Hotel under construction. Messes and noise. Rooms noisier than usual because of remodeling. Noise on floor above during night kept us awake. Limited parking because of construction. Could not find a parking on Friday night because of construction.

I stayed here for a business trip and wasn't sure if I needed to stay 1, 2, or 3 nights. I dealt with a different front desk person each night when extending my stay. 3 out of 3 people that I dealt with were amongst the most friendly and accommodating representatives I have ever met. I was so impressed with the quality of the staff that I didn't even notice the property was undergoing renovations.

This Hampton location was a great place to stay while on a business trip. There was construction going on; however, the staff and accomodations made up for it. Checking in via the web was fantastic and I was able to choose the room I wanted. I knew my room number upon arriving at the hotel. Also, my key was waiting at the front desk.

Despite ongoing construction of upgrades, a very pleasant experience! Centrally located for everything that Nashville has to offer, both recreation and for business. Price was right in line with all others in the area.

In town to visit our daughter. Picked this hotel because it was close to her. Turns out, close to all sorts of things!! If weather had been better, would loved to have used the beautiful pool! Great job staff!!

I was coming to visit friends and cousins and this hotel was recommended. My room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with stuff for it to be a 2 star hotel. $169 a night was pricy, I feel that. $90 a night would have been realistic as the hotel did not have a restaurant . Construction drills were annoying. Lynn was great and even let me check out at a later time because of transportation delays.

I was in Nashville for a wedding. The staff was very nice and gave local restaurant suggestions during the complimentary shuttle ride from the airport. Even though the hotel is being renovated, the lobby and elevator and rooms were very clean. I liked this hotel a lot.

My wife and I traveled to Nashville to meet friends of ours visiting Nashville from NM. We had a great time and the hotel service was great. Wonderful staff, rooms were clean, and the hotel was located in a convenient location for us to get to the city and surrounding area to visit the sights. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn Nashville Airport.

Very friendly staff! The hotel was going through renovation when we stayed which made for a bit of bad parking, smells, and mess, but the staff was wonderful. The rooms were still just as clean as ever (we always stay here when going to the airport the next day). It would have been nice to know when making the reservation over the phone that there were renovations being done so we could decide if wanted to stay here, but it was on the website which we never checked. There was a lot of noise all night long making it impossible to sleep. The staff was not well trained in customer service and did not seem to care if we were taken care of or not. The hotel was in the midst of a remodel with stuff everywhere. I did not eat breakfast, I don't know how they could keep the food clean. I will not go back. I only stayed because of the location to the airport, but will pick another hotel next time.

Hotel was in the midst of a remodel during our visit but there was no excuse for the following issues: 1. The exterior door to the pool area was not secured (normally would require room key for entry). This would allow anyone to enter the building. Stayed one night on our way to the Keys (riding the Harley). We had checked the place out online and knew what to expect but it was a convenient location for us. The front desk was not very friendly and actually wanted my AAA card before giving me the discount. I am a hilton honors and AAA holder. I don't carry my card but could pull it up on line. I stayed one night at this hotel on my way out of Nashville. It was very close to the airport. There was a lot of construction and it is in a noisy location. The room I was in has been recently refurbished and was nice, except for the poor shower design. We have stayed here before and watched the renovation move forward. The new entrance is in place and the breakfast room is ready. We got to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms and we were so impressed! Nice new design, comfortable bed, a great shower design and a fun chair to relax in. Everyone is so nice and we will return!

We stayed there while it was still under construction but the awesome staff made up for the mess! As always, the Hilton brand met our expectations but I absolutely loved the young, courteous staff that served us!!

The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and accommodating, breakfast was hot and there were many options and transportation to and from the airport was quick and easily accessible through the hotel staff. I recommend staying here when traveling.

This hotel is under renovation so it's hard to give an accurate review. Lots of construction going on. Our room was pretty clean though. We had a bathroom light that did not work most of the time, but maybe that's apart of the reno. Staff was nice. Just thought if you're going to have that much construction going on then you need to reduce the prices of the rooms while this is going on. If I'm going to pay $160 per night, I expect near perfection.

Cheaper than most everybody, great staff, elegant surroundings next door to a store, right in the middle of everything in Nashville without being right in the middle of traffic and above all they have hypoallergenic pillows or feather, just ask.

Lot of construction noise , thought we would get a nap in before going downtown but tgat didn't happen. We were going to stay a second night but think we will find another place for sunday. Parking lot is a mess and hard to find a spot to park. Room is clean and staff so far has been very friendly. Will be a good place to stay when renovation is done but till then check other options.

We arrived mid afternoon and checked in with no problem. There was a lot of remodeling going on but wasn't really a big deal. I think the young lady behind the counter said the gym was closed but we did really care about that so it was no bid deal. In the lobby was a large container of Lemonade and cucumber water. My mother-in-law's family, the Hannahs had their annual family reunion on July 15-17, 2016 in Nashville, TN. The hotel that was selected to accommodate the family was Hampton Inn and Suites/Airport. The hotel is currently doing some renovating. This means that some parts are not available, but it also means that parking is tight. We checked in late and were met by extremely helpful, cheerful people. The cookies and breakfast were great! The room was very nice and comfortable. We will stay here again especially since the place should only get better.

