Hotel Indigo was a great place to stay. Friday night they had multiple performers in their bar and a good variety of bar foods to choose from. We walked around downtown through the main strip, but came back to the hotel and had some drinks there- little too rowdy down on that main strip at 8pm!

Great hotel overall; the woman that checked us in (I think her name is Heather, long hair) was amazing!! She greeted us with a genuine welcome and smile, we had a nice room in tower 2, and she followed up with us to see if we liked our room. She said hi every time she saw us. The bar area is nice, it is multi functional, they have someone playing acoustically on the Sunday we were there, she was great. Good location, strategically located at Nashville Business Center. Near to Arcade, Rymer Auditorium and Broadway Street (Johnny Cash Museum) are within walking distance. However, services so so (one day housekeeper left his/her broom in my room) and room phone is old, alarm clock in the room is not working since check-in and the hotel never checks on small details and no bath tub. Quite far from Opry Mills. Would recommend to anyone that go there for business trips but not for leisure.

I spent the weekend in Nashville with two of my girlfriends for a weekend getaway and we stayed in one room together that had two Queen beds. I found the accommodations very clean, stylish, and relatively spacious for three people. Our bathroom was enormous and each of us had a good amount of space to ourselves. Went with a group from work (approx. 15 people). Over half of the people waited a long time for their order and when it came, they were disappointed with the portion size, food temperature and overall taste. The Indigo brand continues to impress. Very dramatic lobby incorporating Nashville's history, wonderful, attentive service without being obsequious. Our room was large, well appointed and extremely comfortable. The bathroom practically perfect with a fabulous shower. And why do people knock the Indigo chain for not having tubs when their showers are so awesome? All in all a great hotel in downtown Nashville.

A wonderful boutique hotel with a style all its own, the Hotel Indigo is a short walk from all the music haunts of Broadway, and other attractions downtown Nashville has to offer. Our room had an Indigo unique style to it, and was spacious and clean. The large lobby frequently had a local musician or three playing a set, which improved on happy hour. We had a lovely stay in Nashville at Hotel Indigo. The rooms were clean with a spacious bathroom and we had nice views. The lobby is also nicely decorated. The best part about the hotel though is the location. We were about a 10 minute easy walk to Broadway, which was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. One pitfall is that we valeted our car and it was about $30 a night - perhaps you can research that before you go to get a better deal.

We were in Nashville for the annual Country Music Association Festival, a massive event which takes over the whole city centre. We had the booked the hotel eight or nine months ahead to make sure we got a room. This hotel is in a converted building, I think it was bank, so has the 'quirks' which you get with any conversion. Although it styles itself as a boutique hotel it's part of the IHG group rather than be an independent. The rooms are possibly a bit smaller than you might expect in American... Read more

Like other Indigos, this is a classic old building reconverted into a "boutique" hotel. That means the floor plans can be odd, like our room with a small sleeping area but outsized bathroom. That wouldn't be a problem, but the gigantic bathroom wasn't fitted out well. No towel hangers, poor lighting, a shower stall that leaked water out onto the floor, and a mirror that would make any lady cry! Visited Hotel Indigo on a trip with friends. Hotel was decent but would not return after a very unpleasant check-out. The room was very nice - the bed was not the best, but it was good. The bathroom was fantastic! What a great shower and just so roomy. The hotel is built in the context of the historic building it is in. So, it is unique and not uniform and corporately stuffy. You can get the historical vibe of the place. Give it a try!

Nice and friendly staff. Check in was easy and fast. We came for a birthday party and they had champagne in our room. Room was comfy, clean and had a great view of downtown. Walking distance from everything.

We stayed for 3 nights. Great location just 5 min walk from Broadway where all bars are. Just 2 mins walk from restaurants and cafes. Really really nice and great hotel. Music in lobby at night. Would go back for sure!!

This property is a modern take on an old bank building, and is a neat hotel. Check in very easy with pleasant help. Terrific bar which has live entertainment nightly. The music was at a talent level higher than expected and good acoustics in this former bank lobby. The bar has great bourbon/vodka selection but steer clear of the Martinis- tried 2 and something not right. Restaurant has good selection and a very good breakfast selection before starting your day. This hotel is in a great location... Read more

We had a great first impression, check in was smooth and friendly and we loved the look and feel of the lobby. Our room was larger than expected, decent view, and great decor/bedding. It had a modern hip feel. The extremely loud air conditioning could have been overlooked as the only short coming if it weren't for the inconsiderate staff the morning of our checkout after only a 1 night stay. We had the privacy sign on the door, yet we heard a very firm knock at about 9am the day we were checki... Read more

This is advertised as a boutique hotel with local flavor, part of the IHG (Holiday Inn hotel group). Its in a refurbished building which was once a bank. Theyve done a decent job with the rehab, but theres no mistaking that its an old building. 5he staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms seem to have various buzzing and physical plant noises in some of the rooms. It didnt bothe4 me but bothered others in our group who moved to a different tower. The property is dog friendly. During our... Read more

My husband chose this hotel for our anniversary getaway and I was very pleased . We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked into the door to the time we checked out . The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We got upgraded to a corner room at check in and I have to say, we were very pleased . The room was very spacious and comfy . We also got some drink vouchers and before dinner checked out the District bar. The bartenders were friendly and the drinks good . Our favorit... Read more

This hotel was great to stay in, I'm not sure how any review here could be lower than 4 stars. The staff always went above and beyond to meet our needs, the valet guys were very nice and always on top of things, our waiters in the restaurant were good, and the people who perform at night in the lobby are so talented.

Stayed here while in town for a concert at the Bridgestone. Beautiful hotel with spacious and modern rooms. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and has a cozy lobby/lounge area to grab a quick bite or a drink while listening to acoustic music. Overall a great hotel, would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed out stay and it is very apparent they are serious about their service. Every encounter we had was warm and friendly, even including a walk to the elevator upon check in. The rooms are modern and we all had a sound sleep without any noise on our one night stay. It is a pet friendly hotel without evidence/odors of previous pet stays!

The hotel is nice with a great location right within walking distance of some of the best tourist attraction. We want to the Grand Ole Opry at the Ryman and it is within a couple minute walk. Parking however was disappointing with how expensive it is. The hotel is a bit on the pricey side but I guess when you are right down town it is going to be expensive. The hotel was clean but we did not use the restaurant that is there or the breakfast that can be added to your room rate.

Hotel Indigo is our choice when traveling with our two dogs. It is clean, inviting and meets all our needs. The restaurants are always top notch. Even after our precious fur children are gone, we will continue to choose Hotel Indigo for our overnight stays. Bravo!!
