My husband and I spent our anniversary in Nashville and I chose this hotel because of the location and outdoor pool. It was perfect. We arrived late and the front desk gal was very informative and answered all my questions and gave us some great pointers. After checking in we walked the short distance to Broadway where there was so much to do. Only wish I would have had more time at the hotel so we could have used the pool. Hopefully next time as this is where we will be staying again. Tha... Read more

My friend & I spent 3 nights here and I chose this hotel because it looked to have the nicest & cleanest rooms. It was also one of the only Downtown Nashville hotels that offered an outdoor pool. Our room was very clean and quite roomy, especially since it was not a suite. Amenities included the Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. We had a view of Nissan Stadium and it was a pretty quiet location. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy and was always prompt. We... Read more

As a guest, I was extremely pleased with the easy check-in/check-out, willingness to accommodate early check-in & late check-out as well as many other details about this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel itself is very clean. The rooms feel large (I would suggest the 10th floor if it's available) and clean. There are appetizers and fruit water in the lobby at most times during the day, and the front desk is always willing to help you with any inquiry. The hotel itself is loc... Read more

The staff at this hotel was great from the time we checked in until we left. Person helping us with check in recognized we were celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday, got her name and sent a bottle of champagne and a basket of snacks to the room with a super sweet note welcoming us to Nashville. Even the valet went out of his way to give us some great suggestions for dining (which were also excellent)! Room was great and the location was absolutely perfect!!

The staff at this hotel was not your typical Hilton staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a younger girl (under 21- as I asked her for recommendations around she she stated she was underage). She wasn't friendly or welcoming, and I felt a bit put off as she assumed I knew what she was doing behind the computer. As assumed, the rooms weren't ready, so we checked our bags and went on the town. Hours later, after calling multiple times, our rooms still weren't ready but we finally decided to dr... Read more

If you are going on vacation, you can stay at many hotels in Hawaii for the same cost. A vacation in Hawaii would have been a better choice for us. This hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. Make sure the price you are quoted is the price you are paying. When you are told one amount and then the bill shows almost 4 times that amount, there is a problem. Brandon, the supervisor is very articulate and understanding. He is the guy to go to if there is a problem because he will take you under his wing and try to help make a bad situation a little bit better.

This was a very nice and well kept up property. The bar downstairs was nice and the bartender was terrific! Just a short walk to downtown and very close to the Ascend Amphitheater as well. All of the employees that I came across were very kind, but I must say the true star here was Aaliyah Judkins (I hope that's spelled correctly). She was so sweet and kind during check out to my friend an I. She showed us true hospitality!

We loved this hotel, and would definitely stay here again. Lovely room, including a coffee and tea maker and a great walk-in shower. No safe though, which was unusual, but we had no issues with our valuables being secure. It is well situated, just a few blocks from Broadway, and all the bars, restaurants and attractions, it is a very friendly, safe place though, and walking back and forth day or night is no problem. The pool area is very nice, and the perfect place to sunbathe and relax during t... Read more

I checked in yesterday and checked out today. I was there for a quick get away, checking in with a friend. I all around enjoyed staying at this hotel, but there were two things that bothered me: 1. The housekeeping staff moved very slow, but seeming that I am a patient man it didn't bother me that much until I requested some towel and I didn't get them until 2 hours later. 2. While checking in Miss Aleya was recommending restaurants for my friend and I, and the girls name that started with a K ... Read more

We struggled between a terrible and poor rating for our stay here. We rounded up because of the location and newness of the hotel. Beyond this, we don't have much good to say due to the poor service and amount of follow up (number of calls) it took to get our bill corrected (we were double billed). We booked one night with points and reserved an additional night for our full stay. The hotel (not sure if this is local or a Hilton issue) can't handle this on their system. Despite 3 calls ahea... What a cool hotel to stay in!!!!!! It was close enough to the action, yet far enough from the crazies. The pool is amazing and just a great place to refresh and relax at. Hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely will stay here again if we return in the future.

The Hilton Garden Inn is one of the best hotels near downtown. Just blocks from the Broadway honkey-tonks, museums, sports and music venues, it's a great find!!! Customer service is exemplary, the rooms are beautiful and there are 2 bars, 2 restaurants and an outdoor pool!! I have stayed twice and will certainly go again!! You can walk to just about everything downtown, or catch the trolley for see other areas such as The Gulch and Vanderbuilt. AAA and Hilton Honors a plus!!

Every staff member seem to go out of there way to greet or help you. Every detail of the hotel is perfect. Great simple breakfast, fancy looking bar, sports bar, tastefully decorated rooms with comfy beds, and just far away enough from the debauchery on Broadway. Not bad to say here.

This was a 1st time visit to Nashville but not a last time visit! The hotel overall was really nice. There was complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby in the morning and in the afternoons there was ice cold fruit infused water. The rooftop pool area has a lovely seating area as well. Unfortunately with all the construction, it was far from peaceful to relax around. Across the street was Martins BBQ which unfortunately when we went, we were short on time and with its growing popularity was very ... Read more

I was very satisfied with our room on this business trip. The room was very clean and this hotel is within walking distance to the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Ryman Auditorium for tours. We could also walk to Broadway Street only 2 blocks away to check out the honkytonk bars and souvenir gift shops, and enjoy some great BBQ!

This is the first time I have stayed in a Hilton and I was pleasantly impressed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, well equipped, nicely renovated. They have a nice gym and rooftop pool. The breakfast needs some improvement because the cooks have some issues with basic egg orders. The best thing is the location of this hotel. Nice newer hotel in the perfect location to walk to everything yet be far enough away that it's quiet enough to relax and sleep. Nice staff and very clean. The only con was the fact our room had a slight moldy smell. Great barbecue across the street too! We would stay here again for sure.

We recently had an opportunity to stay at the New Hilton Garden Inn, Downtown Nashville. Overall, I think it is an excellent choice. It has valet parking, friendly staff, clean and modern facilities, and is very convenient to the downtown area as well as the Arena and Amphitheatre. I've stayed with HGI properties across the country and have found that in most cases you can expect a very good room (great pillows) and excellent service. In this review I cannot complain about the room. The beds were comfy and I got a good sleep. My issues were with the extra services provided. First the hotel clearly offers Self-Park and Valet service. The fact that the self-park is $27 is a bit much but to be expected in a large city. The bad part is that they also allow event parking ... The hotel is a 5 minute walk to lower Broadway and nice because it is much quieter than staying closer to all of the honkytonks. So not worth the price tag. Very basic, I'd have been happy to pay $150 for this room. Considering it was downtown Nashville, $250 would be tops. $400+ outrageous and not worth it. Couldn't have been more BASIC! no glassware, just paper cups. No robe or slippers, no shuttle service. Average is fine if it's affordable, this was definitely not worth the money.
