We were only in town for one night, and our rooms were perfect. Rooms and bathrooms were immaculate, and the beds were so comfortable. The pillows were fluffy, and the comforters weren't too heavy. Staff was professional and helpful. The lobby and downstairs bar were inviting. The hotel was ten minutes from everything we wanted to do.

We didn't expect much for our stay after seeing the "industrial" location. However, from Albert at the front desk at check-in to Tony at the great breakfast to Darcell at checkout, the staff was exceptional. Breakfast was well supported and the selection was way above average. The coffee was always hot and that was a welcome surprise. We would stay there again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast a plus . Shuttle bus back and forth to downtown is very convenient and free, avoids paying expensive parking downtown . Room okay, clean. Towels not enough for 4 people tho. Bed comfortable- brought my own pillows. Housekeeping need to clean room and bathroom especially toilet everyday. Overall good practical hotel.

This was my first stay at a Clarion Hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. I selected this hotel because it is one of the few near downtown that has FREE parking (versus $25-30 per day), free wifi, free hot breakfast and free shuttle to downtown. It is located in an industrial area near the stadium. The price was very reasonable. The hotel lobby is clean & welcoming. The main floor has a bar, breakfast dining area, pool and fitness room. We have had our girls vacation scheduled for Nashville since November of 2015. Our vacation started out horrible when at our first hotel, after driving 12 hours, we found bed bugs when we first arrived at the room. We immediately started scrambling to find a new hotel. We decided to try the Clarion. It was the best decision we made. On our arrival the check in staff was so nice and accommodating at 11 in the night. All of the staff was overly nice especially the morning breakfast guys. They wer... Read more

We had a great experience at the Clarion! Not only was the check in easy but the rooms were clean and very nice. We were right next to the downtown and it had a nice view to go with it but the one experience that is stuck in my mind was the young man that worked the dining area. Rolander aka Major stood up to the hustle and bustle of a complimentary breakfast. It's crazy how people get when given free food but Major stood up to the chaos and worked with ease. Not only was he polite, hard working... Read more

Although not located in downtown Nashville, this hotel has a free shuttle service every half hour which really makes it super convenient. Shuttle stops at 9pm. Cab ride back is only $7-8. Great water pressure. Free breakfast. They also have a bar that serves food starting at 4pm.

I should have followed my gut when I first saw this hotel online, but the price was cheaper than the hotels I really wanted. Our first impression of hotel was the orange container parked on the premises or nearby. I knew at that point it was a lower budget hotel. The worker at front desk was my second impression, and she lacked the personality fit for someone at the front desk. She needs to look people in the eyes and be more personable. I think with some work, she has potential. The room ... Read more

From the moment we got there to the moment we left we had outstanding service from the entire staff. I'd particularly like to give credit to Tyrone, who, despite a broken arm, helped me unload the car and bring things to the room twice. Kenny, who rearranged all our room assignments so we could be on the same floor. Toya, who helped me deliver my goody bags to all the rooms. Family vacation in Nashville for a Monster Jam show for my son. We weren't sure what to expect because it was cheaper than other hotels in the area but it had free parking and breakfast. We arrived and were still a little skeptical because of the industrial business area. But as soon as we hit the front desk for check in, the guys behind the desk were so friendly. This is an older hotel that was originally built by entertainer, Roger Miller, who was known as the "King of the Road." I used to live in Nashville and saw this hotel go through several owners with it's ups and downs in appearance and quality over the years. The hotel was very modern and nice on the inside, and the shuttle to and from downtown Nashville was very useful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast in the morning. Had a great check in. Free shuttle services to downtown. Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Favorite part was the breakfast attendant "Major." Extremely nice guy, seemed to really care about the guests and ensured they we were enjoying our breakfast. Plus, he fixed up a delicious breakfast that just looked absolutely wonderful! This hotel has almost everything. The only thing missing was a hot tub but we have zero complaints. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was OK. First the positive - the room was fairly clean. They clearly have tried to renovate in a modern theme. But, the workmanship was poor. The tile work in the bathroom looked like a mediocre homeowner reno. i.e. There was exposed rough cut tile where the shower head pipe came out of the wall with no shower trim covering it. It is located in a pretty shabby area. We walked about 3/4 mile to the AAA baseball stadium and didn't feel very safe. The breakfast was pretty good but the sta... Read more

