Very nice DoubleTree by Hilton. Very centrally located. The hotel has a valet parking service. I'm n the morning it can take up to 15min to get your car. That's a bit annoying. Otherwise very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, big and clean rooms. Definitely a good location to spend a good time in Downtown Nashville!

We visited Nashville from the U.K again this year after staying in May 2015. We choose the DoubleTree as it was closer to downtown than where we were before.Hotel was great, staff were all pleasant and really helpful. The location was ideal for visiting Broadway bars and other attractions as they were just a nice walk away.We loved our stay. Thanks everyone.

Although only spending one night here, the staff were amazing! Handing out fresh baked chocolate cookies! Not once, but twice! Yummy! The room was great, location was perfect for walking to see the downtown sights. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when next visiting Nashville.

We just checked into this property today. We were supposed to stay at the Embassy Suites by the airport for our first night before heading downtown Nashville. It was very late when we got here and frankly, I was a little annoyed at the lackluster service at the last Hilton property. Adrian absolutely turned it all around, with assistance by Stephanie. They were warm, welcoming, and cordial. In addition, they helped us rearrange our reservation (from the Embassy Suites Vanderbilt) so that we... Read more

The moment we arrived we were greeted by an angel, the sweet, delightful Elizabeth. She made such a strong first impression that I'm still thinking about her smile! Due to our early flight we arrived at 8am expecting to store our baggage until afternoon check-in, but our room was available! The room was larger than expected. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very strong. We noticed our refrigerator was missing but a very helpful engineering empl... Read more

So, decide to take a quick trip to Nashville--never been before. Hotels are very expensive but I finally find a reasonably priced deal ($209/night) here at the Double Tree. So not worth it. They really don't care about individuals--this place caters to conventions and weddings, etc. One little couple--they could care less. The concierge was not even able to tell me how long it would take me to drive to the Grand Ole Opry! Had an incident at 4:15 am with a loud group of guys hollering outsi... Read more

We waited about 5 minutes to check in as it was quite busy and finally got up to our room. The rooms were a decent size and just perfect for what we needed. the hotel was situated a 5 minute walk from Broadway which was great, the Ryman was just down the street and then a little further was the country music hall of fame so we never needed to use the car much. Hotel is within walking distance to everything downtown. Hotel is clean, just dated. Stayed in the Doubletree in Lexington KY. and that's the benchmark I compare back too. I'm just amazed at the difference in the properties. And the Kentucky location was half the price. At this location, you pay, 30 plus, for valet parking, or go across the street and pay 20. I would think that hotel parking would be included. So get ready for 250.00 to turn into almost 300.00 when taxes, and fee's are added, th... Read more

It is a short walk down to all the fun. Uphill on the way home can be a little tough. It is on the same street as the Ryman Auditorium. You walk right by it

This hotel is exactly where you want to be for downtown action. We chose valet parking for convenience. Pricey at $30 put in and out privileges unlike the public parking across the street. Plus valets are very friendly and efficient. Used the shuttle to get to and from the Sounds baseball game. The driver (wish I had gotten his name) was so friendly and helpful, he's a gem for sure. Shuttle service only runs til 11 though, so make alternate plans if you want to be out later than that. I really wanted to like this hotel when in town for business. The people were wonderful and friendly. However, some basics slipped through the cracks. The Internet implementation is terrible and confusing. The room was not made up on several days (admittedly I had the privacy sign up for most of one of these). Lights didn't work and sliding doors didn't. They need better quality control.

It is a great location for seeing Nashville without a car, and the price was reasonable compared to surrounding downtown hotels. On the down side, our room was musty and not the cleanest room. Paint was peeling on the ceiling and we found random items (not ours) under the bed. Lots of dust on flat surfaces and the hard to reach parts of the carpet were in desperate need of vacuuming. I expected a much cleaner room giving the location and the price we paid. The only other thing that irked us was ... Read more

Normally I'm very happy with most hotels that I've stayed at in the Hilton group and dos expect to be equally happy with this stay, but unfortunately not. Loved the location and the easy check in process. On the negative side, the interconnecting door lock did not work. The folks in the adjoining room could have very easily gotten into our room. They sent up someone to fix it but it still did not meet our standards for a safe and secure room. The also neglected to include extra linens for the pull out bed. Another call to the front desk. Nice enough room, although they gave us an accessible room on a hotel that didn't seem very full. The bathroom was soaked after three people took showers. Walking distance to different parts of the city but parking was expensive and a nightmare. They do not tell you about the public lot until after you have used the valet. Stopped in for a quick stay in Nashville. As a Hilton award member staying at a Doubletree is second nature. Check in was great, food was pretty good and the room was nice and clean. The beds however need replacing in our room. HORRIBLE! I think the box springs were broken! Ruined my experience.

