This hotel exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at many Hampton inn hotels in the past, but this one is one of the nicer ones. The free breakfast is outstanding and the breakfast staff are cheerful, helpful and delightful. The location is perfect, a short drive to all attractions.

We stayed here on our visit to Nashville for our 35th Anniversary. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and large hot breakfast . We stayed here for 4 days and had a king suite room. It was nice having the bigger room with couch and chair and the microwave and 'fridge. Bed and bedding were very nice. The only problem we had was a mixup with the cleaning staff for our room one day. It didn't get cleaned and restocked. When we returned later in the evening, the front desk apologized and gave us ... We had stayed in this hotel last year and was very impressed. We decided to stay here again this year. This hotel is close to the Grand Ole Opry and the Opryland Resort. We enjoyed the Opry and took a stroll thru the Opryland Resort. The hotel staff was very nice, the rooms are large, and it was a quiet stay. When we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here at the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Love bug, the cook of the breakfast, came around and asked if there was anything she could do, a smiley face, and bubbly attitude was a great way to start the day! Would and will book again!!

I stayed a little outside Nashville to avoid traffic, etc. and was very pleased with this hotel. There was a shuttle provided for a fee of $10 per day (could go back and forth as many times as you want) that started early and ran until 1pm., Also a free shuttle that went to the Gaylord Hotel, the Opryland Mills. Our room was never cleaned very well. The area around the toilet was dirty the first night we checked in and was never cleaned during our week stay. They never vacuumed the room or washed the floor. I also has some clothing go "missing". That said, the staff at the front desk were great and the ladies that worked the breakfast were very cheerful; one even sang.

Stayed here for 2 nights to attend the Grand Ole Opry. We could have stayed in town (15 min drive) but I wanted to stay somewhere quiet for a change. The rooms were clean and the staff were courteous especially Sunshine who looks after you in the breakfast room with a smile, hug and a song! Not the best value but then everything in Nashville is starting to be priced high due to the tourism boom. Breakfast is included along with parking and wi fi for HH members.

This was a great deal and provided a free shuttle to airport and to the opryland hotel, which is a 10 minute walk to the Grand ole opry and Opry mills ( outlet mall). Our stay was enjoyable . Staff was friendly and answered all questions. Breakfast was complementary. The only down side is that there are no restaurants inside or right beside of hotel. But there are a few places within walking distance. Outside pool was nice.

I am a Hampton Inn faithful, and this one is a very nice facility. I choose Hampton Inn because they are consistent with their beds, but this one was not that good. A nice hotel doesn't mean much if I don't sleep good and wake up with a tight lower back, which is what happened here. The mattress was hard and not good. The breakfast presentation was very good and the food looked good, but wasn't that good.

We spent three days at the Hampton Inn @ Opryland. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff were always welcoming, and the free parking was definitely a plus. Above average hotel, with outstanding breakfast service. Love bug was fantastic! Rooms are beginning to need some maintenance, slight mold on shower door and towel rails were loose and hanging at an angle (room description says curved shower rods and curtains). With it's location near Opry Mills and that entire complex, cost of the room it is definitely a recommendation.

Other front desk staff members, Aileen, and Connor, along with the manager, Bruce were equally as friendly and accommodating. We were grateful for the free shuttles to and from the Nashville airport as well as to the Gaylord hotel resort which is located near the Mills mall andthe the Grand... Read more

I stayed at this hotel in Opryland close to Opry land hotel. I thought the accommodations were adequate the staff at the front desk were great. there is a shuttle to and from the airport if you need it. You can also get a shuttle into the city which is great instead of having to Rent-A-Car. I would definitely stay here again

They had a good breakfast in the morning. A fun singing lady that cleaned the breakfast area and they have a shuttle that takes you downtown. So that was a good thing and it's only $10 round-trip for a 15 minute ride into downtown Nashville and they drop you off right next to Broadway Street.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Opryland. The hotel is fairly close to the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills (roughly within a mile). We chose to drive to those spots although there is an available shuttle bus. This seems to be a relatively new property. Parking was free, and there were plenty of spaces available. The room was nicely sized and clean. We did not encounter any problems with the room amentities as everything was in working order. The free breakfast included a selection of bo... Read more

Excellent accommodations and friendly staff. Stayed in a King suite and the room was up to date and the bed, television, bathroom and amenities were all above and beyond expectations. Add the variety and quality of the continental breakfast with juices and coffee choices and afternoon fresh cookies made.the stay even more enjoyable. Very nice.

