I stayed for 2 days for a business trip. Construction was going on at the hotel. There was no parking, I was told to move my truck from a parking space by the construction company. Also killed 2 spiders in my room on my 2nd night... I wouldn't suggest this place to stay

Very convenient, short drive to Nashville attractions. Room was a little small but the bed was very comfortable and the room was amazingly quiet. I have never had to complain about a toilet but, it was some odd version of low flow, so low, you had to flush numerous times just to move paper and there was a plastic toilet seat that moved when you were on it. Shower was great, towels were plentiful. The carpet on our room was dirty as was evident by black footprints when you stepped in the showe... Read more

though we had no issues, I would not venture out after arrival. signs on the front doors say they lock at 10. They take copy of your license on check in. Signs state car will be towed if you park in the wrong spot. This place leaves all hotel room doors chocked open till people check in. Seems like a security issue to me. Room reeked of what I thought was turpentine but ending up being the bathroom door and the entrance door freshly painted and still tacky to the touch with oil based paint. T... Read more

Let me just start in relation to my review title. I asked a very basic question about the pet policy & didn't get a truthful answer~ taking time to call to confirm the policy deserves an accurate response! There are no designated rooms or floors for the pet guests which was not the answer I received during the phone call. If that means something to you I would suggest that you pass on this facility. The hotel itself is older & remodeled. It is a bit dated with the furnishings but basicall... Read more

This is a better than average pet friendly, older Comfort Inn except for the location near a complex freeway interchange. Our room was huge and easily accomodated all three of us. We didn't need the accessible bathroom but it was very spacious. There was no freeway noise that we can remember. The only downside is entrance and egress from the Inn. The Inn is about 50 yards from the freeway exit and it's a left turn into its parking lot from a five lane road if you were headed east on Interstate 4... Read more

Good hotel. All expected facilities. Comfy beds with lots of pillows. Clean pool area. Excellent breakfast (included in price). Just 10 minutes (max) drive to Nashville for the evening. Near a busy intersection but surprisingly little traffic noise.

The rooms are out dated, the internet is slow and the breakfast needs work. Parking is tight but right off the freeway. The eating spots are not far but with traffic, it will take a little time so take that for what's it worth.

We wanted to add another stop on our way to GA and we kept seeing signs for Nashville , so the Hubbs suggested we stop. This location I really enjoyed. It was right off the highway so if you want to hang by the pool, expect to hear the cars, but once I was out there I didnt even notice the sound after awhile. The front desk was fantastic, offered us cold waters and told us where to get good bbq in the area. It was such a relaxing stop. Will definitely stop back again when in the area.

Traveled to Nashville for a wedding but did not book in time to get wedding rates for downtown hotel. Very surprised by Nashville prices! Booked this with online rate and not sure what to expect. Coming from 24 west we took Briley Parkway around town (as usual) and found we did not have to get on Interstate 40 to access hotel. Room was updated, staff very helpful and friendly and we got downtown on 40 in a very short time. Because the interchange on White Bridge Road is a bit confusing we decide... Read more

I had read a few negative reviews, so I was wary about this place. I guess some people had a bad stay, but I thought it was terrific. Service was great, room was comfortable and quiet, and it's very convenient to I-40. Great rates too. I recommend it highly.

I was booked into this hotel through my business when I travelled to Nashville. I was surprised by how cozy the hotel was. They allow pets, and have a pretty decent breakfast (free). There is a pool, but I didn't use it. The hotel is right off a main street that leads downtown. There is a Walgreens and CVS across the street, which makes it very convenient if you need anything. There are also several restaurants, some highly rated, close to the hotel as well. I would recommend staying here.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is conveniently located not far from downtown and close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The staff were all very friendly every time we interacted with them. Parking was somewhat chaotic. We were always able to find a spot, but it was sometimes a chore to find a place that wasn't dark or somewhat far away. The rooms themselves were nice. Our room was a smaller room, so it seemed a little crowded. There is a LOT of furniture crammed into... Read more

All of the staff we encountered were absolutely amazing. They are friendly, helpful and sincerely interested in helping. The breakfast was also better than we expected and the pool quite pleasant. We would stay here again.

Room was clean (other than the side chair - it looked old, dusty and dirty) and the beds comfy. Desk staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast - eggs, waffles, bagels, etc. The OJ was warm. Close to shopping and restaurants and very convenient to interstate. My only negatives: Parking lot is small and awkward. The elevator is sketchy. At one point it said we were on floor one when we were actually on 2.

Comfort Inn on White Bridge overall is a nice hotel. It is clean and a place to sleep. However, the rooms are very crowded and cramped. When I was working at the desk, I would have to get up in order for my wife to get by. You couldn't even get the luggage cart into the room. The problem is that there is too much "stuff" for the size of the room. This really needs to be rethought. Would not recommend this hotel for families with smaller children, unless you do not plan to spend any time in... Read more

My mother and I stayed at this hotel due to a very early appointment at St. Thomas hospital. It's a short drive and much cheaper than the hotels near St. Thomas and Vanderbilt, We found the gentlemen at the reception desk to be very polite and helpful. Answered all my questions and made sure that the room was book using my Choice Privileges account. The room was very comfortable. It appeared to be recently renovated as everything look new. Room had a refrigerator, microwave and TV with a rem... Read more

I booked a night here only because The Holiday Inn Express and Hampton were booked up. First room they gave me somebody had smoked in, reeked of cigarette smell. They switched me to another room. Setup my laptop and had wifi but NO INTERNET. Went to the front desk to complain. Tried it on my phone in the lobby, had internet but snail slow speed. Worked with their techy support for 2 hours without a resolution. Got in my car and drove over to the Holiday Inn Express. Thankfully they had a... Read more

The concieriges' excellent service & accommodations make up for an outdated but clean room. Their staff is on guard to serve you best. They can accommodate large breed dogs. They allow late check in and early check out.

Location - not good. There is one way in and one way out (both the same). Coming from Nashville (about a 10min drive) you have to turn left to get into the parking lot--not easy because of the heavy traffic going to Nashville. Turning left out of the lot to get to any stores or restaurants nearby is downright difficult! The hotel itself is average-the room seemed clean enough and the front desk people were pleasant-breakfast was very good.

The other comfort inns we had stayed at were comfortable and CLEAN , this one has dirty windows/mirrors and looks like the whole place needs a good scrub. I thought i was going to pass out in the Guest Laundry a cupboard with a washing machine and dryer in it locked in by the glass door, which i propped open so i could breath. The rooms are very shabby and not equipped with what is in the compendium.

Clean, comfortable rooms and great staff. Also nice breakfast spread and decent internet and cable tv. We got a great price on the room. Easy access to where we needed to be and even though it is right at the intersection of some very busy highways we were not bothered by noise at all.

I was a little skeptical when my work put me up in this place as I drove in...it looked a little sketch and was right next to the highway. I thought- no way I'll get a good night sleep here. That started to change as soon as I walked in. It was evident they made a real (not patched up) effort to update the place and it was clean and the staff the greeted me both pleasant and helpful. The room was also modernized with really nice things (I still can't get over the toilet handle and super plush ca... Read more

This motel is located right off the interstate so there is some traffic noise, but otherwise, this motel was very nice. Room furnishings, bed, bathroom, all excellent. Very happy with this choice. One of the nicest under $100 rooms we've had.
