The room was extremely clean but we asked the desk man to check tv in bedroom because it would not come on. He only claimed to change batteries and tv still did not work. We looked at other tv. This was an inconvenience because we couldn't look at tv in bed.

Used to go to the airport at 4am, exactly what we needed. Free cookies on check in and complimentary water and Internet upgrade through our Hilton Honors card made things just a little better. Would stay here again if flying out of Nashville at an odd time.

Traveling with family I was looking for adjoining rooms so my children would not be separated from us. Unfortunately, the best they said they could do was across the hallway. While this hotel had slightly better rates than others in the area, I can see why after staying there. The rooms are in much need of updating. Wished that I had stayed at a lower tier hotel, but with more modern amenities. Suites were simply too Expensive for what we got. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan or outlet. rust on the metal fixtures says it all. Sofa bed was of poor quality as well - felt like it was cheap and hollow for the most part. No free breakfast. Will not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

My girlfriend meet me at the hotel after my trip away for a couple days. We had a wonderful stay. She forgot her toiletries/feminine things and the front desk had what she needed. IT was a great place to re-connect after a separation. Clean, nice rooms and great staff. And as Gold I was treated just right! Thanks

Gave me an occupied room and walked in on someone--dangerous and scary! Given breakfast vouchers for the mix up after I had just told them we were departing before breakfast started. Hair in shower and bathroom floor along with a large wolf spider. Parking not convenient to entrance and in a secluded wooded area--did not feel safe with it just being me and my teenage daughter.

Nice hotel, undergoing some renovations, but our room was clean and comfortable. We heard no noise from these renovations and would not even have known they were going on if not for the display and apology in the lobby. Breakfast was good but if you can get it as a package with your room I would recommend that. I understand this hotel offers a stay, park, and fly option too and I am sure we will use that next time we fly out of Nashville on vacation.

I stayed overnight before taking a flight out of town very early in the morning. I confirmed the 24-hour airport shuttle. The welcome staff with the cookie and water was a nice touch. My room was wonderful with a very comfortable bed. The overnight staff was sorely lacking, though, and left me waiting nearly an hour to even find a human to ask about the alleged "every 30 minute" airport shuttle. Hotel was not clean and very outdated. Staff was nice. Very limited handicap parking and not close to the entrance. Needs major renovations and should not be considered a 3 star hotel, especially for the price.

Staying here for the 10th time (yes, it's not luxury, but has always been nice), this time using hhonors points, and what a disappointment. Undergoing renovations, understandable, long overdue, but no forewarning and no break in price/point value. Got back to the room tonight at 10:35, called room service (menu says service until 11:00) and told room service was closed for the night. The bar is closed. It's Saturday night for crying out loud! Don't expect to be here again anytime soon.

Bad/old mattress. Dated room. Awkward entrance and parking because of lobby construction. No effort to compensatie a guest for the mess. No effort when I made the reservation to alert me the renovation was underway. A free breakfast-something/anything would have been a wise move Expensive considering the inconvenience.

Who remodels in summer during busiest time of year? Place is disaster.. Indoor pool area now restaurant & not very comfortable, floor not level. Wanted 2 double beds stuck with King bed. Pillows & bed & blanket comfortable. Elevator not working properly. Staff friendly. Very overpriced for current condition of hotel. We had no clue that hotel would be torn up when we got there. Front entrance closed and had workers hauling out demolished parts of the hotel while wearing protective face masks (to protect from hazardous dust??). I'm still unsure as to whether I should give this hotel 3 or 4 stars, as there were many pros and cons during our stay. It's close to the airport and a short Uber ride to downtown Nashville, but the property is a little disarray during its renovations and definitely in need of them. Should be completely closed for renovations. It's clear that the updates are long overdue but it's not realistic to run a hotel in the middle of major construction. Also: not sure why the lights in the parking lot didn't work--safety issue!

The hotel is being renovated. Front entrance is completely closed. Have to use a side entrance with a wooden check in front desk. Tub in bathroom was terrible. Very over priced given renovations. Ruined the brand for me. Did not get that clean, comfortable feeling the entire stay. Over priced.

I have previously stayed at this hotel due to the accommodations, proximity to the airport, and the shuttle service. I also like the fact that it is a park and fly hotel that allows you to leave your vehicle during a trip.

Very close to the airport! I would stay there again! Very accommodating to us as our flight was cancelled at 8 p.m. and we were able to scoot right over and catch a good night's sleep! It was slightly confusing entering as they are under construction, but I know when the construction is complete the hotel will be back to normal!

The room set up worked great for our family of 3. Our little one slept in the crib in the sitting area so my husband and I had the bedroom to ourselves. Needs an update - glad they are doing it. Very nervy to charge full rates while under renovation. Check in was great - Kimberlieka (think I got her name right) was personable and helpful. Wait until the renovations are complete to stay at this one of my favorite hotels. Right now it is a mess. The lobby area is a real downer. My room has had a makeover and was clean and fresh. The location to the airport is good. I have stayed here over the years 50 nights or more. When the renovations are completed I hope it will be back to Hilton standards.