This hotel isn't far from anything and everything you'd want to see in Central Nashville. It took my about 10 minutes to get to the heart of downtown Nashville from here! Friendly staff, great food and fantastic and comfortable rooms, I don't think you'd go far wrong using this hotel if you stayed in Nashville!!

The room was nice, clean and comfy. Beds are so comfy! No fridge in the room. Customer service was very kind. There is a free shuttle that will take you within a 1 mile radius of the hotel--including MCC, Bridgestone Arena and the Stadium. You are walking distance to Broadway where all the bars and restaurants are. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby! There's a great little restaurant down there too if you cannot make it to a restaurant. Downfalls: farther walk than other hotels. Ladies, bring a... Read more

I was very pleased with the stay at the hotel. We arrived early and used the valet to check the car and bags. Very pleased. Everyone was very polite and the front desk was great at letting us know of things to do in the city. Great stay overall!

The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The location was also great, its only a few blocks away from Broadway which is where most of the nightlife is. However, the housekeeping was below par for a Hilton property. We were there for several nights and the first day the room was skipped over and we had to ask for service in the evening. The second day they serviced our room late in the afternoon but didn't empty the trash from the first day we were there, left stuff on the floor, ... Read more

We were in town for a conference and didn't plan on spending much time in our room.Upon check in the front desk asked if we wouldn't mind taking a room with 1 king instead of 2 queens. We agreed. Big mistake. The room's A/C never really worked properly. We left for a while, came back and had to call the front desk. The guy said it wasn't connected. It felt like it was working. Later came back and still not flowing well. Okay whatever. We are busy and moving on. We wanted to order room service.... Read more

We noticed streamers taped to the ceiling, but didn't think much of it. When we checked out, we looked under the beds to make sure we weren't forgetting items. We found a red solo cup, a ping pong ball & a nasty t-shirt. The hotel did comp us one night, but it made us question how clean other areas of the room were.

We checked in on Sunday but couldn't drive up to check in because they were power-washing this area. Had to park, drag our luggage around the blocked off area. Highly inconvenient for 2 days. Hotel needs renovating in a bad way. Old very worn carpeting. And the place needs a deep clean, especially that bathroom. Staff was kind and accommodating though so that made it a nicer stay but for the price I felt the hotel was very average. I did like that it was centrally located. Just don't have hig... Read more

Very nice spacious room, super comfy bed and luxurious bed linen. A big plus was its very convenient location just a couple of blocks from the Capitol and museum and park, and 4 blocks going downhill to downtown hub of Broadway (Ryman Auditorium, Arena, Music Hall, honky tonks on Broadway, etc). Concierge Andrew helped get us choice seats at the Grand Ole Opry and also made many suggestions for tours and attractions to visit. Loved the warm gourmet chocolate chip cookies offered each time we p... Read more

Excellent experience, great location for downtown business or recreation. Very nice rooms and amenities. Be aware that parking is valet only. We were in Nashville for a blues concert at the Ascend Amphitheater which is within walking distance. I asked the front desk for directions and the clerk said " no need for that sir. I will call a car and have them take you and pick you up" Took us right to the concert entrance. The staff exceeded expectations.

Well pleased overall. All of the hotel staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The parking was in the hotel, which was convenient and if you needed it, you called the valet and they brought it to the entrance and parked it for you upon your return. The daily fee was rather expensive approximately $35 per day excluding tips to valet. We used their shuttle service to take us to a restaurant and there are hop on hop off trolleys, rickshaws and other forms of transportation. Our rooms were c... Read more

Walking distance to the Honky tonky that is lower Broad. A reasonable option when town is packed and prices escalate. Clean and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. Did not try the on-site restaurant. Valet parking expensive @$35 q day. Parking garages are nearby. Friendly staff.

We stayed here for four nights and found it a very good experience. Staff were very helpful, especially reception, and also Pree and Ray from housekeeping on floor 3. Our coffee machine wouldn't work so they sent someone up immediately to check it out and it was replaced straight away. They also made sure we had a good supply of tea and coffee as we often find that a triple occupancy room generally runs short. The room was spacious, light and airy with a decent supply of fluffy towels. Shower w... Read more

The accommodations for the conference were excellent, catering was excellent, and set-up for the conference was excellent. However, the lodging accommodations were poor at best. I received an email from HHonors regarding an upgrade on my room and decided to take that offer. I completed the email upgrade and then called to confirm the upgrade before I arrived in order to receive the room I wanted (King Jr. Suite). After 4 phone calls I was told that I could not upgrade until I arrived. Upon ... Read more
