My husband and I stayed here during the Goodguys car show. The staff was super friendly. Our room was clean, house keeping kept it clean and re stocked for each day. The bed was very comfortable as well! I really enjoyed that we could not hear any noise from the halls, parking lot or road. There was plenty of parking for guests as well as show cars and trailers. We stayed 3 nights at this location this past weekend and had a very good experience. The location was great for visiting the Nashville area: 15 minutes to downtown (but you don't have to pay the parking fees of downtown hotels), close to the airport, the Hermitage and Opryland. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of decent towels. The breakfast buffet was pricy at $15, but decent. Internet was included (not super fast, but ok). Outstanding staff with particular appreciation for Aaron behind the front desk and Lee who drives the airport shuttle. Room was clean, quiet and convenient. 4 elevators are the fastest elevators I have experienced. Our reunion meetings went extremely well with constant care, maintenance and food set ups in our meeting rooms. Thank you to the all of wait staff at the morning breakfast buffet, chefs/cooks, bartenders were all courteous, friendly and thoughtful.

Unfortunately we had a less than desirable stay at this hotel. I am a Spire member and stay almost exclusively at Holiday Inns. The hotel itself is very attractive and the rooms are nice and comparable to others I have stayed at. We had a great 14th floor room which was nice. The first morning we awoke to a cold shower. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would send someone. We found a note that evening that said "you have to let the water run for at least a minute to 1.5... Read more

I don't mind paying a premium to stay in a city hotel but when the room isn't very clean and lukewarm has a tendency to put one in a bad mood. A hotel this size has a package boiler, which doesn't seemed to have been maintained. If smaller hotels can do it with less revenue this place with it's high occupancy has no excuse. The staff I encountered here were extremely nice and professional but I was disappointed with the beds and room.

This hotel is over rated. It's an old hotel that needs serious renovation. There are a lot better for the same price or less. Every time my company puts us up here it's NOT clean. The bathrooms are usually moldy, the carpets stained, and the overall floor not thoroughly vaccumed.

The hotel is in transition so the stay wasn't bad. I hope that the place will be refurbished because it wasn't worth what we paid. It needs updating from the lobby to the rooms. I needed to use the microwave and there was only one in such a large building. It was gross. Housekeeping definitely needs to improve. Location was far from the city.
