We stayed at this hotel for a "girls" weekend in Nashville. The hotel was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. Across the road from the hotel is a large outdoor shopping area with a great variety of if you forget something, you will be able to find it here. Also, since there is very little parking in Nashville, we used Uber and Lyft to get us to our destinations.

Check I could have been faster due to one of the clerks being on the phone, not sure what the other was doing. Did not receive an upgrade or any sort of goodie bag at check in (water or snack). Room was nice and clean, exercise room was super small.

The Mount Juliet Hampton Inn was extremely clean and the room as well as the bathroom was spacious. They could have used more parking and the breakfast was not too good. The scrambled eggs must have been egg beaters. They didn't even taste like eggs. The biscuits were hard and the pineapple had an odd taste. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are too soft. You need to sleep on 2 pillows. The staff was very congenial and helpful. The coffee was good.

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in, and the room's restroom was spotless. Super impressive! The only complaint I have is that the room was not very noise-proof, so I heard traffic from I-40 all night long. Other than that, the hotel is at an excellent location with many restaurants and shopping near by. Mostly, the room was really nice and extremely clean. That's really important to me, so overall, I felt it was a great hotel.

We were coming back to Mt. Juliet to pick up a car that had to be towed in due to car trouble on a recent vacation and chose to stay here after staying in another nearby property a week or so ago. We were not disappointed! The room was huge, the beds were wonderful, and the breakfast was great! I was surprised that the rate for the room we stayed in was lower than surrounding properties even though the quality was much greater. Only two real minor experiences at our stay. We utilized this facility for a 3 day business meeting. The days started with amazing breakfasts [noticeably missing was any southern gravy for the biscuits :>( ]. The rooms were VERY clean and VERY comfortable! The front desk staff were superb and couldn't have been more helpful! Plenty of restaurants nearby! Easy to get to and not too far from the airport. This was the first stop on our annual family driving vacation. I enjoy being far enough from the congestion of the city but close enough to appease my family who doesn't always share my views on location. We were able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville for lunch as well as dinner while having our "home base" near some less populated tourist sights. The hotel was quite clean with a very courteous staff.

Nice size pool and hot tub, but the chlorine fumes were a problem, made worse if the hot tub jets were churning the hot water. If you have sensitive eyes, bring goggles. I found the service at the front desk to be more than accommodating and quite friendly. However, rooms did not have fridges (this is more or less standard at a number of other Hampton Inns I've stayed at). When I asked for a luggage rack (fairly basic item), manager could not come up with one. Breakfast was below average in terms of selection or quality for a Hampton Inn. This property was clean, and updated. Breakfast was always different and very good. Beds very comfortable and the room interiors look as if they may have been updated recently but not sure. A little pricey but the least expensive room we could find. A fridge in the room woukd have been nice also. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Lobby cleanliness, check in staff, and breakfast were good and on par with what I normally see with Hampton. I had 3 issues with the room. The room door lock wasn't working properly, the bath towels had an overwhelming bleach smell, and there was a beer bottle cap on the floor in the room when I checked in and was in the same place 2 days later when I checked out.

Stayed for business in the area and was a nice Hampton suites. The room and desk were large and the lobby was nice with a better than normal Hampton Suites breakfast. Just need a better coffee, but there are also lots of restaurants close by.

The room was OK. But with the fire alarm going off every 10-15 minutes after 10PM, it was hard to fall asleep. The room did not have refrigerator or microwave. There was teen party in the hall outside our door. Just not a good experience.

Our family loves the Mt Juliet Hampton Inn! The kids love swimming in the indoor pool after a long day of traveling. Having breakfast on site makes mornings easier. The staff members are friendly and super helpful!

Stayed two nights at this property. The King Studio suites were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh berries. Staff friendly and efficient. The pre-check-in on mobile phone allowed me to choose my rooms ahead, so check-in was very quick. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.

This hotel goes out of its way to give you a great experience! My family was on the road for 10 1/2 hours and we were ready for a comfortable stay for the night. We reserved the double queen suite and were impressed with the space and amenities. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. My kids were also excited to take a dip in the indoor pool and hot tub just before bed time. The breakfast had a great selection and ample seating. We enjoyed everything from chocolate chip w...
