Stayed here after a few nights in a lesser-quality hotel, and it felt like going to heaven. Well maintained, quiet and comfortable room. Attentive staff. Ample parking at no additional charge. Quick access to both Vanderbilt and Belmont. Great all around value. I will stay here again.

There's a level of quality & service that I look for when I am planning a trip that involves a hotel stay, & when those needs overlap with affordability & convenience, I'm very pleasantly surprised. I've long been a fan of what the Hampton Inn has to offer & have stayed at many of them in the U.S. & abroad over the years. There is a consistency in quality that I appreciate as a traveler & this location is no exception. While all of the hotels will have their quirks (in this case, parking requ... Read more

This is a great, modern, clean hotel with a great location. However, Hampton's "new" check-out procedure is NOT guest friendly! Previously at Hampton hotels, the hotel receipt was placed under the door to each room. Now, if you want a hard copy, you have to go to the Front desk and ask for one, and wait in line for the other guests to get theirs. Very POOR procedure and a time waster!!

This hotel was priced right, in a convenient location for our visit with free parking. Room was large, clean and confortable. Breakfest had enough choices of quality food for us. We enjoyed a good bowl of oatmeal and some fresh fruit. Our room also had a fridge and microwave that was cleverly hidden in the TV stand. We enjoyed our stay.

The Hampton Inn near Vanderbilt in Nashville gets the job done and them some. The rooms and lobby are fine. But the real point of difference is the staff. Especially the gentleman named Richard. Seeing his energy, enthusiasm, graciousness and professionalism in action each day is a wonder. So during your breakfast buffet, watch for the fellow who is clearing tables, greeting guests, and making everyone feel important. He really cares! That is Richard. Tell him thank you. Nashville, according to my sources, is nearly 10, 000 hotel rooms short of what it needs to support its business, travel and convention industries. There are more facilities on the way. However, through mid-2-17 at least, the prices for rooms are out of sight. For that reason, it is reassuring to have access to a small, but well run hotel, at a very reasonable price for a short business trip. There was a shuttle downtown but we didn't use it. A half hour (dull but safe) walk got us to Broadway and all the attractions. Would certainly visit again.

Good accommodation and location, but hotel standard below the expectation for Hampton Inn. Bedroom was not done when returning from work on first day of stay, requested revision of housekeeping schedule, following days this was fine. Internet access was possible on my smart phone but not on my PC and this was not solved.

Hotel was clean, reasonably priced and convenient to many locations both downtown and other tourist locations. They provided a shuttle to downtown which was great. Breakfast was hot and better than most, staff was friendly and parking was easy.

This was a very nice Hampton Inn property (most of them are nice but some including this one feel a little more upscale. The parking was tight but it was free which is a huge bonus in this area; many properties charge $20 a night. The room was well appointed, high-end toiletries, lots of space, very clean. Breakfast fantastic and the gal working that area was engaging and fun. The hotel offers a shuttle downtown and the shuttle drivers were the best, quite accommodating, possibly the high po... Great Nashville Hotel Experience! Probably one of the best, if not the best experience w/ people(staff) @ a hotel ever! Great people from the front desk to housekeeping... Great clean, comfortable, up to date rooms! I would highly recommend this hotel. Very reasonable Uber rates to all of our destinations...

Location is great but this hotel is a little worn. The internet never worked and that was a problem getting any work done. I will pick a new spot next time. The area around the hotel is fantastic. I stay in a lot of Hampton's but this one is a bit worn. It was clean. I tried to check in early so I could go to the Titans football game and even though they were booked the night before the staff did not try too hard to help me. I saw many checking out and in 20 min I could have had a room. I waited... Read more

I felt the price was a little extreme compared to what was shown online. Understand many events going on in town that week but thought the price difference of almost $100.00 more a night was a little too much. I enjoy the Hampton Inns and this one did not disappoint me. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodations were very nice as always. Thank You

The bright shining light was Richard--morning breakfast hospitality. Wow. Richard. Wow. Richard needs to make the jump to management or at least do customer service training for the rest of the staff. Richard gets 5 stars, but no option fir that be ause the rest of the staff ruined it. Everything was ok until I had a major leak in my room the morning of departure. I had three people in my room to attend to the leak including a manager. Not one single person apologized for the inconvenien... Read more

