The Embassy Suites hotel is a large conference center with many services. We host an annual event with approximately 100 attendees. The conference facilities are in good condition and there are many rooms in varied sizes. From the moment we arrived the coordinators and event staff have been very attentive. The banquet good is good. Our first meal on the property was a group of about 15 in the restaurant. The service was slow and I heard some complaints about how the meals were presented. ... Read more

Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN knows how to treat their guest. This was our first stay in an Embassy Suites. From the time we walked into the lobby, we were impressed. The beautiful interior of the lobby made us feel very relaxed. The friendly staff at the check in made it quick and easy to go to our room. The complimentary drinks were delicious. Room had a smell of must. The shower was moldy and tiny bugs, like knats, we're biting us in the living room. They were also dead all along the shower ledge. They were even on our soap. The shower curtain had rings of brown water/mold spots. It stunk. The bed sheets also looked like they were washed with a pocket of grass. Tiny pieces of grass on them.

Stayed here traveling from Illinois to North Carolina. Good rooms. Helpful staff and overall a pleasant experience. Only negative was that they said the beds were two queens but they didn't feel that way. They seemed small and were probably doubles. But the staff was really good in getting us adjoining rooms for our 5 person party.

I just love this conference hotel. From the free breakfast, to the suite rooms, it is a nice relaxing place to have a mult-day conference. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms quiet. The couch and separate desk area make it easy to work without having to work on the bed. I also love how relaxing a bath is in their spacious tub.

We stayed in several Embassy and Homewood properties for a road trip. This is a very traditional Embassy property with an atrium. It's in an excellent location, and there are conference facilities attached. Room furnishings are looking a bit worn; the bright brass finish is beginning to wear off all over the hotel. We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro for a one night stop over on the way back from Florida. We found the hotel to be very well kept and very clean. Our room was very nice and the beds comfortable. Having the bedroom and the hotel hallway separated by the sitting area in the room really helps cut down on any noise from the hallway. The breakfast was very nice with a large selection and was well stocked. Would certainly consider staying here again when in the area.

This hotel is almost perfect. We were very pleased with the property, the service at check in, the rooms, lobby, etc. The only thing that made our stay slightly less than perfect was the fact that the hotel was pretty full and the employees had an extremely difficult time keeping up with the breakfast crowd. We were disappointed at this Embassy. The managers happy hour is poorly managed and lines of people waited for inexperienced people to pour drinks. It was not relaxing or nice. Everything about this hotel is excellent except the in-room experience which is why I give it an average. The A/C wasnt working at 100% so it was humid and warm even after having it serviced. The water pressure sucked. The walls were paper thin so we were woken up by screaming children every morning. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be no-smoking.

Also...our toilet clogged 3 times during our stay. There was a knocking sound that was constant, about every 2 minutes, you'd hear a loud knock. A wonderful mixture of business and pleasure. I was able to get work done in my room easily with the table. The computer and printer were easy to use, and the meeting rooms were excellent. The food was delicious, and the evening reception can not be beat. The staff was courteous, and we were able to take advantage of the shuttle bus.

Very nice conference hotel just off the interstate and near shopping and a number of good restaurants. Our suite was clean, roomy and nicely decorated. Manager's reception provided good drinks and snacks limited to chips, veggies and cheese/crackers. Restaurant food was OK. This was a good value and I would stay again.

I was there 5 nights for a conference, great place to stay. Very nice entry area and fast check-in and clean. It had a large lobby area with flowing water fountains and comfortable chairs. They offered free breakfast with omelet and pancake station, and free breakfast drinks including coffee. They also offer a reception starting at 5:30 pm and you get a few free appetizers and drinks of your choice including alcoholic drinks. The hotel is generally very satisfactory: - On one trip I found a bug on my pillow in the morning. I needed to have my room changed - ON my last visit: - One day my room was not made up. I go abvk to my room at 9:00 PM and the room was still in disarray. - The self serve scrambled eggs were not plain: they added cheese and other ingrediants. Not a good thing.

Go for It -- great location -- half hour drive into downtown Nashville, walking distance to a shopping mall and restaurants. The hotel offers all the amenities of home within elaborate surroundings. The banquet/meeting rooms come in all sizes, the staff is cordial and a welcome to your needs. Service during a lunch/dinner event is excellent. The staff at the desk are very knowledgeable and will assist you from handling your baggage to tickets at the Grand Ole Opry. Without a second thought, ... Read more

Stayed here for a conference and a very comfortable hotel. They have a great bar, free breakfast and free cocktail hour each night. I ate at the restaurant twice and both times the food was excellent. My room was great! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Because we are Hilton Diamond members, had access to free snacks and drinks in a vending machine on the 10th floor. It was pretty much empty by the 2nd conference day, but I did use it each day for snacks.

This was our second time here and it hasn't lost it's touch! Check in was a breeze and the room was clean and inviting. We only had one hiccup; the toliet overfilled causing water to spill on the floor in the first 30 mins of checking in but once we notified hotel staff they quickly addressed it and even asked us if we would like to swich rooms. Great staff and warm environment to stay at!

Beautiful hotel, friendly front desk, clean and great breakfast. Beware that the evening dining room is almost completely barren of waiters and customer service. Otherwise great place. I paid for 12 nights of rooms for my group and would do so again.

Waste of money. I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and I think this time will be my last. When I went to book, almost all of the decent hotels in the area were full (I think there is a motorcycle convention?). At the embassy, they only had premium rooms available for around 250$/night, so that's what I got. When I got to my room, I was surprised that it's the exact same as a standard room (maybe the shower is different?). There were stains on my bedding and it took housekeeping an hour t... Read more

It is just a few minutes down the road from there and centrally located near many restaurants and shops and right off the interstate. As for the hotel itself, it's absolutely fantastic. Rooms are spacious and clean, the service was great, and the atmosphere is second to none. Great extras including a pool with a hot tub, and a wonderful hot breakfast. We only stayed here for one night and the hotel and room were nice. The hotel was packed due to an event that weekend and I was afraid it would be noisy but it was quite and no problems sleeping. These are 2 room suites so you have a living room & a bedroom. I have stayed here 4 times & have not been disappointed. Breakfast buffet is hot, fresh, & has omelets made to order. Let me begin by saying I love Embassy Suites. My granddaughters call them the Big E.We stay in them frequently in different cities. The Murfreesboro hotel has always been great. This time I became quite upset when I was about to shower in the morning after a good nights sleep. There in the shower was a bar of soap obviously from the last party who stayed in that suite.
