Great live entertainment in the lounge. The food very tasteful . The room with a king size bed was very roomy, with Kerig coffee maker, microwave and refrigerater. The bathroom was safety consious, with handle bars all over. We would , and will stay here next time we are in Nashville.

Just an average room , with average service , was not happy with the inconsistency from day to day . Found dirty rubber gloves in the bathroom , on my personal items , and was given a poor excuse from management . And will not stay there in the future!

The room was clean and spacious and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. However don't waste your $21.95 plus tax on the breakfast. Made to order omelettes took rediculously long and when they came, they were wrong. The oatmeal was Luke warm and watery and despite asking several times, we never got coffee. I went to the lobby to get my own in the end and the pots there were empty. No one ever asked if everything was ok so we ate the continental items available and left.

I stayed at this hotel several times in the past and it was always great. Well not so any more. The person I spoke to before arrival assigned my room directly across from the elevator even tho I told her I was sensitive to noise and needed to be away from it. Fortunately the young man who checked me in (I think his name was Delmas (sp?) changed to a room further away so no noise issues. Everyone on the staff of hotel were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, just watch your step because the tile was very slippery when wet. Our room was very clean and our only complaint would be that we couldn't control the air conditioning fan so it went on and off all night. Overall things were great. Would stay there again.

My Nashville stay was excellent. The staff members were very professional and provided the upmost customer service. I would select this hotel again over any other stay in Nashville. The airport shuttle service was convenient.

The hotel is very accommodating. We took advantage of the pool and the courtyard is very relaxing. This is an airport hotel, so expect planes to be flying overhead. For some reason they didn't wake me up. This hotel is great for 2 - 3 nights. We used Uber and the cost to get downtown was $11.00 very reasonable.

Unfortunately, one of my worst nights ever. I have had many nights out on business and most of them are enjoyable. While the staff here was decent, the hotel room was not in good shape and unfortunately I got one of the rooms that face the courtyard that was extremely noisy because of guess who decided to congregate outside of it until 1 o'clock in the morning. Walls and ceilings must be paper thin because the occupant in the room above kept dropping things on the floor into the late hours. Not a peaceful night and this was a business trip - very frustrating.

This was a great hotel for the price. Nice that it was close to downtown and opryland. Quiet at night and staff was very nice. We would stay here again. They had a cool patio/deck are with very stylish lounge furniture. No complaints here!!!

The staff was really helpful! While we didn't spend much time in the room, it seemed to really show its age. The desk looked like it had been touched up by a chilld and the overall room felt rundown. I didn't care for the firm, memory foam beds. Breakfast was not included. Our room had a view of the roof. Location requires a car or Uber/Lyft to get food as there are no sidewalks on this busy street.

I had to take a little overnight business trip to Nashville and checked in late afternoon here. The room was ample, clean, well-stocked, and I enjoyed an excellent night's sleep before facing a grueling day the next day. I should have eaten in the hotel restaurant but chose the Shoney's up the street (big mistake), but the hotel was fantastic. I have stayed in Hilton Garden Inns in probably at least a dozen different cities now and am NEVER disappointed!

Hotel staff was very helpful and they all seem to enjoy their jobs. I would recommend this hotel to all business travelers. They are willing to go the extra mile for you. From the time I arrived I felt welcomed. This hotel was much nicer than the Hilron I stayed in a few months back.

This was our first trip to Nashville. We had the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. They were great and timely. Everyone at the hotel that we encountered was very nice and very helpful. Couldn't of asked for a better staff working there. Would definitely stay again. Even coming back to the room early morning due to the concerts getting over late the early morning staff were just as friendly. Stayed one night for business since it had a 5 am flight. Checked in late. The staff was nice and acknowledged my diamond status. @$259 for the night you would hope to have a nicer room. It's your older HGI with the remodel. Coffee pot micro wave. Bathroom was rough around the edges and room worn. There are other choices nearby

Checked in after my flight to be greeted by very friendly staff. Lobby is clean and bright. Fruit infused water and apples available in the lobby plus we were offered a bottle of cold water too. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night while traveling on business. The room I had was clean, and well provisioned. The only downside was that the room smelled like fresh paint. I'm not too bothered by that, but it would give some indication that they are doing some construction related work, and if you are sensitive to such things, you might inquire before getting a room where you might be adversely affected. The hotel and staff are wonderful. The beds are the worst I've EVER slept on. My husband and I felt the effects of this king sized bed for a week after we left! We attempted to adjust the firmness, as advised by the front desk staff. That was a complete joke. Made zero difference. I will not be back until those "park bench" style beds are replaced.

