The room was big and clean. The king bed was "ok" but not more than ok. The shower was no update tho... Everything else was terrible. So dirty and look cheap. But wait: it IS cheap. The price and size of room is 3 stars. Everything else is one star - if I want to be kind to these people

Well it's official! I have managed to locate the absolute worst hotel on the face of the earth. I booked through Travelocity and got a great deal. I was in for a shock! The nightclub that is attached to the hotel was in full swing when we checked in at 10pm. The music was very loud and the lyrics were beyond offensive. While the woman at the front desk was pleasant enough, check-in took a very long time. Once we had our keys, I whisked my four-year-old to our room and for a moment thought, OK ma... Read more

First off, let me say the assistant manager was a nice lady who tried to do the right thing. That is the final compliment for this incredibly dirty and unsanitary hotel. First, it is in a sketchy area. Secondly, the pictures are nicer and depict a far cleaner environment than is actually available. We arrived to our two queen bed room to find one bed that was littered with long, stringy, black hair and rumpled bedding. The blanket and linens were never changed obviously. I called down to have th... Read more

Stayed here over Memphis in May. Was a great concert As for this room Well the room was great once we got into it. Went to 3 rooms that were not cleaned before we got our room. It was clean, just remolded. The hall way getting to the room would scare you as it is old and musty smelling but the room was nice. Also the front desk went way out of there way to help you. Bar was closed but got to see the Elvis Presley booth that alone is worth the price of hotel. Yes will stay here again . As long as... Read more

Stuck in Memphis for the night and was given a room for the night, it's on the cheaper side but the customer service is superb and they really try to be there for you. I've been a distressed traveler and they made me feel a sense of care, I recommend them over other hotels in the area.

I chose this hotel because it was easily accessible from I-55. Much to my delight, this hotel is one mile from Graceland. The Hotel was formerly known as The King's Hotel and it is decorated with paintings, photos and musical instruments of Elvis Presley. It is a huge hotel with wide corridors and the lobby is gorgeous, as is the bar/restaurant. I hope to stay there again.

We booked this hotel for it's location. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly and efficient staff who made us feel most welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired and could do with bit of a spruce up particularly around the pool area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to fellow travellers.

To David and his amazing staff, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your help and accommodations. Y'all are a blessing and we appreciate everything. Thank you for taking me to the bar David and showing Elvis favorite spot.

We booked our room from October 14-17th due to my brother in laws wedding. We drove 6 hours from Atlanta and arrived at the hotel at 10:30pm on Friday night. The check in was pleasant and they gave us the keys to room 151. We get to the room and the bathroom was guilty. Please see the attached pictures. We went back to the front desk and they immediately transfer us to room 137. We get all our stuff in there and we had to go back to the front desk because there were no towels nor toliet paper in... I was especially impressed with the newly remodeled rooms. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The bed was WONDERFUL! Plenty of places to eat nearby and very convenient to the airport. Hotel security was top knotch!

Compared to terrible reviews from previous years, it is obvious that this place is under new management: the staff is very friendly, helpful, and bends over backwards to help you out. The room was clean and perfect for our stay. Very conveniently located, just a short drive to Graceland if you're headed that way. Excellent value for the price.

Stayed there while on vacation. The front desk receptionist, Katrina, was super friendly, Darlene in Houskeeping was helpful and Carolyn served us breakfast with a smile every morning. We picked the hotel because of proximity to Graceland, but enjoyed our stay because of the hospitality of the staff who went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcomed.

I chose to book at this hotel after reading reviews that steadily grew in complimentary opinion. To me this said that either it was bought and is being invested in or management has changed? What I found was a decent room that closely matches the photos from the hotel website. The bathrooms, while clean and functional are probably next on the list for updating? If you are willing to stay in a building that is being improved upon, you will reap the benefits of a less expensive room. The onl... Read more

We got a fair rate, that's why we stayed. We were told the motel had new owners and they were fixing it up. Back in the day this was probably a 5-Star motel, but not now. Hopefully they continue to make the improvements needed to fix it back up. We can't knock the room, it was very nice, roomy and clean, so no complaints there. However, the hallways were dirty, the elevators were dirty, the laundromat was filthy and most of the machines just ate our quarters. They couldn't even find us an... Read more

This hotel is fine, the employees were friendly and it was clean. The area is not the best though. All businesses including the hotel have chain-link fence with barbed wire all around them. But inside the hotel I felt perfectly safe. One other issue is the first night you heard planes flying over until almost midnight, after that I didn't hear anymore though. We also had to ask for clean towels the second day.

The free shuttle service from the airport is one of the few things in favour of staying here. The hotel used to have conference and service facilities, but no more. You cannot even buy a cup of coffee without leaving the property. Unless you have a car, you walk to Popeye's a block away to eat, and you walk to a gas station store for snacks and beer. It does serve breakfast at 6 in morning, when you can get coffee. Room has fridge and microwave. The inroom coffee maker was missing vital pa... Read more
