I am extremely impressed. Today we elected not to have our room serviced. When we came back to our room tonight, there was a basket full of items for our room sitting outside our door. How thoughtful!

Hotel Indigo was a great place to stay. Friday night they had multiple performers in their bar and a good variety of bar foods to choose from. We walked around downtown through the main strip, but came back to the hotel and had some drinks there- little too rowdy down on that main strip at 8pm!

Great hotel overall; the woman that checked us in (I think her name is Heather, long hair) was amazing!! She greeted us with a genuine welcome and smile, we had a nice room in tower 2, and she followed up with us to see if we liked our room. She said hi every time she saw us. The bar area is nice, it is multi functional, they have someone playing acoustically on the Sunday we were there, she was great. The room is nice, although the view is nothing to brag about as we looked directly into someon... Read more

Excellent hotel! Great service, such good food, very comfortable room.. The staff goes above and beyond! I stay here every time I'm in Nashville and will definitely be coming back! It was good to see Andrea at the front desk again. She's always very friendly and helpful!

Good location, strategically located at Nashville Business Center. Near to Arcade, Rymer Auditorium and Broadway Street (Johnny Cash Museum) are within walking distance. However, services so so (one day housekeeper left his/her broom in my room) and room phone is old, alarm clock in the room is not working since check-in and the hotel never checks on small details and no bath tub. Quite far from Opry Mills. Would recommend to anyone that go there for business trips but not for leisure.

I spent the weekend in Nashville with two of my girlfriends for a weekend getaway and we stayed in one room together that had two Queen beds. I found the accommodations very clean, stylish, and relatively spacious for three people. Our bathroom was enormous and each of us had a good amount of space to ourselves. The hotel staff was friendly and answered any and all questions that we had. My friend and I took advantage of the fitness room facilities one morning and enjoyed the view while we w... Read more

Went with a group from work (approx. 15 people). Over half of the people waited a long time for their order and when it came, they were disappointed with the portion size, food temperature and overall taste. My food was pretty good (had tuna steak). I wrote the manager to let them know of the groups' disappointment. I never got an acknowledgement or any kind of response. Our group won't be back ...

The room was very cozy with a nice big shower. The bar area was great with a live band each night. Also the alley that runs right next to the building is Painters Alley and it has several really good bars! Easy to hit before going walking to Broadway.

The Indigo brand continues to impress. Very dramatic lobby incorporating Nashville's history, wonderful, attentive service without being obsequious. Our room was large, well appointed and extremely comfortable. The bathroom practically perfect with a fabulous shower. And why do people knock the Indigo chain for not having tubs when their showers are so awesome? All in all a great hotel in downtown Nashville.

My boyfriend & I loved this hotel! We wanted to stay somewhere that was walking distance to the main strip in Nashville and Hotel Indigo is about a 5-10 minute walk from EVERYTHING. It was very hot when we visited, so it was nice to be able to pop back to the hotel, cool down/freshen up before heading back out. Very convenient location! The hotel is nicely designed, pet friendly and SPOTLESS. Front desk staff were very friendly upon arrival and let us check in early which was a bonus! Hotel room... Read more

A wonderful boutique hotel with a style all its own, the Hotel Indigo is a short walk from all the music haunts of Broadway, and other attractions downtown Nashville has to offer. Our room had an Indigo unique style to it, and was spacious and clean. The large lobby frequently had a local musician or three playing a set, which improved on happy hour. The staff at the desk were friendly, informed about their city, and generous with their time, and the valet parking was reasonable. We spent a ... Read more

We had a lovely stay in Nashville at Hotel Indigo. The rooms were clean with a spacious bathroom and we had nice views. The lobby is also nicely decorated. The best part about the hotel though is the location. We were about a 10 minute easy walk to Broadway, which was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. One pitfall is that we valeted our car and it was about $30 a night - perhaps you can research that before you go to get a better deal.

We were in Nashville for the annual Country Music Association Festival, a massive event which takes over the whole city centre. We had the booked the hotel eight or nine months ahead to make sure we got a room. This hotel is in a converted building, I think it was bank, so has the 'quirks' which you get with any conversion. Although it styles itself as a boutique hotel it's part of the IHG group rather than be an independent. The rooms are possibly a bit smaller than you might expect in American... Read more

Check-in process was quick and painless. As a Spire Elite we were upgraded to a deluxe room which was bigger than the standard room. The location is ideal. It was quiet most of the day, but only a short walk to the livelier areas on Broadway and the stadium. I definitely would not want to stay TOO close to either of those areas. Easy walk to the Rymen, Broadway, Puckett's, Frothy Monkey, Starbucks. Also, as with most of Nashville, Ubers are usually 3-5 min away. The room was comfortable a... Read more

We had a great stay. Our corner room was great and the staff was friendly. We were disappointed there was no food offered after 10pm when we returned from the Grand Ole Opry. If you do order pizza to your room, it is not free delivery or the price as indicted on the brochure. It was double.

I'm currently sitting in one of their beds regretting the trip down here. The hotel just blows my mind. First off I come into my room and the toilet makes the terrible refilling noise every 2 minutes; literally - I timed it. After the maintenance man (who is awesome by the way he gets a 5 of 5) came up once, he had to come up again and literally replace the whole float system in the toilet. Great right? This hotel is top notch. Great service from the minute you get to the front door until your ready to check out. Close enough to all the Nashville action, but far enough away not to hear it from your room. The room was very nice, quiet, & well designed. It was also very secure as you need a room key to up the elevators.

As a frequent business traveler, I have had the luxury to stay in many different hotel chains, but none surpass the customer service I have received from the Intercontinental Hotels Group, especially the Nashville Hotel Indigo. We really enjoyed staying at the Indigo! It's in a nice quiet street but only a five minute walk or dance from Broadway, the rooms were fine, the reception area was unusual in that there is a dog kennel in there! The staff were helpful and friendly, the manager was great and a good laugh! I'm not sure if she ever slept, she seemed to be around whatever time we were in and out the hotel. Was surprised at how large our room with two queens was in tower 2. The desk was very nice bathroom was beautiful. Location, customer service and bar area are excellent. My only complaint is how incredibly sticky the floors in the room were. No carpeting in my room but I couldn't walk through barefoot in the room without my feet getting sticky. It had nice faux wood flooring and tile in the bathroom. Shower was very clean, spacious and beautiful.

Very friendly service from entire staff. Arrived early and room was not ready so Andrea showed us to the bar. When her shift was over she brought the afternoon desk agent and introduced us. She came and got us shortly and showed us to the elevator. Room was clean and spacious. Great service at the bar on several visits. Best part is this hotel is far enough from Broadway that it's not packed with the bachelor and Bachelorette drunks.

We were happy we stayed here, but not sure I would return, it was us two gals doing a road trip of the south together and this was our first stop.
