This hotel is tops in my book. Clean rooms, friendly staff, terrific breakfast, terrific location. My only reason for not giving it rating it excellent was that I would have liked more workout space, though I must say the machines were in great shape. Really, it deserves a 4.75 as that was my only wish.

was very impressed with the appearance of the hotel, and was very much looking forward to my stay there with my wife. where it started really wrong for me, was upon checking in I was "grilled" about what I was doing in the area, what my wife's name was (which has never been asked at any Hampton property we have ever stayed at in 14 years of travel). when I answered for what I did, i was asked who i was working with (my clients info) how long i would be working with them and so on. while i under... I nearly forgot this was a Hampton Inn! The hotel decor and level of service from the staff made this feel more like a luxury hotel. They even had a manager's reception in the evenings with complimentary beverages! The price is higher than I usually pay at a Hampton Inn, but it's Nashville! My rate was very reasonable for the area.

We chose the Hampton Inn & Suites - Green Hills because of its proximity to Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Art Museum and Belle Meade Plantation. Also the Mall at Green Hills with its high end shops and nearby restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast buffet cannot be beat.

The lobby of this hotel is very nice, wonderful breakfast and great service upfront. The room was average but clean and comfortable. This is an amazing location for the price very close to Greenhills Mall, five minutes from West End Vandy and about 10minutes from downtown Nashville. You can't beat the price point to be that close to everything! We will definitely stay here again. The location was great-- minutes from Vanderbilt and Belmont campuses. Quiet area near Green Hills Shopping area. I will definitely return!

This is a typical, nice Hampton Inn. My issue is their lack of environmental concern. When we arrived our room A/C was set at a frigid 68 degrees. Why so cold for an empty room? It could have been going like that all day. We never put the towels on the floor for a towel change, but the maid changed them every day anyway, even on a day when we personally asked her not to change our towels. Public spaces were over-airconditioned and unpleasant. The refrigerator in the room was at the coldes... Read more

This hotel is conveniently located in the Green Hills area of Nashville. It is clean. There are not many extras with this hotel. It is an average hotel at an average price. Don't expect anything exceptional and you will not be disappointed. We stayed three nights. The breakfast was a little sparse, compared to other Hamptons we have stayed in in recent years. Parking is adequate. Check in and check out were efficient.

I've stayed in this location several times now for business and it is consistently clean, friendly service and modern. At check-in you're generally given a couple of vouchers for free drinks in the evening. Booked through and there was a misunderstanding of the room type. We had requested a room for two adults and three children. It was indicated we had the option of a rollaway bed. Upon arrival we found that was not an option. We paid an extra $20/night to upgrade so we could get a cot so this was an extra expense we had not planned on.

Stayed here for the second time recently while in town for a wedding. We enjoyed this hotel last time we were in Nashville, and enjoyed it so much we wanted to return.
