I stayed here for a business trip and wasn't sure if I needed to stay 1, 2, or 3 nights. I dealt with a different front desk person each night when extending my stay. 3 out of 3 people that I dealt with were amongst the most friendly and accommodating representatives I have ever met. I was so impressed with the quality of the staff that I didn't even notice the property was undergoing renovations.

This Hampton location was a great place to stay while on a business trip. There was construction going on; however, the staff and accomodations made up for it. Checking in via the web was fantastic and I was able to choose the room I wanted. I knew my room number upon arriving at the hotel. Also, my key was waiting at the front desk.

I was coming to visit friends and cousins and this hotel was recommended. My room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with stuff for it to be a 2 star hotel. $169 a night was pricy, I feel that. $90 a night would have been realistic as the hotel did not have a restaurant . Construction drills were annoying. Lynn was great and even let me check out at a later time because of transportation delays.

My wife and I traveled to Nashville to meet friends of ours visiting Nashville from NM. We had a great time and the hotel service was great. Wonderful staff, rooms were clean, and the hotel was located in a convenient location for us to get to the city and surrounding area to visit the sights. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn Nashville Airport.

Very friendly staff! The hotel was going through renovation when we stayed which made for a bit of bad parking, smells, and mess, but the staff was wonderful. The rooms were still just as clean as ever (we always stay here when going to the airport the next day). It would have been nice to know when making the reservation over the phone that there were renovations being done so we could decide if wanted to stay here, but it was on the website which we never checked. There was a lot of noise all night long making it impossible to sleep. The staff was not well trained in customer service and did not seem to care if we were taken care of or not. The hotel was in the midst of a remodel with stuff everywhere. I did not eat breakfast, I don't know how they could keep the food clean. I will not go back. Hotel was in the midst of a remodel during our visit but there was no excuse for the following issues: 1. The exterior door to the pool area was not secured (normally would require room key for entry). This would allow anyone to enter the building. I mentioned this during check-out but my concerns were dismissed by the staff there with "it makes it easier for the construction" and "there's always somewhere here at the desk to keep an eye on it." 2. I stayed one night at this hotel on my way out of Nashville. It was very close to the airport. There was a lot of construction and it is in a noisy location. The room I was in has been recently refurbished and was nice, except for the poor shower design. They have removed the tub (which many hotels are doing and I like... ) but the configuration of the door opening means that you have to turn the shower on with part of your body in the shower and thus you get sprayed with cold/hot water.... ve... This hotel is under renovation so it's hard to give an accurate review. Lots of construction going on. Our room was pretty clean though. We had a bathroom light that did not work most of the time, but maybe that's apart of the reno. Staff was nice. Just thought if you're going to have that much construction going on then you need to reduce the prices of the rooms while this is going on. If I'm going to pay $160 per night, I expect near perfection.

It would be nice if the Hilton Web Site would Indicate if a hotel you are considering is being renovated and/or updated. Thought the hotel was undergoing renovation, my room was very clean and with more electrical outlets and accessible outlets than a geek would ever find in any other hotel. I could plug in and charge all my devices without having to push furniture out of the way or use my extension cord. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would go back there without a doubt. You should go there.

Hotel is being remodeled. That doesn't help this review. Drywall dust and cardboard on the elevator floors. Floors incomplete etc. Some things have been passed up during the renovation. Not sure if they plan to come and replace things like hotel rom doors etc. Hamptons breakfast used to be a step above Holiday Inn. I travel a lot, and the quality and variety of breakfast they serve made the difference in my decision to choose them. Their breakfasts have become just as blah and unappealing as Ho... Read more

Out of the many options around the city, I chose this Hampton for a few reasons: 1. it's very close to the airport and many of the city's main attractions, 2.complimentary shuttle to and from airport, 3. complimentary breakfast, and 4. it's part of the Hilton family. On the website I read that they we... Read more

This was a family trip to Nashville to look at Vanderbilt University and do some sightseeing. Hotel is near airport and convenient to car rental and highways. Staff was very helpful and delivered extra towels immediately. The room was clean and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Breakfast offered a large selection and was very good.

This hotel is in the process of renovation, however, none of the work affected my stay. My room was one of the best hotel rooms I've been in. Very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel. Very clean room and professional staff. Would highly recommend. Visiting for a football game and the shuttle service is very helpful. We will stay here again the next time we visit Nashville.

I have stayed in many Hampton Inns before but this one had been recently updated with colorful, fun furnishings in room and lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially D.C.working evening check in. Very close to the airport.

It is like coming home. The team is very welcoming and accommodating. Each time I stay at this location (I am a road warrior) I am greeted with a huge smile and a warm hello. The front desk always places a follow up call within a half hour to ensure everything has met my expectations.
