Property is located close to shopping, restaurants and the interstate. Rooms are considered suites because they have a sofa, a microwave and a small refrigerator. This can come in handy when you bring back food or order take out. The property is well maintained and the staff is helpful.

The moment I checked in, I was delighted with such a friendly front desk gentleman. After trading a couple of laughs I went to my room. A little musty but decent so no complains. Next morning breakfast was a little skimpy. Saw a guest get served bacon and eggs. I was surprised that there wasn't any bacon on the buffet. Hmmmm? In any case, I would have asked but the female manning the buffet definitely did not seem approachable. The trouble with free breakfast sometimes comes with staff that doe... Read more

My family and I stayed at this property while travelling back from Florida. We found it to be an nice easy place to stay on the road. My kids enjoyed the pool. We received a request to get a room near the pool which was nice. The room has an actual living area with a couch so you can have space away from the sleeping area which is good when travelling with children. There are many many choice of places to eat right by this hotel so this made it very nice for us. I would stay here again.

We stayed here 2 nights while passing through Memphis. We had a second floor suite (2 queen beds + sofabed). The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice about the morning rush hour traffic. Our room felt large and was clean and tidy. The room was on the front of the hotel and we didn't hear any road noise. The bathroom was a little worn, but functionable. Breakfast was okay. They offered the typical eggs, sausage, cereal and fruit. The breakfast area was a littl... Read more

Good access off I-40 and easy to get back on and around Memphis. Facilities were good, clean etc. for my purposes with good work desk size for file review and preparation for business conference. Friendly desk and staff people. Lots of close places to eat etc. Be aware however that this area is not without dangers and it is not nearly as safe as it was 10 years ago. The prices have also gone up considerably compounded by multiple taxes that added about 25% to my bill. For personal stay I would l... Read more

The room wasn't too bad. A little dirty here and there, mostly the bathroom and there was trash in the pullout couch, but overall pretty nice. Front desk staff was really nice but the others didn't seem to care. There was a huge amount of noise from the pool (right below our room) and from the same kids down the hall who made so much noise in the pool. The noise was loud enough to also be heard from the lobby and the staff who were there didn't give a care in the world. Given, this part is more ... Read more

We stayed here on our way to our main destination. It was in a good part of town. Lots of eating places and the Galleria mall close. We would stay here again if we were in that part of town. The breakfast was a little crowded with only a few tables

The best thing about the hotel is the price and location close to a mall. there is noting good about the place nothing bad. If you have just $100 and you need to stay close to Memphis OK. The hotel is a little worn but not bad. It is Highly adequate in every way.

Quick overnight trip on our way to the Smokies. Arrived around 10:30pm and night attendant was very friendly and quick getting us checked in. The room was a decent size but had a very strong cleaner/air freshener smell upon walking inside. We had a room facing the Interstate so you could hear traffic going by while trying to fall asleep but once asleep, I had no issues. Breakfast was meh, but free so I can't complain too much. Overall, we'd stay again passing through that area for an overnight s... Read more

Jessica at the front desk and the housekeeping staff really went above and beyond to help get us into the room as early as possible -- which was much appreciated after driving into town after a red eye flight. Jessica also made a point to keep checking on us during our overnight stay. Beds were very comfortable. There was a strong odor of air freshener but the room was pretty clean overall -- which is probably the explanation. As others have noted, proximity to the mall is a good thing. The... Read more
