before and said she did have a room already available . She was more than engaging letting us know different places to go and really unique stops around the area.... Read more

Does not have the Hotel Indigo feel I have experienced in other cities. Parking and valet, despite the much-appreciated hustle of the valets, was an issue. The rooms were fine. The location is good, essentially at one end of Printer's Alley. The dining area was unique and the food was good, too. Despite the good I mention and the fact that it was New Year's Eve, I left with the feeling that it should not have been so expensive. But, this may be the norm for Nashville until they can build mo... Read more

Stayed at the hotel as we were in town for a friend's wedding downtown Nashville. For the price that we paid even for a basic room, I expected the hotel to be slightly nicer. The room and the bathroom were a good size. The hotel is also well situated and was walking distance to alot of the downtown attractions. They do have live music in the lobby. I would also expect the concierge to be a bit more knowledgeable and helpful (ie I asked about the free bus that runs to the Gulch and other parts ... Read more

We visited Hotel Indigo In Nashville on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We enjoy unique boutique hotels and it looked to fit the bill. We were disappointed with our stay. Hotel did have character, but 2 drinks (beer and wine) cost $21, they were out of coffee at the coffee station in the morning, and there were no carts to put your luggage on so we lugged everything up in a couple trips. We were not told to use our key to make the elevator work so after some confusion with our hands full we... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for our anniversary. Check in had a nice touch with our associate walking us to the correct elevator with instructions on how to get to our room. We spent our day walking around downtown Nashville. Breakfast was included with our package and was great. Parking is attached to the hotel and convenient valet is just 4 dollars more than self.

This is a solid hotel in a great location. I have traveled to Nashville several times on business over the past few months, & always try to stay here as it's right near the business district. It's also just a couple blocks off Broadway if your into the honky tonk scene. The rooms are generally clean & spacious. The toiletries are nice as well. The prices in the hotel bar are a LITTLE bit steep even by hotel standards, & the happy hour is not great. Free pastries by reception in the morning are n... Read more

The Hotel Indigo is a great place to stay. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the doors. There were cookies waiting in the lobby to nibble on. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The complimentary Aveda shampoo, conditioner and soap were an added bonus. The location is a plus. It's within a short walk to Broadway!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville.

We came down to Nashville for my friends birthday! The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was so helpful. They were very attentive when we first arrived with valet parking then began to tell us about Nashville and the best places to go and was able to answer all of our questions! We felt very welcome from the start! All the staff was very friendly and eager to make our stay a nice one. The rooms are very clean and modern and spacious! We had a king size bed which was very comfortable and c... Read more
