We stayed here last weekend with family. It is convenient to get to downtown from this hotel and it is right off of the highway. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Be aware that the sofa beds are a twin sleeper not the normal full size mattress. We had a two room king suite which was very large but the remodel was poorly done. Paint was sloppy. I normally took the stairs from the fourth floor. The door to the stairwell had two broken hinges and was always half open but was required... Read more

One night stay for a Titans game. Not to far out from downtown, easy to take an uber into city. Room was clean and taken care of. Construction was occurring during our stay and the front desk was on the second floor. However it was not an issue. Overall average hotel. You get what you pay for.

My first impression was that there was absolutely nothing in the vicinity of the hotel other than a waffle house and Super 8. There was not even a Walgreens. The interior of the lobby was very cramped and small. The elevator was not reliable even though it was just 3 floors. There was a huge party all up and down our hallway that went all hours of the night. The room was cute. We got a king size bed with a hide away. The loveseat and chair were vinyl/uncomfortable. There was a minibar wi... Read more

Was very clean, would stay there again. Just wish it had a fridge in the room. Our stay was really good and enjoyed all of Nashville was only about a 5 minute drive to get to downtown. Only down fall was the next day our room key was shut off and we couldn't get back in so had to get it re activated.

This hotel is a perfect location for those who want to see all parts of Nashville, yet still want an affordable hotel and an easy run to the airport at the end of the visit. And, the hotel is the best of Holiday Inn Express: clean, quiet, great breakfast and amenities, very helpful staff, etc. We will stay there again.

My girlfriends and I drove down to Nashville for a night, and this was the perfect place! Very affordable, great location not too far from the strip (so our Uber rides were not expensive at all), modern and clean rooms, and pretty good breakfast included in our stay! Would definitely recommend!

The staff was very friendly, however the facilities left a little to be desired. The room had gnats flying in it, paint peeling off of the doors and walls and the bathroom was in need of updating. A for effort, but we left for a hotel in town. Additionally, the area around the hotel seemed rough and I wasn't comfortable staying there with my children.

Staff was very friendly! But this is definitely a "budget" hotel (for the area) -- room was small, bathroom was small -- no 'frig or microwave -- could use painting touch ups in many areas. Outdoor pool (could use a good cleaning as well). Ice machine on 3rd floor was out of order. Free breakfast was high-point of staff -- lots of options and food was pretty good.

For the quality of this hotel, the price seemed a little expensive ($170 per night). Our room smelled like wet dog, not the most pleasant of scents. In addition, the sheets of our bed were damp before we got into bed. This resulted in the bed feeling sticky which was uncomfortable. Finally, the complementary breakfast was standard, but the pancakes were rubbery. On the plus side, the hotel is convenient as it is next to the highway. Also, the bathroom was small, but nice and clean. Overall, I w... Read more

So I wanted to be close to downtown without paying a hefty premium. This HIE fit the bill. Easy Uber ride to Broadway for music. Problem is with the staff and room ; see photo of ceiling over my bed. Staff was efficient at check-in but lacked pleasant customer service skills. While waiting by front door for a ride observed two front desk staffers smoking 5 feet from door. Really standing right next to entry, not even attempting to keep smoke from lobby entry. Expected more from IHG group ... Read more

This is the lowest standard of any HIE I have ever stayed in. Elevator malfunctioning upon arrival had to carry luggage to 4th floor. Cob webs in room brown stuff on bathroom wall, bathroom exhaust fan sounded horrible. Room AC was off and Room was unbearable. Bad water pressure. 1 ice machine 2 floors below. Neighborhood is rough. Asked for adjoining rooms but no luck very big deal with my children. The queen beds feel like doubles but I didn't measure them however my feet hung off them.

This hotel was great! Friendly, free breakfast included sausage and eggs, very clean and short cab to downtown. The woman at the front desk was exceptional. She was very helpful in places to see and how to get there. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was as expected except for the high humidity in the room. The room was cool when we walked in and the desk clerk said they keep the air conditioners on all summer long. However, the room smelled damp and the carpet and sheets felt damp. Unfortunately we had been in meetings all day and were too tired to asked to be moved. In the morning the desk clerk said that the humidity was because of the very hot summer. A properly functioning air conditioning unit should have prevented this... Read more

Hotel was nice for the price. Our room was very clean, everyone was friendly, nice free breakfast. Workout room okay. Easy access to Downtown Nashville was about a 10 min drive. Our stay there was for 3 nights. It was a bussinees/leasure trip. We enjoyed our visit.

We needed to stay somewhere for one last short night in Tennessee before flying out. This seemed like a good option - close enough to the airport but also close enough to downtown if we wanted to access that as well. Turns out we had a short night here after being out all day. We checked in fairly late, although the front desk person was very cheerful at the late hour. We were set up in our room in no time. The room was fairly comfortable - I feel this hotel is a bit newer than others in th... Read more

This is not a Downtown Nashville hotel, but convenient enough. We took an Uber from Hotel to Broadway for ~$15. Nothing about this is lush, but it was a very clean and staffed friendly. We will be staying again.

I stayed here about 2 1/2 years ago seeing the hotel updated was great, it had a few things in the bathroom that probably needed to be fixed up it was still a nice change from when I was there in April of 2014. The location to the airport & downtown area is perfect. The staff there was super nice, especially I believe his name was Michael for letting me check-in early because my flight got in super early. To DJ for helping me get my shirts that I left in my room after checking out. I will defini... Read more

We spent one night here and that was enough. It was an old converted Days Inn. No covered loading and unloading area started it off wrong. Parking lot was terrible, limited spaces, hilly. Sirens were heard all night long. Furniture was new but in an ugly room with patched ceilings. There was also a big dip in our room floor in front of TV. Made it difficult to even walk! Bathroom had a large vanity but it was too big for the space. Steps up and down on main levels, very disj... Read more

Lots of changes to this hotel. Lobby is outstanding now. Location is the reason I stay here. Always friendly staff and if you travel around the Nashville area, Hwy access is fantastic. Nice outdoor pool and clean grounds.

I am a ihg spire elite member. I travel many days a year. There are many ihg properties in this area. Don't stay at this one. I have never been treated so rudely by the guy at the front desk. There were 2 of us checking in and we both thought the same thing. He never greeted us as a spire elite member and proceeded to tell us his the program was. I have been a member since 1997 so I know how the program works. I requested a roll in shower room because I have had a stroke and can't step over... Read more

My husband and I stayed here for one night on October 9, 2016 and we had roaches in our room! I called the front desk and was told we would not be charged for the room. Neither one of us slept much that night and we put everything in the car except for the necessities. We refused to eat the continental breakfast thinking if the rooms were infested then the Food Area had to be also. Needless to say when we received our credit card bill we found they did charge us for sleeping with the roaches... Read more
