We had a great stay in Nashville at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was great with coffee and infused water and sometimes cookies too! The breakfast was expensive and I ate my normal fruit and oatmeal, but the wait staff is very friendly and after requesting tea the first morning, they remembered and brought out a box of tea for me every morning. My mother and I went on holiday to Nashville. We decided to stay at a Hilton Property since I am a Diamond Member with this chain. I have probably stayed in at least 30 different Hilton Hotels. This was by far the best customer service I have ever received. We stayed using points and we could not have been treated any better. The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. The valet gentleman talked to us every time we walked by (and we didn't even have a car). We had breakfast every morni... Read more

I was a little worried about the location because I wanted to be within walking distance to all the Nashville major must do's, but it turns out it was the perfect location for me. First, the hotel offers a free shuttle to anywhere within a 2 mile radius, which means pretty much anywhere on Broadway and all the museums as well as great shopping nearby. That was a great service. If shuttles are not your thing, an uber ride only cost me $5 to head down to Broadway and all the bars down there. But w... Read more

At the desk making sure I could log in, they surprised me by saying a room was available and they could just check me in now. Was able to get my work done and had a successful meeting. Upon my return, there was a young lady singing in the lobby making the bar and restaurant in the lobby a happening place. The room was not as fresh as some of the other garden inn's, but cl... Every single employee that we interacted with was phenomenal! It was our first time staying in Nashville overnight and I had happened to do a lot of research on what we were looking for. None of my party was particularly thrilled about downtown Nashville traffic (and if you live here, you could probably guess why) so we required a clean, reasonably priced hotel that could offer us a shuttle service. First of all, when we checked in, the staff was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome right away. Anything we asked for was pretty much taken care of. As ... Read more

The lobby wasn't as inviting as some others but it wasn't a big deal because we were in Nashville and we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The furniture and all other aspects of the hotel in general were cheap, raggedy, outdated and expired. Normally Hilton Garden Inns are great and I will continue to stay in HGI but this location is awful, and the mattress/ bedding was atrocious. The room in general was an eye sore.