Staff is friendly and room is clean. Construction was happening until 9pm and so it was noisy until then. Spigot leaked all night. Air conditioner rattled. Would stay here again but nothing majorly bad and nothing exceptionally great either.

The people who work at this Hampton Inn reached out to be sure we were happy with our stay even though they were under renovation construction. They made certain that we were delivered to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight, in a comfortable van and picked us up promptly when we returned. The front desk greeted us with friendly smiles and the breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. I would definitely return in the future.

They're in the middle of a remodel, but they are very considerate and make sure the work doesn't impede. I got one of the rooms that hadn't been remodeled, but it was still very nice. Right on par with other Hampton Inn's I've been to. My room smelled great, like fresh clean laundry. As a Hilton Honors member I typically stay at Hamptons when I travel for business. It would be nice if the Hilton Web Site would Indicate if a hotel you are considering is being renovated and/or updated. This particular hotel is undergoing renovation and storage containers line the front and sides of the hotel limiting parking. The staff was very kind and apologetic. The interior has a wide variety of equipment laying around and construction taking place.

This was a rare example of an inferior Hampton Inn. The typical high standards of Hamptons are missing from this hotel. Walls offer poorly executed patches, missing drywall with visible electrical wires and no refrigerator in our room. Our $160/night should have cost $75/night. Stay elsewhere in Nashville.

Arrived on 2 July and was met by a gentleman named Mike. Big Mike is a wonderful individual who treats his customers as tho they were his own relatives. Lynn was very nice and treated us very well. the shuttle was truly on demand. When we went to the airport at 3:30 in the morning it was waiting for us. The beds in the newly renovated room ws very comfortable and the design of the lobby was very nice.

Great staff. Amy was very professional and friendly. Renovated rooms are awesome. New showers are roomy and are very easy to get in and out. No bathtub to climb in and out. Modern look is great. Loved the convenience of checking in and choosing my room earlier in the day.

I booked here not realizing they were renovating but this place went out of their way to accommodate me. They took me to local restaurants and to the gym twice (as theirs was closed during construction) on their shuttle every time right away. The Staff all had great attitudes !

This is a nice, clean, friendly staff hotel, which is highly convenient to the airport. Love that they will allow you to leave your car in their parking lot FREE of charge for a few days while out of town....saves from using the paid airport parking.

The hotel is very close to the airport and there are many restaurants (Panera Bread, Subway among others) with in 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are remodeled, spacious and have nice amenities. The bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast is standard Hampton Inn. The staff are very cordial and very helpful. There is a airport shuttle service. Will stay again.

We had just had a beautiful wedding and had just a few hours before our flight. Everything was a whirlwind of joy. Girlfriends from West and East Tennessee meet every year to overnight before our annual beach trip. We have been overnighting this hotel for four years and we will definitely continue our tradition. This hotel is undergoing a major renovation and guests are paying the price. There is a severe shortage of parking and now alternate parking area due to all the shipping containers in the lot. The hotel was under renovation when we visited so we ran into some inconveniences such as no water for a period of time. But the renovated rooms were very nice and the breakfasts are very good. I just wouldn't stay in a hotel doing renovations again.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The rooms don't seem to be affected by this. Just entry, elevators and parking lot. It's the outside of the entry that is a construction zone. The interior is fine.

Coming in to this hotel was like being met by old friends. The three ladies at the front desk introduced themselves, got me set up with key, and joked around with me the whole time. I was glad to be there. The hotel is undergoing a full renovation and I had one of the newly appointed rooms which I found quite comfortable. The best part was the walk in shower so no stepping in to a narrow tub. This is now my go to place when needing an airport stay in Nashville.

First the good. Clean bathroom, tidy room and comfy bed. Professional & courteous staff. Tiniest Hampton room ever. Claustrophobic. Two queens and a desk chair that hit the edge of the bed if you rolled back a foot. There was not a door dedicated to closing the bathroom. You can tell that this hotel is trying hard to look/be nice after its renovation, but I'm concerned that they're trying to cut corners and are overlooking too many details. Most of the hotel was renovated but there was still some construction, which I expected, but I didn't expect the construction noise from the second floor to be heard in my room on floor 7 during the day. It made it hard to take a nap. There were also multiple stink bugs that mde their way into the room that to had to kill. Otherwise it was a good stay, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Airport is a very nice hotel, in an excellent location; it's conveniently located to the expressway. The hotel is managed exceptionally well, and the entire staff has excellent customer service. The general manager is very personable and hand-on.

Up to par with other Hampton Inn's, but under construction and would avoid until construction is completed sometime next year. Drills and jackhammers early in the morning made it impossible to sleep in. Breakfast is OK, but the cheese omelets are not made fresh, instead from frozen.

The hotel was under renovation near the lobby and elevators but we were not bothered at all. The staff was great! We were greeted very warmly and thanked for being Hilton Honors Members. The room was very clean. We stayed here because of the location. It was very convenient to get off of the interstate and not be but 12 miles from Nashville. Will definitely stay here again.

As a frequent guest at this hotel, I should have been told that re-modeling was taking place. I had no working phone in my room and the desk clerk made no intention that we get one. The shower is configured that one has to go into the shower in order to turn it on, therefore encountering cold water prior to setting the warmth desired of the warer.

King suite was very spacious with 2 separate rooms -a bedroom and a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. The hotel is being renovated in a European style decor which is modern with lots of chrome. Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety.