We stayed here because of the proximity to Nissan Stadium. The location can't be beat for any event at the stadium. We were able to walk to the concert. And they also have a shuttle that takes you downtown and leaves every 30 minutes. The room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, the staff was fair. Shuttle bus into town was great. Polite service from staff. I wouldn't stay here again though.

We checked into our reserved room at the Clarion in Nashville ("downtown," which is a bit of a stretch as far as accurate descriptions go, though not a dealbreaker for us) early Friday evening. After checking in at the front desk, loading all of our bags onto a luggage cart, and heading up to our floor, we were shocked to open our hotel room door to discover that IT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED! No one was in the room as far as we could tell in just a few moments, but someone's belongings certainly were... Read more

The man in charge of running the hot buffet breakfast known as Major did a fantastic job. He was extremely friendly and efficient each morning. Not only did he restock the food, he came to your table to clear your trash and wipe it down! Always smiling and willing to help...all employees at the hotel wear a button that says "I'm #2" implying the customer is always #1 and that was certainly the case during my three night stay!

For a quick trip to Nashville a few weeks ago, we stayed at the Clarion Downtown-Stadium because it was a) available and b) reasonably priced. A note about "reasonably priced": in comparison to other area hotels where we've previously stayed (in the university area) but which were charging exorbitant rates at the time of our visit. Relative to those other hotels which are comparable to the Clarion, the Clarion was also engaging in what I'd call price-gouging because of high demand, which someon... Read more

This hotel was a little further from the center of Nashville activity (Broadway) but the courtesy shuttle was great (runs every 1/2 hour and you have to call front desk to reserve a spot). The shuttle stops at 9pm so we had to Lyft it back (approximately $6). The hotel lobby area was nice, the check in staff were competent. The room had great beds, the decor was a bit dated, but in all was fine given the price of the room. We didn't really partake in the free breakfast, but it looked fine.

Justin, the bartender did a wonderful job keeping everyone ~ regulars and hotel guests ~ happy. Raul, the Shuttle driver, was friendly, helpful and kind. I was there with a friend who had 'issues' with the air conditioning in her room and was not treated especially solicitously ~ on two occasions. And the televisions in both rooms were not working for most of the channels. ... Read more

Tyrone was so nice and helpful at the breakfast bar during my stay. To start off, the breakfast was fabulous. My husband was sick in our room and I wanted to bring him some food. I could not balance the plates and silverware just by myself. Tyrone was so nice, he went and got me a tray and assisted with the breakfast. He was doing a great job cleaning up the breakfast area and taking care of the customers. Thank you, Tyrone. So nice to see someone go out of their way to help!!

This was an awesome place to stay. We were there for 2 days. Very clean, accommodating and very courteous people. The only reason I did not rate a 5 bc I could hear the people in the next room talking above my TV. Has a shuttle every 30 min and if u don't want to wait for it, cabs to downtown are like $6 for 2ppl. The price was ok for us bc we did not make advanced reservations.

Tyrone in the breakfast area is a wonderful employee. He deserves a raise! The breakfast variety is great. Justin in the bar area was great. This was the last stop on our tour, and as for the other US stops this was a very good hotel. It's very very convenient for the Titans Stadium and only a 15$ taxi ride from downtown Nashville. The facilities in the hotel were spot on and the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast attendant, Tyrone was especially helpful catering for all our needs, nothing was too much for him. thank you!

Anytime we asked him a question or needed info he went over and beyond to help us out. Very nice young man. Actually all the employees were very very nice and helpfull!

Clarion Inn was a great stay and affordable that was close enough to the strip for us. They offered a shuttle to downtown.
