We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean and luxurious. The service was good and people in every department were polite and helpful. This hotel is central to everything you would want to experience in Nashville. It is literally across the street from the Bridgestone Arena in one direction, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in another and a short block from Broadway. It is also close to the walking bridge that takes you across rhe river to the ... Read more

The new policy of the EXECUTIVE LOUNGE being closed on weekends is a very bad management decision. Why pay extra for the EXECUTIVE / CLUB LEVEL lodging, only to discover that the Executive Lounge is closed on weekends?

Very expensive and worst Hilton service I have received at any Hilton. Yes it was that bad. None of the staff were friendly at all and told me that they "only accommodate Diamond level HH guests". Wow.

Fabulous location. Friendly & helpful staff. Gorgeous foyer with pianist in the evenings. Downside that free wifi is only available in the foyer. Room was huge with a separate living room & massive bathroom! Ideal location to explore downtown. Valet parking was ideal for the first night when we just wanted to check in & grab a shows but the cheaper self parking was adequate for the rest of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The inside of the hotel is very nice. When we stayed here the first time the lobby was being renovated and they did a fantastic job. The primary reason we stayed here was for the location. It is central to all the action. We were a little disappointed that the executive lounge was closed on the weekend but they did give us free breakfast at their buffet which was very good. We asked for an inside room to avoid some of the street noise and it... Read more

For the price I would expect better service and as a diamond member better food for breakfast. At 8:00 AM the maid knocks on our door. Don't they know the room is occupied? Check out time is noon. Then came breakfast. Lots of pastries and cereal and biscuits. The only protein offered was a tablespoon of egg on a biscuit. Would have had to take a half dozen of them to get a decent helping of protein. The room was an upgrade and very nice. Staff was courteous.

They were so helpful, pleasant, top class service.??? It was my first time to Nashville. I had a business trip scheduled and made sure to stay downtown for a taste of the town. The Hilton is beautiful and in a great location. Not sure if it is brand new or newly renovated. Either it is very nice! My colleagues and I were all upgraded to suites. Great restaurant in the hotel although I can't remember the name. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Close to the strip.

This was the 10th year at CMA Fest, but had not been in 3 years. We have stayed here about 7 years. Although i thought the new italian restaurant was good, the early closing every night was disappointing. There was no food available (room service or restaurant) after midnight when we would get back from CMA fest.

This hotel is in a good, accessible location with nice decor and a great set-up for four adults staying in one room. Very lovely lobby and overall hotel is clean. This is where the positive ends though. From a sullen front desk clerk (Lexi) to missing pillows/robes, lack of professional service in many areas (not all) of the hotel but most importantly, extreme illness (two of us) after eating in hotel restaurant, Il Mulino, to the point where I lost a day of my trip to Nashville. Went for business and stayed the weekend. Valet was quick and easy; check-in even better. The room was nicely appointed and decorated, separate bedroom from the living area and a work desk. I arrived at the hotel 11:30am and asked for early check in. They added my name to a list where there were like 10 other names. Between 11:30am and 4:00pm I saw like 30+ people doing check in. That's so weird! I had to wait until 4:00pm to check in. Why there were so many people going to their rooms before me? Had a weird feeling that they do not appreciate my business. Probably my last stay in this hotel when I come back to Nashville.

Its a Hilton that's located smack in the middle of the downtown entertainment sector, close to bars and museums. Service was fine. The hotel common space is as inviting as a high school gymnasium with a 200 foot ceiling. We moved after two days to the Hermitage. Much nicer, more intimate and cheaper, but a $3 uber ride to the museums.

This is a great hotel. The location is within walking of so much of Nashville. The bed linens are so soft and comfortable. Coffee pot in room has real coffeemate creamer. The room seemed clean. The bar downstairs had great coffee and service. Adel was super nice. The store and the restaurant had gluten free options. The omelet was awesome.

The Hilton has a great location -took my family to visit Nashville tourist attractions and the hotel is at ground zero. Italian restaurant in the hotel as well as Breakfast was very expensive. Internet did not work well all of our stay and valet parking is expensive.. Self park as garage is attached to hotel undergound... You will save a lot of money! Lobby is beautiful and the rooms are spacious Good experience but not great for a Hilton.

Great location! Easily can walk to everything you would want to do in downtown Nashville. Rooms were spacious. Everything is clean and well maintained. I've seen a lot of other reviews talk about the price but in comparison to other area hotels, seems right in line. If you pay less at another hotel and have to uber or cab it would probably offset the price anyway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Hilton had the friendliest staff and the best location to be in it all. We were lucky enough to have a suite that faced the fireworks and received the amazing view of the longest show we have ever seen. Great rooms, and a perfect location! We were able to leave the car and explore Nashville on foot and by bus. A little pricey due to that location factor, but we will definitely be back. Our room had a wonderful view across to the Country Music Hall of Fame, and couldn't hear any noise whatsoever from Broadway. Very happy to recommend! The lobby is huge. Reception is a little hard to find as it is tucked away in the corner. There is no swimming pool as they converted that space to be an executive floor lounge. Bit far to go from the executive floor! With the upper level views of Nashville from this hotel, the lounge would be far better up there. Rooms are spacious as the hotel is an all suite hotel.
