On the plus side, Lovely hotel. One Awesome breakfast buffet and happy hour daily. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfy. It's convenient to Vanderbilt Hospital and downtown. On the down side, The shuttle service is lacking and not very dependable which was very disappointing since that's why we choose this place. The parking garage is a horror to get in and park. About the worst one I've ever been in so I suggest the valet.

The staff is extremely friendly, everyone is Nashville is super friendly, coming from big cities we were so happy to encounter such hospitality. The rooms were nice with living rooms separate from the bedrooms; we had no negative issues. We had to call a couple of times for linens for the fold out couch but they eventually came with an apology. The restaurant was great (I reviewed it separately - Five Odd Fellows); cocktail hour in the lobby daily includes free wine and snacks. The lobby is a ... Read more

This hotel offered a fantastic brunch and 4-6 pm snack with a glass of wine!! The location is perfect on Broadway and provides transportation to the heart of the "Broadway District." The staff displayed Southern hospitality at its best. We were six "sisters" and none of us could find a thing to criticize at this hotel. We will go back.

I booked a room due to a family members stay at Vanderbilt Medical Center. I paid $325 per night. Very shortly after entering the room, blaring music began outside my suite. I contacted the front desk and asked when the music would stop; she replied oh about 2:00 AM. I asked how in good conscience they could expect people to unknowingly pay $325 with this kind of loud noise? Her response was yes they have complaints but their hands were tied due to city ordinances and this bar affects all hote... Read more

This Embassy Suites is the perfect place to stay while in Nashville. Clean, accommodating, and centrally located. Loved being within walking distance. After a long day, the free happy hour and snacks were refreshing. The valet service was x Ellen's as well. I didn't use it, but the hotel has a shuttle, too.

The cost per night was much lower than similar hotels located right downtown They offer a shuttle that will take you downtown, you just need to schedule it with them. The Embassy was a great choice when the conference hotels closer to the Music City Center were full or asking 600 per night. Great suites, awesome breakfast and a free shuttle. I'd do it again. Just remember the bar next door likes to rock (it's Nashville) so bring some white noise if you are there on a party night.

We needed a suite for our family while visiting Nashville, so we chose this hotel because of its location and value. They offer a happy hour snack buffet and free drinks for guests, as well a terrific complimentary breakfast, offering eggs cooked to order in addition to an expansive buffet. The free shuttle is also a convenient amenity, especially if you are not able or don't want to walk the distance to downtown. We experienced nothing but friendly and courteous service during our stay.

Many problems in this very dated hotel. Poor service from staff and lack of concern for public safety. Shuttle service is aweful...Very overpriced for the cleanliness and service we rec'd. Staff was rude. Breakfast was not what it explained on the internet and weekends not enough help and long lines for breakfast.

1st time at this location. You can't go wrong with an Embassy Suite! Great staff. Not far from Broadway street. The Uber ride was incredibly cheap to and from downtown and only about 10 minutes. Our daughter wanted to celebrate her 21st birthday in the great music environment of Nashville. The hotel was clean, well kept, all the staff were friendly, even the lady manning the desk late at night. We participated in the complimentary happy hours and breakfasts each day, again, very nice staff. This is a great place to stay just about a short mile from all the action. We walked each night straight down Broadway and back, felt safe, no problems.

The hotel is in the heart of midtown. Within minutes of walking to great restaurants and bars. So there is plenty to do. plus downtown is a $10 cab ride away. With that said hotel is odd looking. The bathrooms were not very clean and the queen size beds looked more like full. It's a bit over priced (2 night stay ran me $575) for the quality. Lastly, the free made to order breakfast is the equivalent of a greasy spoon diner - except the hotel food could get you sick.

Totally loved this hotel. The inside of the hotel was beautiful! The rooms were amazing and extremely spacious. I could not fault the hotel. However, the only downside is the distance from Broadway is slightly too long. There was one staff member at breakfast who made our experience excellent. Her name was Theresa and she is credit to the hotel!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Nashville.

The name of the hotel says it all: Suites. I don't know about other places but there I had enough room for myself during my stay there. Spacious room, complementary coffee/tea and very good quality internet in terms of speed and ease to sign up. The restaurant too is good and they serve delicious pasta. :)

The room was nice and clean, pretty standard for ES. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. They switched lock systems while we were there and we had to get our key card replaced 3 times which was a little frustrating. The meeting facility was small, cramped, and hot. They tried for two days to get the AC working and from what I could tell it never did work correctly. There is no swimming pool and they do not provide a shuttle to the airport. We stayed three nights at the Embassy Suites during our first ever trip to Nashville. We started each day with a delicious, freshly prepared as ordered omelet. We used the convenient hotel shuttle each day to catch a ride to the downtown area (being dropped off where we requested), then we rode the shuttle back to the hotel. Special kudos to the omelet chef and to the valet department for the great service!

Although we use Hilton hotels a lot, we have never stayed in an Embassy Suites. Hilton Honours members so we checked in on-line and close a room on the 11th floor. After a horrendous drive through traffic we arrived at our appointed time. Our room was not available and the assigned floor had been changed to 6 - get your act together! This makes a mockery of the check in system and the understaffed reception really didn't care. The room was very nice and large but a bit noisy in the sitting area ... Read more
