Hotel was very nice, room very spacious. Front desk staff very accommodating. The gentleman driving the shuttle to the airport was not friendly and extremely rude to another guest, and continued talking about her as she exited the vehicle. Was very convenient to leave our car at the hotel for the week we were away.

I've stayed in this specific hotel several times and though my previous stay prior to my last stay was not the best, due to the hotel being renovated, this last stay was the best yet. The staff is consistently great and the renovation turned out great. I look forward to my next stay in the months to come.

Tonight, we got off of a long flight from the west coast and headed to our hotel. The manager on duty, Wesley, looked at us very strangely upon check-in. He then told us that there were no rooms available. Mind you, someone else just got done checking in. He told us that he would have to call around and book a room. When we did get our new hotel, there was no offer to help with bags or even an apology. I stay at Hilton's for work almost exclusively and my honors number was attached to my... Read more

Hotel and rooms are very clean. Their breakfast is awesome so is Chef Jeff. Cheff Jeff will make your morning very smooth. Also this hotel have a 2-hour complimentary evening reception that is exceptional. They provide drinks and snacks. The hotel restaurant have a good variety. Overall I was impress with this hotel and would use again even if have to drive a little bit. For this visit I drove 1 mile from the hotel to my convention.

Stayed here for a couple of days in June. It's between a 3 and 4 to me for the following reasons: Pros: - convenient, safe location - friendly staff - clean - quiet Cons: - the bathroom in our room had no countertop space at all, no hook for a robe, and the only towel rack was in the shower - really bad design - with the air on, the room was like a meat locker no matter the temp setting - mattress was worn out with a hole in the middle - curtain on outside window wouldn't close all the way, so... Although the bed was decently comfortable, the poor sound insulation was terrible. We could hear someone urinating, people talking, babies crying, not to mention the kids running up and down the halls knocking on the doors as a prank. The bathroom in our room (326) had mold too. Definitely not a good experience.

I have spent many vacations to see my family and almost always spent my nights at this hotel. I am an HH member so Hilton has always been my favorite. Now for this last reservation I made for 3 nights, several days before our trip we had a death in our family and I had to call and cancel our reservation. We received a cancellation number and we never thought about it again. On that Sunday morning (would have been the day we would have checked out) I received an email, stating our bill had been ... The hotel went under huge renovation last year but they forgot to upgrade the mattresses and pillows. I avoided the embassy for a good year after experiencing a horrible stay during renovations. I ventured back hoping everything was upgraded. Unfortunately not..Some of th worst pillows I've ever had in a hotel. The room was fine - seemed a little dated. The breakfast and food was nice. Had a bad night sleep due to bedding.

Pros: Love the free evening reception which includes free ALCHOHAL and snacks for 2 hours. All suites are two room which allowed for adequate comfort and privacy. Also free made to order breakfast a definite plus. Close to airport and downtown fun. Cons: Be wary of on-site shuttle services as they attempted to rip me off. Restaurant and room service food and service lacking. " Gift shop" should be called snack shop as it is tiny with over priced snacks and very limited souvenirs.

Good service and staff experience as well as the food. I ate breakfast and dinner there. Both were good. I would recommend this location as tourist destination as well due to its proximity to the airport and tourist locations.

Stayed on 7th floor on an end. Quiet and wonderful stay. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Enjoyed the complimentary evening drinks and snacks before heading out to downtown. Took the downtown bus twice during our stay and felt like $10 round trip was a fare price as it drops you off near the Ryman. Breakfast omelette chef was friendly and did a fabulous job! Will love to stay there again! Love the free parking! Would have stayed another night but it was sold out.

Apparently check in time is from 16:00 and I arrived at 16:10 to find a massive queue of people waiting at the desk, I went to the bar and had a beer until the queue died down. Nice room but no view (228) a little dated perhaps but clean and comfy. The coffee/milk replenishment was haphazard and the maid had a habit of leaving all the lights on, glad I'm not picking up the electric bill. Breakfast was good with a plentiful choice. I like staying in Embassy Suites because of the amenities like internet, breakfast and managers reception. The hotel itself was hard to find, as there was not a direct entrance off of the highway. Just want to point out attention to detail goes a long way with room cleanliness and making sure repairs (tub not draining, light bulb by night stand out)are taken care of during inspection. Overall, hotel is nicely renovated and will return upon my next visit.

I have stayed at this hotel on other occasions, with no problems. This time when we stayed on Saturday it was a little different. They have 4 elevators and only 3 worked and sometime it was only 2. They had a full house with a convention and family reunions so the wait was a lot longer especially when you are on the 7th floor. I was given a room at first that was not cleaned so I went back to the front desk and was given another room and the a/c was not working properly. The next room was the o... Read more

The family needed a break from all day of driving. Usually on these trips we're lucky to find pet friendly hotels with reasonable rates but not the most luxurious hotels. I was so pleased to find this Embassy Suites hotel along our route and pet friendly. We enjoyed the Manager Reception, the restaurant and the pool and then had an awesome night sleep. The breakfast was also excellent. We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again next time we're in the Nashville area.