The property is estimated to be under remodeling until October 2016. I was not amused & wished staff would have disclosed this when I called to make a reservation. I have stayed at this hotel several times (business) and always enjoyed my stay. They are undergoing a major renovation and it is not a pleasant place to be; no one answers the telephone, it's really awkward getting around, my window was unlocked on the ground floor and, worst of all.....there are creatures! Don't stay here. Bad customer service, under construction, priced high even though under construction. Had issues and when we brought it to managers attention, she basically acted like she didn't care. I am also a diamond member of Hilton rewards program which means I stay at Hilton properties a lot. Property is very tired. It's under renovations so no way to tell if final results will prove to make it a better experience. For now I would seek other Hilton properties. For the same prices they are asking you can get a much fresher hotel in the same area. I travel many nights for business and have seen examples of the good and the bad. This was a family visit to the area and we ended up moving after the first night to another hotel. Skip it for now.

This hotel was just beginning renovations during our stay. There wasn't much noise from the renovation except during the middle of the day, the fire alarms were set off twice. Overall, the hotel was fine but I would stay away until after the renovation. The pool area was not kept up each morning and there were limited towels. Our room had mold in the shower. Breakfast was decent.

Upon arrival I understood that the entrance had been moved to an alternate small side door. This was due to all the construction. My room air did not work and the floor was soaking wet in room 309. They should really close this place until they are finished with the renovation. There is no lobby, no amenities, most hallways are closed, exits not clearly marked, no "reasonable" breakfast place, cable wasn't working, weak wifi, no closet door on our newly renovated room, and much more. The people here are truly making a difference even with the constraints of the renovation. This hotel is under construction. The hotel has debris all over the property. The entrance and exits are no properly marked so it's a guess where to park to enter the hotel (other than the "front desk"). Hilton has made a choice the the short-term realization of income during renovation is worth the long-term damage to the brand. Don't stay here during the renovation.

I had no issues with this hotel. Great service, great food, very convenient location. The staff were exceptional. They are remodeling right now but no issues at all with that. I will be staying at this hotel again in late Sept. Can't wait to see how far they are with the remodel. Its going to look really good when they are done. The king suite is VERY NICE! Lots of room!

Hotel was underconstruction. Made for a noisy and inconvenient stay. Rooms were very high considering they were under construction and did not offer to reimburse for the inconvenience. Had the construction not been going on, the rates were reasonable.

I stayed at this property on 9/9/16. I arrived in the evening, after dark. The hotel parking lot is very poorly lit. The hotel is surrounded by a woodsy area and that makes the parking lot more shadowy, and gives it a more secluded (and less safe) feel. As a woman traveling alone, I was nervous. The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous. However, there is still alot of construction going on - until at least November 2016. No lobby, makeshift restaurant, etc. etc. Each guestroom is a nice sized suite with a small kitchenette. Very nice amenities and beautifully decorated.

Hotel is under MAJOR RECONSTRUCTION and should be closed until it is completed in late October. Exit doors remained open throughout the day. Workers are coming and going. Construction and renovation rendered this property unstayable. The "restaurant" was a rolling bar cart and beverages were served in plastic. The hotel was under major construction throughout (Sep 2016), making for a less than pleasant stay. The upgraded rooms are ok but still missing things like electrical outlets on the nightstand or a sink at the bar. The ice machines stopped working during our stay, so we had to go to the bar to get ice. The breakfast was ok but not anything special.

Staff not professional & our group was not told about remodel going on. The workers were using a power washer on the outside of the hotel at 7:30 AM on a Saturday when the hotel was practically full. Front desk staff lacked proper training. The free shuttle was nice, but it didn't make up for the lack of training in housekeeping & other staff. Over priced also. Go somewhere else.

I'm an HH member and when I booked online there was a small notice about renovations going on. Figured it wouldn't be too bad for one night. Wrong! Half the rooms on each floor are being renovated, everyplace smells like drywall dust, adhesives, and paint. As many have noted, this hotel is undergoing a major renovation. My room was newly renovated with a nice new shower and other updates. The water pressure was also good - which is a problem at some hotels in the area. The staff were very friendly and tried to help in any way they could. Have stayed at this hotel before and was very pleased both times; and plan on staying there again. Immaculate rooms and very comfy beds. Like the way the room can be divided so that family members can watch TV without disturbing those sleeping. Great location close to major highway but in quiet neighborhood. Very courteous staff. This hotel is a perfect stay for travelers to Nashville who want comfortable accommodations, easy access to the airport, free internet, a pool, and fitness center. I was in town for the Titans game and used points to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, as others mentioned, there was construction going on (which I wasn't aware of) and there was quite a mess. I took advance of the check-in via the HHonors app and stopped by the front desk to get an additional key. Though the hotel was undergoing renovations, it did not interfere or hinder our stay. Staff were efficient, courteous and very friendly. Only a short 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Room was spacious and very clean. Was able to check in early which was a plus.