A few weeks ago, I stayed in room 327 and I really wish the hotel staff would have warned me about the magical disappearing powers of this room. I had a bag of $100 cash that disappeared from my suitcase. My initial reaction is obviously that it magically disappeared into another dimension. This hotel needs to be more responsible with such magical powers. Upon further investigating, I found out that that items covered in lamb skin are exempt from this magical portal's clutches. They should reall... Read more

We stayed for an anniversary trip first weekend of November. Richard and the breakfast crew were awesome. He's a sweet guy that will try to make your stay special. The front desk folks were fine, no complaints. The rooms are fine. My A/c was noisy, but we didn't need it at this time of year. We would run it while out to chill the room and cut it off when we returned. Location is close enough to walk to some places, and was a cheap Uber or taxi to others. I'd recommend it if you can ge... My daughter and I stayed here for a swim meet. While the rooms were a good size & relatively clean, anyone with Celiac disease or gluten sensitivity should stay away from the eggs. We had NO idea they were serving powdered eggs. My daughter was sick was not able to finish the swim meet and was sick for 3 weeks.

I stayed at Hampton Inn Eliston Place in Nashville on business. The hotel is very clean. The staff is extremely helpful. The location is convenient to downtown but in a much quieter area. 2 blocks from Centennial Park which is a great place if you are a runner (or walker). The area seems very safe. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room was nice. Typical Hampton Inn. Just too expensive for a Hampton Inn. Good location, especially for local hospitals. Hotel grounds and room were clean. Workers were helpful. But again, it's a typical Hampton Inn, which is usually a better value for your money.

My son and I had our first visit to Nashville. We could not find any rooms downtown and came across this hotel close to Vanderbilt University. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. Really enjoyed the continental breakfast and large lobby area to hang out and relax when not in the room or waiting for our flight. Only suggestion would be to offer a shuttle to the stadium on Sunday for the football game. Would have been easier and more fun than waiting and paying for uber ot lyft

Nice stay, convenient to downtown, very good customer service. Need to keep the coffee, & hot water on the access bar full. Great selection of coffee, tea, & hot chocolate, but no water to make it a couple of times. A really nice feature of the queen suite: the living area, bedroom, & shower all had separate doors which provided lots of privacy. Excellent floor plan. Would stay again.

As I sit here on a Saturday AM, the DirectTV package at this hotel is entirely Big10. They do not have SEC network or even regional SEC games. The wireless is free, but you get what you pay for, which is a terrible connection constantly dropping off every few MINUTES, so no streaming on your own. Also here, the room cleaning is up to 5 pm, so it is random if you are gone for 4-5 hours and will come back to a made up bed. The Hampton Inn and Suites was chosen for a one night stay because many of the venues we have previously used in Nashville had no rooms available. As a Hilton Honors member, I was able to check in and choose my room as we were driving toward Nashville. The suite was very spacious and more than what we needed for our brief stay. The bed was a welcome site after spending several hours sitting outside in extremely cold weather. Breakfast was the usual standard Hampton fare, and was an enjoyable... Read more

We wanted to find a place that had free parking (couldn't find this in downtown hotels) and accessible to downtown fun. This was it. Free shuttle for a 2 mile radius was convenient. Goes as far downtown as Ryman: we walked to Wild Horse one night and went to a concert at Ryman another night. Driver was friendly. Shuttle could be busy at times and may need some wait. One time the shuttle filled up (I think seats 14) and we had to wait for the next one. One shuttle driving round and round. Breakf... Read more

Professional, clean. No problems. Location was good for our visit to Vanderbilt Cancer Center and price was competitive for the area. Just the fact that from driving into the driveway thru leaving the next morning there was no problems or inconveniences which at our time of need was huge.

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times, most recently Sunday, Nov. 27th. This Hampton is clean and the staff is very friendly. I appreciate the consistency of this hotel. I also like that there are restaurants within walking distance. Centennial Park is close by as well as Vanderbilt University. We will certainly stay here again.

Always an excellent hotel. My bed was not very comfortable but this is a first for this hotel. Internet service is very sub par and two cannot be using it at the same time. To be fair, I have just completed a customer survey and this brand is usually great about correcting issues for their guests. Breakfast is great and earlier for our group of swimmers. I don't stay anywhere else when in town for a swim meet.