I travel extensively for my job. I stay in hotel almost every night of the work week. This hotel offers a great positive clean experience for their guests. The employees do a wonderful job making you feel welcome. The rooms are very clean. The restaurant offers a great selection of fresh food. I highly recommend!

Had an early morning flight, so choose this HGI based purely on location. Dropped off the rental car the night before, and with one short call, got picked up in less than 5 min. Next morning a quick ride again back to the airport.....having a convenient way to and from the airport was key for us. Staff and facility were fine, but the driver was our hero.

We drove from Memphis to save airfare and a half day of travel out of country for a redeye flight the next morning. Nice place to stay, and was quiet even though very full. I can't speak to the food, because we checked in after dinner and left before breakfast, but the room was comfy, bed slept well (I have a sleep number to compare to), and was easy to drive to the airport to check in the rental car and start our vacation. Would stay here again.

No free breakfast definitely a deal breaker for me. Nice pool clean rooms friendly staff very helpful. Need to be an honors member to stay here really to get free breakfast. No key required to access pool from stairs I thought this was a safety hazard informed desk they said it was a safety reason.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The customer service was *5* star and the hotel was extremely clean and comforting. We will definitely visit again. Great location that is close to the airport too!

Came into town to visit friends and family. Used Hilton points. Check in staff were very nice and accommodating. Asked for extra towels, toothpaste, toothbrush and they provided within minutes of check in. The rooms are comfortable with adjustable softness beds. Shuttle service to the airport was on a schedule not when travelers were ready so we caught an Uber to the airport. The breakfast was ok, had a chef cooking omelets but she was not very quick or nice. Convenient to the airport and a short Uber ride to downtown.

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Airport on several occasions. I have always enjoyed my stay at this location. The staff is friendly and the facility is neat and clean. The hotel is located near the interstate for quick access to the downtown area or airport. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport which is very good.

The staff always made me feel welcomed and was treated like a good friend. They were exceptional in service and attitude. Live music in the restaurant was an absolute plus. Was able to enjoy excellent music coupled with remarkable service.

Great location, price, and staff. I like to stay at the Hilton brands. As always, this was worth the price. This hotel is in a good neighborhood as well. If we return, we will stay at this hotel.....The only thing is they do not have free breakfast. I don't think most Hilton Garden Inn's do.

I stayed two nights for work. This hotel was a good deal for the airport area of Nashville. The hotel was clean and comfortable. But nothing jumped out at me as being excellent. I had room service two of the nights I was there and the food was good, not great. We needed a room for an early morning flight. The rooms need to be updated. The carpet is old and dirty. The beds aren't comfortable. Disappointing, but at least it is only for one night. I went to the bar to purchase two glasses of wine. The wine was poured from single-serve disposable bottles and yet cost $10 each. Worst wine I have ever tasted.

Great place; terrific room impeccably maintained & furnished. Bonus: one of the best hotel room-service experiences even compared to luxury/resort hotels costing 5-10X-more. Everything about this hotel was spot on. Not only is it decorated beautifully, every corner is clean and every detail attended to. Staff is always helpful and cheerful. The room was excellent, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent as well. We will certainly be back next time we come to Nashville.

Pretty much the standard HGI - great and attentive staff, comfortable beds and reasonably clean. (Most airport hotels seem to get a ton of traffic, and I rarely find one that's super clean and doesn't show signs of wear). Great thing about this Nashville hotel in July - the air conditioning worked very well! Breakfast was decent, and the hotel gym was alit better than normal for an HGI. I'd certainly go back when in the area again.

I tried to make coffee and the Keurig maker was missing a piece and hot water flowed everywhere. Attempt to call the front desk was futile because the phone was unplugged and the wireless handset was discharged. Nice hotel but the internet access is terrible. I'm starting to figure out that the complimentary internet is worthless at Hiltons. Once in a while the access is okay. If you need internet access this may not be the hotel for you. Beyond that, the hotel is very nice, great staff.

