"Although the hotel was under front lobby reconstruction, the staff was overly supportive of our comfort and needs. Construction took place in other parts of the hotel as well, but we enjoyed a nice breakfast both mornings and weren't bothered by noise. We've stayed here many times and will continue to honor this establishment."

"The rooms are large with a nice sitting area. They are clean, roomy, and attractive. Unfortunately, renovations are being done and we were shocked to find a dumpster at the front entrance with a sign telling us to go around to Canopy D which is a side entrance.

We had to walk through construction to go anywhere. The reception 'desk' appeared to be improvised from a closet into which a window and shelf had been inserted. No good vibes from the staff except for a lady in housekeeping. The breakfast staff was just plain rude.

The breakfast food was ample and tasty, with hot items like eggs and meat plus fruit, cereal and make your own waffles. The plates were plastic but we had real eating utensils. A Plus!

The evening reception was ok but drinking wine from plastic cups ruins everything. Please get some glasses and charge a small fee for the food and wine. It's a nice touch to come back from a signtseeing day to snacks and drinks.

I would come back to this hotel if the rate was a good value and the place was back together again. I can overlook the staff myself but you could have a nicer place if you trained them to be friendly like most everyone else in Nashville, one of the most hospitable towns on the planet."
