We spent two days at homewood suites in Nashville downtown. The room was ready when we arrived but we found we had to pay $28 per day plus tax at15% for valet parking as there is no other parking around. We were given a room on the 4th floor with a lovely fire of the parking garage 6 feet from our window. We asked the front desk for a place to get a quick bite to eat and a beer and it was as if we asked a pop quiz question. Downtown area is walking distance away but large homeless population... Nice downtown location, very walkable to the entertainment district of Broadway and 2nd Ave. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and cordial. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Real eggs, not powdered, good coffee, real plates and silverware. Nice! Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel locates in walking distance to the attractions in downtown e.g. Broadway street, Rayman Auditorium, Johnny Cash museum, Country music hall of fame museum, etc. Not only the exterior design is beautiful and history, the interior design in the lobby brings you into the atmosphere of music city. The fee for valet parking is really reasonable. The hotel staffs of the hotel are polite and helpful especially the front desk and valet team. As we arrived so late and stay only overnight, w... Staff very friendly, however it did not make up for the dim interior. I brought the kids who were very disappointed with the breakfast (and no pool). Downtown area was a party and very rowdy, which would have been great for adults only.

I stayed in the Homewood suites Nashville Downtown recently. The location was easy to drive to, valet park, and walk everywhere. Just a couple blocks off Broadway and all the clubs, restaurants, shopping and museums are close, too. The staff is great, and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Manager's evening social with wine, beer and food. The suits are spacious and have full kitchens.

Loved this hotel! Friendliest staff I've encountered! This hotel is close to the Broadway scene, but far enough away that it's quiet when you sleep. The rooms seemed well sound proofed- i have difficulty sleeping and had no issues in this hotel. The rooms are true suites- a full kitchen (full sized fridge, cook top, dishwasher, sink, full set of dishes, etc.) The living area is separate from the bed and bath- this is fabulous if you plan to "pregame" with a group before heading out. As a HH Diamond member, I expected more than a view of parking garage. couldn't adjust room temp & decrepit shower door fell on my foot. Valet took 25 mins to get my car in am, despite only 1 other guest waiting. Room cost almost $300. Unworthy. Great location, but next time I'll go to the Renaissance.

I discovered Homewood when I was not travelling much and wanted CLEAN and reasonably prices places to stay. As I've been traveling more for work I have remained a loyal customer. This is a unique Homewood Suites, though. It's a historic building and so the layout of the hotel and rooms is a little different than other Homewood I have been to. We recently visited Nashville to attend a puppet parade in the downtown area and visit with family. While this Homewood is located downtown and within walking distance to the attractions, it is still a few blocks away from the major restaurants and museums. Everything about our stay was nice. The front desk people were friendly and accommodating, valet parking was efficient, and the breakfast people were awesome.

I tend to be partial to Hilton properties being an Honors member, so during a recent convention, this Homewood suites was fairly affordable considering. Great location in Nashville, lots of restaurants nearby and close to Broadway. Check-in was easy, the valet is off a side street, but close to the hotel entrance. Everything was spot on with my room, good AC, which is nice in the heat of summertime. I would definitely stay again!

An historic office building for doctors was converted to a hotel. The entry and lobby areas have the feel of elegance of a fancy place. But the suite we were in was more Holiday Inn-ish. The hotel was very nice, clean spacious rooms, the staff was great. It's too expensive for what you get though, my room with tax was $450/night. For that price it should have been one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. I guess you're paying for the kitchen. I know this is Nashville, but you better like country music to stay here. My mother, sister and I stayed here and it was a great location to get downtown. The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help and offer suggestions. Our room was a corner room #501 and it was large and very clean. A full kitchen and a huge bathroom was a plus with three women. My side recommendation is use Uber to get to the far away places.

We only have the highest praise for the Homewood Suites. All of the staff (esp. Daisey at the front desk) lived up to their motto of making guests feel like part of the family. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and welcoming. For example, when Daisey saw that I was carrying breakfast upstairs and my hands were full, she left the front desk to ring for the elevator for me. Employees recognized us and spoke to us like we were part of their family. People here could not be nic... Read more

The location is great and the hotel is nice. You can walk to all the downtown destinations from here. We were given a handicap room I assume because we used our HILTON points for our room. (really?) Honestly it was like staying at a Hampton Inn. Same breakfast as a Hampton, really no difference. We paid for valet parking and from what I can figure it doesn't cost more than other any parking in downtown Nashville. (they expect tips) You will find that Nashville parking is way too expensive. The most important part of a hotel stay is the bed, the hot water and the staff. And all three were excellent. By far the best front desk staff you could ever hope for. All round fun people and happy people. My mother-in-law's 80th birthday and they made her feel special - mimosa time. No tub for her in the room though. But hey, there's plenty of time for the tub when you get home. Great walking location to Broadway. Just be prepared for the walk back to the hotel uphill. Good time.

This hotel is so friendly, lovely lady Ophelia who kept our room clean, the guys on reception chatty and helpful, free breakfast was great, did run out completely though one day, early bird catches the worm I guess. Location is good, short walks to Capitol building, Ryman auditorium, Honky Tonk street and the waterfront, so ideal for strolling or there is a free bus that runs two circuits around town too..

Nice hotel, clean, nice lobby about 5 minutes from the Ryman and Broadway. They have valet parking. Great Breakfast, not your usual hotel fare but great eggs, ham, waflles, etc. Really good food. Also they have a reception in the pm with free beer, wine, and soup and snacks. Nice extended stay hotel with kitchenette suites and large roof. Nice area., I would stay there agin. BTW, great staff very friendly and helpful