Check in was quick and efficient. Hotel is under some pretty major renovation from the lobby to the eating area, paint up and down the hall. Rooms are large, need to be updated as well. AC in my room did not work, they did attempt to repair but had to order a part. Offered to change my room but I was only here for two nights. Overall, was a good place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were some of the better ones that I've had at a hotel. Loved the room setup as I am an early riser...allowed my wife to sleep in and I had a place to watch TV, drink coffee, etc...shower was great, ample hot water, and good water pressure. My girlfriend and I had a great experience at this hotel. They were undergoing some renovations however it was very clean and the staff was more than accommodating. The location was only 10 minutes from downtown Nashville which made the Uber rides fairly cheap. We will definitely be staying here again.

Room was great! Beds and pillows were my favorite part! If ordering breakfast room service, order was ahead of the time you want it. Wait is close to 2 hours. Had to ignore the renovations. No noise complaints from it, but the floor door was open over night due to it, ehh, kinda unsettling. Overall good experience.

This hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, slated to be complete by mid November. The staff was coping formidably, despite some makeshift situations in the bar and breakfast areas. Rooms are arranged around an outdoor pool, and a fitness room is available. My wife and I stayed at the Double Tree Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport from October 25 - October 28. We have stayed at many Hilton properties over the past 18 years. Outlets broken. Dirty carpet. Shower door would not close. Had to jam personal tube of shampoo in shower door track to close it. Then hold it closed while getting shampoo. Integrity suite doors would not shut.

If you've had to stay in or near Nashville recently, you'll notice that there is a hotel problem. Namely they're really overpriced and sold out. I've run into this issue when I've had to stay for business a couple of times this year, and I was glad I wasn't personally paying the bill. Renovation is not yet completed but it did not affect the quality of our stay. Our room/suite was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Bathroom vanity was large and separate from the room with the shower and toilet so it was easier for both of us to get ready at the same time. Bed and pillows were very comfortable; we got a good nights rest. Complimentary shuttle took less than 10 minutes to get to the airport Would definitely stay again.

I feel that the cost was too high to deal with all of the construction going on. My suggestion is to wait until all of the renovations are complete. The staff was helpful. Not much atmosphere as no bar/restaurant. It was messy, loud, and the food was not of good quality. Just a bit disappointed in overall experience. Hope it is better once renovations are completed.

This Doubletree hotel is consistently Hilton with all the amenities you would expect. This location is currently under construction with rennovations, and in the midst, they still provided a positive experience. Will definitely return!

We made reservations for two nights at this hotel for Nov 12 and 13. We made them through Trip Advisor and When we arrived to check in, they had no record at all of our reservation. We showed the confirmation email to the person at the desk. They were at a loss as to why we were not in their system. They said they were all filled up. No rooms for us. Hotel under renovation and construction work. Would choose not to stay there while this work is going on. There was a lot of noise, some services limited or none existant, like proper bar, lobby with furniture and places to congregate.

Stayed here during a visit to Nashville. Doubletree in downtown was booked, and this was a great backup option. Easy to get downtown, King suite was roomy and comfortable. As always the warm cookie was delicious. The hotel was under going some construction during our visit but didn't affect our stay in the least. The only minor inconvenience (for us) was the the indoor portion of the pool was closed but it didn't make much difference to us.

This hotel is very close to the airport and minutes away from most attractions if you have a car. The rooms have separate living rooms from the bedrooms. I give it an average rating because on my stay the hotel is undergoing a renovation. The pool was closed and the hotel has no hot tub/Jacuzzi. The rooms are clean, but need updating. There was little things wrong with the hotel such as the light on the elevator on the second floor going down button did not work, which made you unsure if it was working or not. There is no way of knowing where the ice machines are located in the hotel. The Ice Machine on the second floor did not work, which the front desk person did not even know existed. This property recently had a facelift. Very nice changes in lobby, as well as rooms. New bathrooms. New doors between sitting area and bedroom, new furniture. Very nice. Food quality is a bit lacking.

$12.95 per person for a subpar breakfast buffet... Slimy oatmeal, moldy blueberries, and hard waffles should NOT be standard breakfast buffet items. I was told the breakfast charge would be taken care of by the front desk but the charge still remains on my card. Needless to say, this experience put a damper on my stay!

Awesome hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel if you are every in the Nashville area. The room are very nice and plenty of room. It's close to major mall and downtown Nashville.

My stay was great! The rooms were nice and clean. The property was average. I requested a early check-in and it was granted. I am not sure about breakfast, I was not told anything pertaining to restaurants or room service. Will be back!