I called the hotel after I returned my car rental to BNA and Elizabeth answered the phone. I only wait maybe 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. She was delightful and very friendly. After a nightmare of a trip home -which included a 6 hr delay in Toronto. I was so afraid we wouldn't get to enjoy the hotel room with its wonderful adjustable bed. Very convenient to airport. Pretty much as expected for a HGI except for a couple things. First was the tv channels. On a few channels including the NBC affiliate and another popular news channel you wouldn't get a picture, you got a message saying scrambled channel or weak signal. My room was old and faded... had missing pictures with wall anchors showing, I could not adjust my room temperature therefore leaving me very HOT at night. The staff were rude and inconsiderate. Will not stay at this property again.

We stayed there one night before our flight. They have free shuttle service to airport. The check in was smooth and room was great. It is a great place to stay if you need to be near airport. Your close to a lot of restaurants and interstate. They had adjustable beds and we got a great night of sleep.

The stop was great. there was live music in the lobby at dinner. Kimber Cleveland was pretty good we picked up her CD. The bartender took good care of me as well. The breakfast was great and the cook whipped me up a very good omlete. All service was great! Place was clean, night time cookies were good, as always... Great location for Opry or the airport. It's only 15 minutes to get to downtown and half the price. Check in and out were both very friendly. The breakfast was decent, despite the fruit being soggy. My eggs were cooked to order as was the French toast. My room was clean and spacious.

our stay was great , the staff was friendly and nice . We only ate there for breakfast but it was pretty good and the kitchen staff was friendly also especially the chef . This is the first time we've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport . We stay at the airport because it a lot cheaper than downtown. The rooms were nice besides the dated wallpaper in the bathroom. We didn't make it up for breakfast. All in all we would stay again.

The lobby was clean and spacious. Check in process with quick and simple and staff was friendly. Room was very clean, updated and with plenty of space. Enjoyed food and live music at the on site restaurant.

Great accommodations. Very quiet. Soft bed. Reasonable price.Was attending a Vanderbilt football game. Good to stay away from stadium area and at same time for a good price. I am a private pilot so I appreciated being near the airport. High quality hotel.

The hotel is ok. Staff is a bit standoffish. Just understand that you will hear planes all night long! We had a solid 4 hours of sleep and then they started up again. Needless to say, restful is not how we would describe our trip.

I have stayed now at over 100 Hiltons approximately and learned how to test for unbiased service. I donâ??t wear my business attire down to breakfast. Most Hilton staff look beyond the jeans, this Hiltons staff could not. Completely biased service as they hovered over the table next to me, who just happened to have three men in suits. The staff and the hotel was just excellent. I loved every minute I spent there. The hotel was clean and what ever I needed, it was taken care of. I felt that my accommodations were personalized. I can't say enough about how good the service was.

Hotel location is just perfect to have small business meeting. Meeting room facility is adequate to host up to 30 peoples with AV system. I was there for 3 days meeting. Banquet service for meeting was outstanding. It is convenient as they have airport shuttle service which help. Most of staff are willing to help fulfill your needs.

Conveniently located near the airport. That means you might hear a few planes taking off or landing but it's not bad later in the evening. Tje rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It's what you expect from Hilton.

The hotel is just around the corner from the airport and with that convenience, it's the prime hotel in the area. The openness of the lobby is very welcoming with a warmth of inviting atmosphere. The evening entertainments as a special local Nashville flavor. The hotel is kept very clean and well maintained. Quaint little bar for that small town feel set in outer reaches of downtown Nashville.

Sweet people, staff, restaurant and bar. Terrible furnishings in the room, old scratched wobbly tables, terrible reception on the tv( we could see the movie we ordered due to fuzzy picture) and the tv kept losing reception. The tub are had moldy grout and tiles present. Beds were clean and awesome.

This hotel was very nice. Very comfortable beds. They do not offer a free breakfast so we found that disappointing. Friendly staff. Beautiful entryway. Many other hotels nearby and we would probably try another less costly one with breakfast included.

The hotel providedirectly quick access to the Nissan Stadium, only 11 minutes away. Perfectly close enough to the BNA airport, Nissan Stadium, and downtown Nashville, TN. I would recommend the hotel to othersee traveling in the area.

The staff was wonderful, and the rooms were clean. I will also say that the food from the restaurant downstairs was pretty tasty... much better than I had anticipated. On the downside, the television in our room was not working. We called the front desk who sent up a repairman. He fiddled with the cables some, and it seemed to work again for a little while but then lost signal again. The showers were not a consistent temp. That was my only issue. Rooms clean. Restaurant was good food/drink. They have a shuttle service that get you back from downtown until 2:30am (however we had to inquire this info, they did not let us know upfront).

