We had a room on the ground floor near the pool. Since this was in October and there weren't many tourists in Memphis, it was nice and quiet. I would say this will be a zoo during the main travel dates to Graceland (January and August). The new Graceland Guesthouse was just about to open when we were there, so that most of the construction activities in the area were finally completed. The hotel itself is older, so some of the fixtures are fairly dated and if you want to be surrounded by all thi... Read more

Clean, large rooms. Courteous, knowledgeable staff. FUN guitar shaped pool is better than Elvis' at Graceland!! Lots of amenities including free Wifi, large fridge with freezer and microwave. Location was spot on. Across the street from Graceland and next door to rest of Elvis' museums and gift shops

The front desk staff was ok. The room seemed okay after many visitors during Elvis' birthday weekend. I checked, as I have been instructed, for the "little friends of the night." I thought I was safe and was awaken by 1p with itchy arms and hands. Checked again and there they were. Very regretful I stay there.

This motel is just a quick walk away from Graceland. We have booked a room for two adults and two children, and everything was ready to go when we checked in. There was good advice, by the staff on where to eat in the local area and Downtown. The rooms were comfortable with a good upstairs view of the fantastic pool (although it was cold when we were there, so the pool was not an option). The complimentary breakfast was basic, but enough for what we needed. When we checked out, but still wa... Read more

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We had no problems at all. Our room was very clean. Internet speed was fast. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Front desk staff and breakfast lady were very pleasant and helpful whenever I had questions. Location is great, we walked to Graceland. We recommend having dinner at least once at Marlowes down the street. Ask at front desk about Marlowes, and they give you a coupon and pink limousine can pick you up as well.

Had bug bites in the morning. And some one banged on our door in the middle of the night. The room smelled like disinfectant when we got in. Just a poor experience overall. Couldn't wait to get up and leave.

We booked reservations on booking.com and when we arrived at 1:30am with 3 exhausted adults and 4 sleeping kids in tow, we were told that one of the rooms we had booked was not available. After much back and forth and being informed that there just was no other room available, the paperwork was suddenly found and we were able to check in. The hotel was nice, the atmosphere so Elvis-fan-friendly, and the breakfast of hot or cold cereals, toast and waffles hit the spot. I would stay here again.
