We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean and luxurious. The service was good and people in every department were polite and helpful. This hotel is central to everything you would want to experience in Nashville. Fabulous location. Friendly & helpful staff. Gorgeous foyer with pianist in the evenings. Downside that free wifi is only available in the foyer. Room was huge with a separate living room & massive bathroom! Ideal location to explore downtown. Valet parking was ideal for the first night when we just wanted to check in & grab a shows but the cheaper self parking was adequate for the rest of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The inside of the hotel is very nice. When we stayed here the first time the lobby was being renovated and they did a fantastic job. The primary reason we stayed here was for the location. It is central to all the action. We were a little disappointed that the executive lounge was closed on the weekend but they did give us free breakfast at their buffet which was very good. For the price I would expect better service and as a diamond member better food for breakfast. At 8:00 AM the maid knocks on our door. Don't they know the room is occupied? Check out time is noon. Then came breakfast. Lots of pastries and cereal and biscuits. The only protein offered was a tablespoon of egg on a biscuit. Would have had to take a half dozen of them to get a decent helping of protein. The room was an upgrade and very nice. Staff was courteous.

It was my first time to Nashville. I had a business trip scheduled and made sure to stay downtown for a taste of the town. The Hilton is beautiful and in a great location. Not sure if it is brand new or newly renovated. Either it is very nice! My colleagues and I were all upgraded to suites. Great restaurant in the hotel although I can't remember the name. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Close to the strip.

This hotel is in a good, accessible location with nice decor and a great set-up for four adults staying in one room. Very lovely lobby and overall hotel is clean. This is where the positive ends though. From a sullen front desk clerk (Lexi) to missing pillows/robes, lack of professional service in many areas (not all) of the hotel but most importantly, extreme illness (two of us) after eating in hotel restaurant, Il Mulino, to the point where I lost a day of my trip to Nashville. That's so weird! I had to wait until 4:00pm to check in. Why there were so many people going to their rooms before me? Had a weird feeling that they do not appreciate my business. Its a Hilton that's located smack in the middle of the downtown entertainment sector, close to bars and museums. Service was fine. The hotel common space is as inviting as a high school gymnasium with a 200 foot ceiling. We moved after two days to the Hermitage. Much nicer, more intimate and cheaper, but a $3 uber ride to the museums.

If you pay less at another hotel and have to uber or cab it would probably offset the price anyway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is a very nice property in the heart of the Nashville scene which makes it very convenient. The food is excellent as well. The negative is the price is a by high and there is no swimming pool on the property. Parking prices are near criminal at $34 per day on top of the over priced room rate. They get their money for sure here.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, exceptional amenities. Enjoyed the broad range of food choices, work out area, including the bar/lounge area where a beautiful young lady played a crazy piano. I definitely loved the location as we were only a half a block from Lower Broadway and other attractions. I will definitely be back.

Reserved a room for a convention that was going to be held at the hotel. They would only allow me to book 2 out of the five nights. When I let them know we were part of a group they were not make any accommodations and instead I had to move to a different hotel a half-mile away. Prior to me leaving the hotel I looked at several online travel websites and they had multiple rooms available but at a higher price for the same room.

Only a stone's throw away (maybe a 3-5 minute walk) from the Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame and Broadway Street. The central location of this hotel is the absolute best. Suite was beautiful and large, with a jack 'n jill door from bedroom and living areas into the bathroom. Beautiful lobby with plenty of seating areas. Valet service quick and the buys know the best places to eat. The only downfall of this hotel is there is NO POOL!

Hilton Downtown was in a great location, 15-20 min from Nashville airport which averaged to a $20-$25 Uber ride. In the middle all the attractions and the Bars on Broadway is located right behind the hotel. Across the street from Bridgestone Arena where concerts are held. Every morning we tried different Brunch/Breakfast options in the area: A good mile walk to the Gulch area where they had great restaurants (Biscuit Love for Brunch, Saint Anejo for lunch but also serves Brunch), also a few bloc... Since this is an all suite hotel, our adult daughter used the pull out couch in the main living room and we used the bedroom and there was very adequate space for all 3 so while cost was high we considered we did not need to rent a second room so probably cost would be net neutral to any other 3 star/ 4 star hotel. I loved everything about this's within walking distance to the symphony and tons of downtown attractions. The staff are great and the rooms are insanely nice, reminiscent of the Parker Meridien in Manhattan. My ONLY complaint is the "Free Wi-Fi" that comes with Hilton didn't work the whole time we were here. The Nashville Downtown free service was a thousand times superior. Come on, Hilton, this is 2016; wi-fi actually matters and fixing this needs to be a priority. I... Read more