We had a block of rooms for a family wedding and the setting was great. The staff were all friendly and the appeared to enjoy their jobs. There was a problem with the elevators. 1 of the 4 elevators was out of service the entire weekend and a second elevator went down at some point on Saturday. That left 2 of 4 working and the wait time for those two elevators was comical. See photos; not sure what else needs to be said: 1. There were gross nasty pubs everywhere. 2. The housekeeping staff doesn't change the sheets out every night 3. They are obviously careless; you can see I was left with all decaf coffee. 4. The sink was plugged up (not a drain cap issue, see additional photo) 5. You can't even get bottled water sent up to the room...the front desk said there's no one to bring it up But hey, I guess we all know what we're up against when you book a crappy hotel... Read more

Check in staff was very professional and friendly. We received an upgrade to the Governors Suite as we checked in which was an added bonus. We have been traveling around America for four months and chose this hotel to save on the downtown parking fees. Our room was comfortable and roomy. It has a very large dining table/conference table in the main room but the rest of the room appears to be similar to other suites we have stayed in. Two issues I would like to discuss: The "open bar" at th... Read more

I came here on business twice about a month apart and each time was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and nice. The staff is warm and inviting. Then there's the complementary free drink "happy hour" in the evenings that really rounds out my stays. I didn't take advantage of the pool or fitness room as this hotel always seems to be crowded. The morning buffet with made to order omelets is fantastic! The first time I was there, one of the 4 elevators was out and that's a problem due to the ... Read more

We stayed for three nights and could not find a staff member willing to check packaging for Gluten Free food or use a clean skillet to cook breakfast. Being gluten free is not a choice, it is a matter of life and death. They also switch the building over to heat from air conditioning and we could not get our room cooled down. We have experienced that the temp issue elsewhere and just left the front door open.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Premium suite was a great value. Room service and breakfast were very good. Our kids enjoyed the pool! I was impressed with the free snacks in our room as well. Plenty room for the 5 of us.

My wife, two teenage daughters and my Father-in-law stayed here on October 25th on our way to Georgia. I have always had good luck with Embassy Suites so I had no hesitation booking a room here knowing it could easily accommodate 5 people. Upon our arrival, check in was smooth and the desk clerk very polite. Upon entering our room, cleanliness was not as expected. Someone had even used the toilet without flushing. I know, I know, flushing a toilet is not a difficult task, but it is just the... Read more

Convenient location for business travelers in the adjacent business park to the Nashville airport. The complimentary evening reception and breakfast are great values. Ample space for business in the suite.

Great hotel, great atmosphere. Great for pleasure or business travel. The only downside is that furniture and décor needs an upgrade, but cleanliness and hospitality is excellent. Also this must be booked by credit/debit card and not by cash. My coworker was not informed that she needed to bring a credit or debit card and had to find alternative accommodations.

Stayed one night for a cheer competition. Our whole gym stayed here. The hotel did a wonderful job accommodating so many for happy hour and breakfast and also setting a "curfew" for all the cheerleaders to calm down. The complimentary drinks and snack reception and breakfast was good. My daughter loved the snacks and drinks that came in the premium room. They also quickly took care of removing the down pillows in our room and replacing with foam.

The hotel is nicely appointed upon entering, staff is courteous and very efficient upon check-in. This review isn't about the staff, but about the management of the hotel. There wasn't any way possible for the staff to maintain the fully booked hotel. The rooms need to be updated, housekeeping keeps the rooms clean and tidy. But their bed making skills were sloppy. A small issue, but a crisp looking bed goes a long way in my book. Breakfast each of the 3 days was a disaster. There wasn't enou... Read more

This property has great potential but right now I would not suggest it. Though they claim to have gone through a full renovation. The wallpaper in my bathroom is peeling off and other things did not have attention to detail or quality involved. The rooms are clean enough but there is some work to be done at this property. For some reason the side door was locked off, the front sliding glass doors are blocked off with the exception of one. I'm sure the fire marshal would have a field day with vio... Read more

We choose this place because of the value for money. The evening cocktails and cooked breakfast make it a very pleasurable experience. However, we had a problem with the plumbing re toilet. The cistern kept filling up and making the strangest sound. We complained and the lady at the desk very kindly gave us another room.

My husband and i booked this hotel as is close to family in the area. It got good reviews and had an indoor pool in addition to a good room rate. We enjoyed our stay but would have liked to have a little more sound proofing. We were on a higher floor and heard every screaming or yelling kid in the lobby. Breakfast was delicious though could have been much better organized. We stayed Thursday and Friday nights and on a holiday Friday, they didn't accommodate the extended guest numbers and expe... We ALWAYS stay at Embassy Suites when taking a family vacation. The hotel is beautiful, family oriented but not uncomfortable for adults traveling without children, and the breakfast is AMAZING! I always feel as if I am getting a great value for my money.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Nashville. Excellent facility. The lobby and food service area is clean and is open and able to handle large groups easily. The rooms are exceptionally clean and was well maintained during our stay. Guest services works with the clientele to accommodate any request. The breakfast and manager's nightly reception was generous and the food was delicious with many offerings. We highly recommend the Embassy Suites in Nashville - Airport.

In a large city like Nashville there are many choices for hotels. We stay with Hilton properties all the time. This hotel is near the airport, but not so close that it's noisy. It's in an area with many office complexes, so at night it's pretty quiet. We only heard a few airplanes during the day. The only problem we had was with a lumpy mattress, calling to complain we were only offered extra blankets to add as padding. Never did get comfortable, woke up every day with a back ache

This Embassy Suites was exactly as I expected, great breakfast with omelet station, managers reception and even the restaurant bar area was nice. We used a conference room and it was stock d with water and drinks. The room was nice. Beds seemed oddly lower to the ground for a non-handicapped room. Overall great place to stay.