Our room was not clean. Upon arrival we immediately noticed that there were pubic hairs all around the base of the toilet and once we got into bed we found hairs in the sheets leading us to realize the sheets had not been changed. When we moved the stool at one point, we found it to be very dirty under the stool, as if it hadn't been pulled out for vacuuming in many months (same under the desk). I will be back to Nashville but we will never stay at this hotel ever again. I wish I had known a... Read more

Pungent room smell that must have been due to the room being doused in air freshener. Air freshen coincidentally made the carpets feel "sticky." Bathroom floor was covered in black hair that didn't belong to any of our guests. Several bugs seen crawling on the ceiling.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Nashville provided our family with the utmost in service for our stay there recently. From arrival through departure, everything was excellent. The Front Desk, maid service, complimentary breakfast, provided by happy, pleasant, efficient staff, all contributed to making our stay in Nashville the best it could be as our "home away from home". Thanks so much for being a first class hotel!!

The coffee/tea/hot chocolate area is available 24 hours/day which was a nice treat. A 5 minute cab ride to Opry Mills mall and Grand Ole Opry. About 20 minutes to downtown. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Check-in was a breeze. The room had 2 queen beds and a fridge. Setting up wi-fi was fast and easy for all our devices. The breakfast area is big and the food selection was very good. They use a third party van service to take us to and from downtown for $10.00/person.A little disappointed in the very small workout room that had only 4 machines but we did a lot of walking for exercise.

We just got back a few days ago and had an amazing experience in Nashville. This hotel has the friendliest staff that is always hard at work to accommodate their guests. When we arrived our room was not ready and wouldn't be until at least 300pm...4 hours from when we arrived. They checked our luggage for us and a bus pulled up that we managed to squeeze onto and off we went! It was the Music City shuttle that takes you to and from downtown and drops you off across from the Ryman. It is a b... Read more

When checking in they didn't even say hello just "what name?". Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed that was the only positive. Reserved the Large King. Very spacious. If not for taxes would be a good deal. Otherwise a little expensive. Suggest booking a "Standard" room. A single person does not need anything larger. Morning breakfast is very good with sufficient variety for all tastes. Shuttle to town is the best deal around$10 for round trip and drop-off and pick ups every hour.

Nashville has become some expensive to stay the night. This hotel is located across from the Opryland hotel and a great place to stay. I had business near Hendersonville and this is a great spot to head north in the morning. Clean room and plenty of dinner options nearby. Breakfast was well stocked and most importantly coffee was fresh. Overall, a great alternative to the higher price hotels downtown.

Great hotel! Our trip centered around partyin downtown. I wanted to stay downtown, so that we could just walk back to hotel, but that was cost prohibitive. I have been here for business, Gaylord was fully booked. My first reaction prior to arrival was "too expensive for a Hampton". After staying I must say that 250 a night is expensive, but is what you have to pay when you book late. But in the end, I found a very decent Hotel, decent breakfast, very nice Staff, a Shuttle that really works and a very decent bed!

The lobby area and breakfast area was large and nice. The rooms were a little out of date and a few things needed fixed. As usual the beds and bedding was very comfortable. There was only one comfortable chair in the room which was the office chair. It seemed to be fairly clean but the lighting was also an issue not enough if it. All in all it was a good place to stay for the 3 nights we were there. The staff was very nice and helpful.