This Hilton property did not meet the expectations I have of this brand. The carpet in the room was wet. On the morning of departure, one of the front desk staff was rude and discourteous. I will think twice before staying at a Hilton property again.

We recently stayed here for a one night stay prior to flying out of Nashville International. I had stayed at a few HGI over the years and have always like my stays. I was really impressed with the quality of this location, both in room quality and in the staff. From the moment, we walked in until we left the next day, everything was great. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Check in was a breeze, nice rooms, very clean, large! Bed was hard, says you can dial in your settings but i tried and nothing changed! The in hotel restaurant was awful! We booked a room for 2 nights here. There was no hot water, the refrigerator , microwave, and coffee pot didn't work. We heard doors slamming in the hallway throughout the night, and the phone in the room didn't work. I used my cell phone to call the front desk to report all issues. The hotel was easy to find, the rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was wonderful. The morning breakfast food was very good, but the hotel was short staffed so you had to wait for coffee and service.

As a road warrior I give hotels the benefit of the doubt. However, I should have re-visited my decision to stay here. At check in I was witness to another traveler expressing their dissatisfaction of multiple issues to include slow bath drain (gross). While my room was clean to the naked eye, the furniture was worn and scratched, but still no biggie. Prompt airport shuttle pick-up by hotel staff - you need to call them when you arrive at the airport. The hotel is located next to some highway that must be traversed by trucks - in the even number rooms you can hear the trucks zooming by. My husband and I came to Nashville TN, because Argosy University conducted our graduation ceremony at the Music City Center. This was our first time of being there. We were amazing to see that the rooms was smaller than other hotels.

I read the reviews and the hotel appeared to be a nice place. However, I would not recommend based on: tv is satelite and picture is poor, sheets are thin and worn, rooms need more than just a fresh coat of paint.

Having awakened for the uncountable time, and opening the drapes too see the tractor trailer beneath my window, it was startling to hear the air conditioner compressor kick on and realize there was no truck. The choice became one of not sleeping due to the heat or the noise. With either, it was sleepless in Nashville. Not quite the point of a hotel. The sink drain stop did not work and the breakfast worker rude. Won't return to this Hilton Garden Inn.

Stayed one night on arrival to Nashville - prior to meeting up with a group. Very convenient to night time arrival in Nashville. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Removed from town so wouldn't want to stay here with a plan of touring or hanging out in the happening areas of Nashville.

We were told over the phone when booking a room that there was a hot tub with the pool. Upon arrival were we informed they meant to say heated pool, no hot tub....plus the "heated" pool was cold. We were celebrating our anniversary & the only amenity we were looking for in a hotel was a relaxing hot tub. I hate being lied to.

This hotel was in a good location and was decent. I found the price to be high considering breakfast not included. It was very loud during the hours of about 6 am to 11pm. due to airport traffic - planes flew overhead all day.

Great Location and service. Couldn't say more about the entire staff. Corey check us in and help us with our stay. As, we were there to relocate my niece and look for an apartment. His input on certain areas really help us. Plus the recommendations on where to eat and hang out was perfect.

the hotel was very nice although I think bathroom was dated. It was clean and average. Average. No complimentary breakfast but fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room. If I paid under a $100 I'd be a happy camper, but I expected just a little more from the Hilton. Sheets were "pilly" but clean. Good pillows. Maybe I missed it, but I couldn't find a way to get wireless without paying $4.95 a day.

The room was clean but noisy due to being in close proximity to the airport. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were expensive and bad. Staff was not helpful at all. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was convenient. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the airport, and is convenient if you are going to the airport, but is far away from downtown.

This appears to be an older Hilton Garden Inn. The furnishings in our room were a little worn, but it was very clean. Nice property, east of downtown, in a quiet location. The staff was great, from the front desk, to the restaurant wait staff, to the cooks. Really nice friendly people with smiles on their faces. The Hilton Garden is okay. Occasionally you can get a decent/fair price. Most times not. Fitness center is WORN OUT!! Live music in lobby is nice but typically so loud you can't have a conversation. Breakfast is okay but be wary of the omelets. Some times they are not cooked all the way. Guess they hurry a little. Also it says it opens at 6:00am, don't count on that either.

Smoke detectors went off at 5am. Understand accidents happen but the staff handled horribly. They did not communicate to the hotel patrons what was going on. They stayed inside warm or went outside to smoke cigarettes, all the while patrons were left outside cold, tired, and unsure of what to do.
