I was very disappointed, as there was no breakfast, no microwave, and no curtains. What hotel has no curtains? I made this reservation 11 months in advance and was never notified of the construction that was going on. I learned of the construction as I walked in. If I had known, I could have made other plans!

My wife and I spent three nights here in late June. They said they were about done with their remodel but that is far from true----the day we arrived it was hot and humid and they had been shampooing the carpets in the rooms and hallways. It was hot and humid outside and now all the carpets are wet. Needless to say our room and the hotel never dried out during our stay. It looks like they tried to replace the windows but they had fog between the panes so they need to look at that. Also we... Read more

The location was good. The bedding was great. The staff was excellent. The only issues we saw were the bathroom could have been more clean and the stairs had potential safety hazards. We stayed here on a visit to a concert at Nissan stadium, we didn't know the area and initially thought it would be too far out of the city to be satisfied, but the travel was less than 20 minutes and a straight shot. It was actually better than staying in the city.

Hotel was still being renovated (which wasn't disclosed). Had to wait for rooms to be assembled, pool not open, fitness center not open, drywall dust and debris all over, and staff not very helpful or forthcoming.

This is a nice motel. After staying at well over a hundred Hampton properties, the ONLY Hampton Inn that I would NOT recommend, is the one in Clinton, South Carolina. I have never been treated so rudely after telling me that Hampton no longer gives a Government rate. I left there feeling like I was on a " terrorists watch list". This Hampton in White House however, IS Great!!!!

My husband and I stayed at the brand new HI last night. Our room was spotless and sparkling new. So new in fact, there was no chair other than the desk chair. We called the front desk and were told the chairs had not yet been delivered! We were immediately offered a second desk chair which we declined because we didn't intend to spend much time in our room. Being in a brand new facility is a treat! The only concern was the lack of recycling containers which are usually found at most Hilton pr... Read more

I chose this hotel due to the ratings , as soon as we arrived we had two different people enter our room while trying to sleep! The rooms have no safe fir your valuables , the breakfast was terrible. The price for this room was not worth the stay. We told the staff of the experience we had and we were not given a complimary stay or any kind of resolution to our experience .The only thing I can give a positive rating is the bedding, the bedding was very soft and comfortable.

Don't stay here until they are done renovating. Called us DAY of our booking in to leave a message at our home that our room wasn't available but we would receive a room with a shower that would have a lip etc. When we did get there they offered a "suite" at same price. It wasn't a suite, my daughter had the exact same room for the same price. We just got our original King. Luckily I took my wife's bathroom chair and shower chair or we would have had to go back home or find a hotel that did have... Read more

Seemed like the best choice off exit 108. We had a 3rd floor 2 Queen bed room. There was NO comfortable seating other than the desk chair although the room was of adequate size. The closest non-fast food restaurant was Cracker Barrel. Provides fridge, microwave, coffeemaker (although paper cups), and a hot free breakfast. WiFi is free. No channel guide was provided in the room. We paid $150. Seemed excessive for the area. Bed was comfortable.

Refused to clean room because it was to hard to open door but yet they expected me to use the same door to get in and out of from. Stayed for four day and had to use towels multiple times. After asking yo either clean the room or switch room with a door that works they said a manager will handle it and nothing was ever done.

My mom and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in White House, TN for 4 nights. The hotel is new refurbished, with some construction still going on. Not sure if we will be back to Nashville, but if so, I'd definitely be open to staying at this hotel again.

Newly renovated in a "hyper-modern" style (probably by a millennial...a "go for it" scenario), which put some form over function. My 12 year old called it a "spaceship". For example, there's an "in vogue" barn-door style sliding door that doubles as your closet door and bathroom door. That means though, neither is covered all the time, and you don't feel like the bathroom door is really shut. There's also odd angles of the room door requires it to be opened almost all the way to get out with... Read more

Overall a good stay but everything isn't finished in the renovation. Room seemed clean but had a worker open our door thinking it was empty to install bed frames. It scared us! Iron and blanket were on closet floor because there was no shelf...and no closet door. Wish pool had been open but found a nice park nearby to get energy out. Breakfast was good, what you'd normally expect from a Hampton Inn. Beds were comfy.

When you pull this up on the Internet, it says it's a new hotel, it isn't. When you walk in the lobby, it's loud, people playing video games. Went in our room, the one chair in there has water or some other liquid stain about four inches up. We turn the sheets down and there is hair on them! We call the front desk and he moves us to another room. Turn the sheets down and the pillows have a hair on one of them. We checked out. First bad experience we've ever had with a Hampton inn. I'll make this brief. When we checked in and got our room assignment (326), we entered the room and quickly discovered an issue. The sliding door for the bathroom/closet has a flaw. The framework around the bathroom door wasn't planed properly and therefore the door jammed into the frame, not allowing it to close. Upon closer inspection I discovered that if you push the door out on it's hinges (from inside the bath) it would open/close. The caveat is you would have to hold it out about 2 inches... Read more

Good choice if you are looking to avoid the high hotel and parking prices in the city. It is a drive, so didn't allow us to come back to the room once we were in the city, but for a short trip with a car it worked well. Free parking, breakfast, and reliable wifi. The rooms are large, but sparsely furnished which was fine for us. Lots of outlets to charge devices. Clean and quiet stay!

Arrived at 3 pm and was instructed that I could not check in until after 4pm. No discounted rate or upgrade available. Wife is pregnant and this caused a very uncomfortable situation. Hotel was nice and clean but cleaning staff not on hand which caused delay in check in. Maybe it was issue of being new hotel and management not properly trained to deal with abnormal situations.

We were visiting relatives, so just needed a decent room. The room we got was bare bones though it had a mini-fridge. The door opened at an odd angle that caused more than one stubbed toe, and the cleaning took place mid-afternoon. We were not warned that even local calls would be billed to our room. The phone only stated that long distance charges would be applied, so on check out we had a rude surprise. The staff was nice enough, but I would not stay here again unless necessary.

Most people have never heard of White House, TN, but this hotel definitely put it on the map for us. It was beautiful, comfortable and well worth the rate. We love Hampton Inns, and we were looking forward to staying in a fresh, new hotel for the price, although "new" doesn't mean everything. We chose to stay outside of Nashville, about 30-40 minutes away. We stayed here 2 nights and found that it lacked. Although the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean, you would never know this is a new Hampton Inn.
